Nice hotel.
This is not the first time in Tunisia and other countries . There is something to compare it with.
I liked everything.
The room is good. They cleaned it every day. The staff is very polite.
The food is varied. A large selection of meat, fish, vegetables, side dishes, desserts.
There was no crowd around the food. There were enough tables for everyone.
A large swimming pool. There are enough sun beds. The beach is your own. Everything is decent too. Security. Locals are not allowed in.
You can have a snack during the day by the pool and on the beach.
The animators are quite good. There are different events every evening.
My friend and I were both Russian-speaking. But there were no problems in communication.

The room was cleaned after a day somehow. You need to take your Srakans with you, and mugs will not hurt-and this is not a joke. The pool is cramped and dirty. The beach is large, and more or less good. The location is on a turn from the embankment at a fork in the road, which is also not particularly pleasing. The elevators are really a problem, it's good that we lived on the 2nd floor. There was almost no fruit:tangerines and apples. According to the food, it is enough, but not tasty. A great hotel from the understanding of price-quality. It's not 5*, but it's not 3* either.
A little worn, but clean!!! The food is good, the territory is good, the animators are great, the sea is without mud and jellyfish (there are few of them and they are visible in clear water). The sand is soft. There's plenty of drinking water, take as much as you want.
You only need to take a room with a sea view! Standard rooms are acceptable for those who only sleep in the room.
There is no aqua park!!! This is a plus!!! Because there are no crowds of Arab women with children, so it's clean and there are sun beds. Locals don't spend the night at the hotel. They buy a visit to the aqua park with food. They leave at night. But during the day, hotels with aqua parks are full of trash. We didn't have that!!! Everything was clean and dignified. Even the local breathers were very intelligent and calm. The contingent of the hotel is calm, it's nice.
The animators are great. Only positive emotions come from them. Well done guys, worked 100%
Another plus is to the Medina (old town, must-visit) 20 minutes on foot along the embankment.

The room was facing the street, a little noisy, although this side is warmer. The rooms are a little outdated, but renovated, cleaning every day, a paid beer bar with euro football. Animators, all sorts of procedures, paid of course, in general, big is not small, but there are enough guests, although the restaurant staff copes, there are no queues, I recommend the hotel. 4* hotel. Pros: half an hour to Monastir airport; 4 hours of summer from St. Petersburg; 2.5 km walk to the center of Susa; the first coastline; sandy beach and a gentle entrance to the water. Cons: the owners squeeze the last thing out of the hotel (my impression) - renovation of everything is required; dishes and cutlery are many times less than vacationers - queues for them; there is only one alcoholic bar with one (rarely two) bartenders for a hefty hotel - a queue; cleaners come into the room in the morning regardless of the hanging sign; food it is enough, but they replenish the dishes only when everything is raked out to zero. The hotel is mostly Poles, Czechs and Romanians (there were no inadequates). Tunisia itself is still littered with garbage from the 2011 revolution. The truth is that they have put things in order in Sousse.

The hotel is located on the first line, actually on the beach: you can lie by the pool and go swimming in the sea. The hotel has 9 floors, each with about 100 rooms, i.e. about 1,500 people live in the hotel, and the hotel is completely unprepared for such a number of people. There are huge queues EVERYWHERE: for food, for drinking water, at the bar, at the reception, in the elevator. There are only 4 elevators for the entire hotel, and they break down every day.
Our room had a sea view. The air conditioner was working. One day, without warning, both hot and cold water were turned off for several hours. As a result, on the same day in the evening, the hotel ran out of bottled drinking water. Cleaning is daily, bed linen was changed only 1 time for 9 nights - at the beginning of the vacation, and this is with regular tips. Towels are changed every day: dirty towels are taken away in the morning, clean ones are brought in the evening, so if you want to wash after the morning beach, then you need to take a towel from home. There is a safe in the room, you can rent a key at the reception. I was bitten by bed bugs, which was confirmed by a lifeguard by the pool, treating the bite sites with a special ointment, and a cockroach was also noticed in the room.
The restaurant is crowded with people. Even if you come to the opening, there is a possibility that you will not find an empty table. There's dirt everywhere. There are no forks, knives, napkins, and they are nowhere to be found. I can't get through to the waiters. There is little food and it runs out instantly. There was tuna only once in 9 days, mostly for hot turkey or rubber beef. One dish is cooked on the grill, but by the time the restaurant opens, nothing is ready yet - the cook just comes to his workplace. The dishes are not distributed throughout the restaurant, but are displayed at only a few points, respectively, huge queues are gathering. In the middle of the vacation, we all fell down with poisoning (with high fever and everything else) - we called a doctor at the hotel, his services cost 40 euros, he knows how to treat the infection that they have, prescribed pills that helped. After that, we talked with other tourists and it turned out that almost all of them had been ill for one day.
A lifeguard is on duty at the beach, who provides first aid for jellyfish bites. Nobody cleans the sand. Every day I took out 3-4 pieces of freshly broken glass from the beach. The sea is very dirty - bags, medical masks, leftovers, personal hygiene items - everything was floating. From flora and fauna: algae and various jellyfish.
The animation at the hotel is active: yoga, water aerobics, water polo, volleyball, darts, archery, step aerobics. Every evening there is some kind of concert or game for hotel guests, after which there is a disco until 12 o'clock.

