Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel for our stay from 27.12.24 to 10.01.25!
We were settled instantly! Without filling out any questionnaires.
Excellent location of the hotel. Tuk-tuk and the taxi stops right next to the steps. In general, you can walk down to the beach street or to the pier. But it's a little hot to walk during the day.
The hotel is clean. Our room was big. Towels and bed linen were cleaned and changed every day.
Beautiful pool under the balcony. But we love swimming in the sea. They never went down to him. We went to the islands.
The elevator is great. Fast and silent (just like everywhere else in Pattaya)
We tried to diversify the breakfasts. There were shrimps and crabs 5-6 times in 2 weeks. Every day fruits (pineapples, watermelon and Dragon fruit) salads, greens, fried rice, Thai noodles and sausages ... some soups (for an amateur) In general, we did not starve!
On New Year's Eve, we changed into Santa Claus and Snow Maiden costumes) we pleased a lot of passers-by and the hotel staff. We will be happy to return if possible.

A very nice hotel with a peculiar style (expensive-rich))
Positive:
- spacious rooms;
- availability of a kitchenette (microwave);
- the pool is small, but cozy and clean;
- excellent breakfasts;
- location (for some it may be a disadvantage - not very close to the beach). Nearby 7-11, tuk-tuks anywhere;
- there are no questions for the staff, nor for cleaning.
There are also disadvantages, but for us they were insignificant:
- a very meager lunch box (the worst I've ever seen - 3 tiny cupcakes and 200 ml of juice);
- there is a kitchen, but there is not a single spoon (except tea)/fork/plate/knife/openers.

I liked the good one very much. The staff is friendly.
We cleaned daily, efficiently.
There is not much variety for breakfast, but the main dishes are different every day. Everything is delicious.
The hotel is not big, so there is no breakfast crowd and the pool is almost always empty, you can swim alone.
According to the location on the one hand, there is nothing else nearby except 7/11, to "civilization" is 20 minutes on foot, depending on which way to go: Walking Street or "Russian street" of Pratomnak. On the other hand, there are songteos nearby, you can get to any point of the city in 10-20 baht /person.

Hello everyone. We have been in Rita since September 21 for 15 days. I really liked everything. Cleaning every day towels were changed every day too. The breakfasts are great. The menu is varied. Soups, salads, meat of all kinds. In short, do not be hungry. The pier is a 20-minute walk away. Tuk-tuks take about 10 minutes. There is a swimming pool. They clean it every morning. The staff is friendly. Everything is solved quickly. We are going to meet in March next year. We only eat at the Rita. We really liked it. By the way, wifi is catching all over the hotel.

Great hotel! Nearby there is a laundry room, two 7/11, a couple of markets with Russian cuisine. It's not far to the center and the marina. It's quiet in the evenings, you can relax in peace. We walked to the Temple of the Great Buddha, to the observation deck. The breakfasts are good, fresh fruits and vegetables. Cleaning every day, the pool is clean.

We visited this hotel in December 2024. A nice hotel with a small territory. It is close to the island pier and the night market. There are also a lot of shops and food around. The pool is in the courtyard until 23 hours. The rooms were well cleaned, towels were changed daily. Breakfast at the hotel is standard for hotels, but varied. The only thing is that the coffee is only instant. I liked the hotel, I would go back there again) but there is no dryer for wet clothes*

The hotel is not big, but very beautiful. In the city center, very convenient location. The breakfasts are quite varied. The rooms are large, and towels are cleaned and changed every day. A beautiful city hotel is beautiful and expensive-richly decorated entrance hall, dining room and rooms. A swimming pool with sun beds (open until night, which pleasantly surprised), a bar and tables for gatherings nearby. The hotel is 3 stars, but I would give 4-5 👌, the service is at a high level: there is an elevator, various facilities for the disabled (I drew attention to this), room cleaning every day, breakfast (buffet) from 7 to 11, reminded Turkey, there are fruits, juices, tea, coffee, 2 soups on choice, meat and sausages (chicken, pork), side dish (pasta, mashed potatoes, vegetables), French fries, nuggets, salads and just vegetable slices, toasts with butter and jam...in general, you can't go hungry 🤗there is parking at the hotel and there is always security, which was also pleasantly surprised 😊 there is a park with a Buddha temple nearby (I recommend for walking), 7elewen store, Russian street with a night market where you can also walk and have a delicious meal 👍
And for everything else in Pattaya, there are Bolt taxis and tuk-tuks...which is very convenient 😉

A good hotel for a solid 4 by the standards of Thailand, we were in it 2 times in 23 and 24, everything went down. The room is cleaned every day, there is a safe in the rooms, the breakfasts are mostly monotonous but quite tasty, the diet sometimes changes. The hotel is located between the center and the waterfront, which makes it possible to get anywhere on sangteo in any direction. The Russian Market is a 15-minute walk away, Opposite the 7eleven hotel massage parlors are also within walking distance.