A 3 * hotel, for the inexperienced, the waiters are friendly, but they constantly forget to bring what they ordered. In the city and in the hotel itself, we are faced with the oppression of some layers of non-men: girls are homed, shown to the "place" that she should take / where to wait, they can boo or start laughing if you are wearing even medium-long shorts. So did one of the animators of this hotel...he publicly pointed to the place, and after he heard in response that he would wait so long, he began to insult. The chefs standing next to him were shocked and quickly began to apologize for his behavior, then the local chef tried to settle everything, BUT the hotel Administration did not show itself in any way in resolving the conflict, due to the fault of the local animator, they did not say their name, but they addressed him El Ass (which is very telling for me, given his boorish behavior and blatant lies after talking to a local chef!) Several times during the evening they tried to get explanations / apologies and a solution to the issue, the administration simply hushed it up. This unworthy animator also continues to work, he has not been reprimanded, and even more so he has not been rewarded with anything, for his behavior, this would not have gone unnoticed in Russia! Also on the evening of the public humiliation, several French-speaking girls came up to me and also said that they had been subjected to similar harassment. How is that even possible? A 4* hotel according to your choice...The guides vividly tell how their country is so close to Europe that they can be said to be this Europe..well, yes, if you refer to the current "laws" and the complete change of the truth to a lie, then strive even deeper there, like an Asshole!
The staff speaks many languages: of course, French and English are used to a greater extent.
Food for three: coffee, if you drink with milk, then with dry cream, butter is a spread, there is no fruit from the word at all! Our arrival fell on the May holidays, once there were strawberries, once watermelon, all other days apples and oranges, which now have nothing!

The beach is cleaned with a tractor, but small debris can come across if you focus on it. But the perfectly clean sea, sand, 5 species of fish were counted, no algae was brought. There were waves every other day, but not stormy ones. +30, it's warm at night too. Of the advantages: food!!! It was all there: I don't remember such an abundance and variety of food at 4*. Shrimp royal every other day almost, lamb, beef, turkey, swordfish and tuna. Periodically, Italian sausages for breakfast, even jamon 1 time. I am generally silent about stewed vegetables and batter. There are 6 options to choose from. There are plenty of fresh fruits. Be sure to try local plums and pears, I have never tried them anywhere. Fresh vegetables are a slightly more modest choice, but most importantly, my favorite iceberg has always been. 2 times they put up a chocolate fountain, apparently to entertain us. There are always plenty of pies for dessert, but if they suddenly offer local sweets, take more. It's a bomb! Everything will be sorted out in 15 minutes! Bar: high-quality alcohol, gin is like gin, whiskey is like whiskey, the wine is simple but tolerable, the beer is good. Try the local date liqueur, it's delicious! The bar also provides drinking water to the room in liter bottles, take as much as you need. There are a lot of Germans, French and Poles in the hotel, the richer locals also relax, you often see families with children. The exchanger is in the lobby of the hotel, do not change much, because they have a good exchange rate from dollars to dinars only, the exchange rate is ripped off everywhere, so it's easier to spend what remains on souvenirs. The city is quiet, not a hangout, there is nowhere to go. Ideal for family holidays. The city center is a 15-minute walk along the embankment. The toilet flowed again, this time they talked about the problem for 3 days, there was no reaction, towels were changed, it was not clear how, three were taken away, one was put, despite the fact that three people lived in the room. Clean the room on the "fuck off", wash the floor only in the center, under the table, on the balcony- no! There is no shampoo, shower gel and soap, buy it yourself, the plumbing is all old, the tiles are broken, the bathtub and toilet itself are not washed. The restaurant is a separate topic, the food is spicy, if you come in the middle of time or at the end, there may not be enough food, there is little meat, either hard or stewed bones, there are few fish, bony, from fruits - apples, pears, grapes, peaches were twice. Tables and chairs are not washed, sticky, stained, dried food does not bother employees. The playground is closed, it was stated in the voucher that snack bars are open- no! The bars have only alcohol and juices, there is a "Kids bar" there is also alcohol and juices. The separation does not pull at 4 *, maximum 2.5 *.

Disgusting hotel and the city in general.
There is a constant smell of garbage and sewage in the city, it is difficult to walk, to put it mildly, people are wild, the only normal street where there are decent establishments is right next to the hotel. The sea is often dirty and muddy as there is a port right next to it.
There is a separate story about the hotel: you leave money, towels are changed, water is given, even swans will be folded for you, you will not leave immediately the attitude changes in the opposite direction. No cleaning will not be a typical change of towels.
There are a lot of people, there are never places by the pool, on the beach almost the same, but you can knock out queues at all bars, there is not enough food, waste-free production flourishes in the dining room (if you had a fish for a couple in the morning, then at lunch you will get it only in batter and fried).
As for the interior, it's like I came to Yalta in the 90s. Marble, huge chandeliers... In short, it's high time to make repairs.
If you think about coming here, then think about it 100 more times. I haven't set foot in Tunisia since this trip!

Reception is a separate topic. I have never seen such rudeness for my money anywhere else. They don't even want to listen, they just ignore it and start talking to other people in the queue. The attitude towards the guests is simply disgusting. If I could have taken the money and gone to another hotel, then I would have done it on the first day! The rooms are very uncomfortable and old. There are too many vacationers and the hotel absolutely cannot cope with such a flow. Everyone is very lazy. At 18:00, they begin to hint that it's time for you to get off the beach. I'm dating someone like that.
If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then choose another hotel. Don't get fooled by the rating like me. Only the sea saved us!

The most important and interesting advantage of this hotel is its stunningly convenient location in relation to the beach strip!!! The beach of the hotel is located directly in the very area of the hotel!!! You get to the beach almost immediately from the reception area and the hotel bar!!! A few steps and the most beautiful sea and white beach sand are already under your feet!!! Great!)))
Regarding the hotel building itself, I would like to say that some parts of it, such as the bar areas and the recreation area directly next to the bars, require immediate repairs!!!! But, the quality of your stay at the Riadh Palms hotel still remains at its best!!!

He NEVER went to the Riad Palm again and warned all his friends and acquaintances. The hotel is disgusting!!!
The attitude towards Russians is disgusting. Firstly, they did not wait for us, they settled into a small room, although we had a Family Room, we had to quarrel at the reception, they settled in the third time. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the bed linen has never been changed for 10 days on vacation. Water (1.5 liters) is given once a day to the room, and no one cares if 4 people live there, pass the bottle around and rejoice (and you also had to be reminded every day to bring it) Unsanitary conditions are full of both food and nutrition! All cooks work without gloves, dirty tables, chairs, spoons and forks were wiped with napkins, before eating. The plates were chosen from the stack because they were poorly washed, I saw a cockroach near the bread, and I was "surprised" by the variety of fruits - apples, plums and THAT's IT! They were saved by the beautiful sea and the sun.

I am currently staying at this hotel. What can be said about him . There is no need to come here, there is zero service. One dining room and one bar (with alcohol) for 1000 rooms. A sunbed on the beach should be occupied from 6 am. You need to pay for the TV remote control, as well as for the safe, refrigerator and iron. I ordered a femeli room and settled in a room with 4 beds , we are 5 people . Horror. The food is half-baked and unsalted, it's a problem to find a salt shaker.