We had a rest from 31.12.2024 to 07.01.2025. What do you want to say? Initially, I did not expect anything from the hotel, as it is 3 stars, thank you for having breakfast. But let's go into more detail.
Positive:
1. Despite the tired renovation, which clearly requires a reservation, the hotel is very clean. The rooms were cleaned daily, the floors were constantly washed, which made it possible to safely walk barefoot and not be left with black heels.
2. The pool is clean and cool, which allows you to cool off in the heat, and not swim like in the bathroom. The area around the pool itself is small, the sun probably hits it from 12 to 14 o'clock, and then you can relax in the shade.
3. The room has a full-fledged refrigerator, not a minibar in which you could store and cool something. There is a microwave in the room! This is the first time I've seen this, it's very convenient.
4. Breakfast is decent, every day there are fried eggs, scrambled eggs, 3 types of fruits, 2 soups (different every day), two types of sausages (chicken and pork), vegetables, salad leaves. In addition to the regular dishes, there were hash browns, nuggets, noodles with something, chicken, dim sum on different days. At breakfast, in general, there is something to eat.
5. There are zero complaints about the staff, as usual in Tae, everyone is nice and friendly.
6. Convenient location of the hotel. Yes, it's a long way to the sea, but it's possible to quickly get to the port, from where ferries run to Koh Lan, or in the other direction to Pratamnak beach, Jomtien. Opposite the hotel across the street 7/11! There is an exchanger nearby, with good exchange rates and the ability to transfer money from Russian cards. There is also a massage parlor nearby, in general, everything is very convenient.
Of course, there were also disadvantages, but they were insignificant for us.:
1. As I wrote above, outdated repairs, wallpaper is falling off in places, the furniture is clearly too old.
2. Outdoor units of air conditioners are installed on balconies, so when the air conditioner is turned off, it is insanely hot on the balcony, but the laundry dries instantly)
3. Noise from the road. There is a lot of traffic nearby, and with an open balcony, it will be difficult to fall asleep even at night. There are no such problems with a closed balcony.
In general, thanks to Rita Resort for our New Year holidays, we were satisfied, and we are ready to consider this hotel next time.

Excellent hotel, rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast is included in the accommodation. If you are going on an excursion and do not get to breakfast, they give you a lunch box (but it is all sweet from snacks). It is 25 minutes from the beach area, but it is located on the main street where tuktuks go, so you can take a tuk-tuk, drive to jamtjem (to the right side, as you leave the hotel) and there to the beach in 5 minutes. There is also a Russian quarter and a night market nearby. If you ride a tuktuk to the left, then drive to the Pier, Volkenstreet, terminal, Temple of Truth (I recommend taking a Bolt taxi).

The hotel deserves at least 4 stars, but the lack of territory does not allow this. The style of course "rich richness" is a little shocking at first ... then it's normal. The cleanliness is perfect. Towels are changed every day both for bath and for the beach. The breakfasts are good!!! The pool is clean! The location is great! I've been to Thailand 8 times.. there is something to compare it with.. separately, I want to say that there is an Oscar massage parlor 2 minutes away from the hotel. There is a coolest masseuse named Shuga (sugar) something like this. It's the best I've ever met! I put my back in a week, as in Moscow there is no such result in a month.. and she drove fat well. Minibuses run in both directions, which is generally as convenient as possible. In general, the price and quality are perfect..

I stayed at this hotel from 02/29/2024 to 03/12/2024.I liked the hotel.There is a swimming pool on site, tables and sun beds nearby.There is a small gym with exercise bikes and dumbbells.The area near the reception is very beautifully decorated, with soft sofas for relaxing.The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center. by tuk-tuk (stops next to the hotel).If you cross the road and go the other way, it will also take 15-20 minutes. It takes the same amount of time to get to Jomtien and the road to the Rattanakorn market.You can walk directly from the hotel to the statue of the Great Buddha.In front of the hotel there is a 7-Eleven convenience store, a pharmacy, and a massage parlor next to the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel is from 7 to 11 am, buffet, a large selection of dishes.Every day there were fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, greens), and fruits (pineapples and watermelon).
Nice rooms with air conditioning, the room is decorated in a certain style.The room has a TV, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a wardrobe, a safe.The bathroom does not have a shower stall, but a full bath.Daily room cleaning, change of bed linen, towels, replenishment of drinking water.
The staff is friendly and helpful, they will always help if you have any questions.

I was at the hotel in March 2024. A decent city hotel. There is a gym, a swimming pool, it includes a Jacuzzi. There is always enough space, the hotel is not big. You can always choose a time to sit by the pool. There are sun beds, tables and chairs. It works apparently while there is someone in it, people were sitting until 11 pm. The rooms are spacious with balconies, we had a Deluxe room on the 5th floor. Although there is a busy road nearby, you can't hear anything when the doors to the balcony are closed. There are Russians and Chinese in the hotel, it's quiet at night. The staff is excellent, there is no deposit. Cleaning every day. Breakfasts for Asia and 3 stars are super, buffet style. There is always something to choose, the food is not spicy. From 7 to 11 by coupons. Apparently they did this because some managed to go to breakfast twice))) I'll attach a photo. wi-fi is good, we watched movies without problems. The room has a large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, microwave, kitchen with sink. There is a gate to the park with a Buddha around the corner next to the hotel. Russian street and market nearby, exchangers, seven eleven,pharmacy. Songteo (tuk tuk) stop right at the hotel and drive. The pier is also not far away. We took a taxi everywhere Bolt, inexpensive. The average is 70-80 baht per trip. I recommend the hotel, I would love to stay there again.

Of the food in the hotel, there are breakfasts, modest, of course, for example, there is no cheese, lousy instant coffee, but in general everything is OK. The service and cleaning are normal. Of the significant disadvantages, if you happen to visit this hotel, avoid checking into the rooms: 201A, 301A, 401A, 501A, 601A, the fact is that these rooms are located on top of each other and face a busy roadway with round-the-clock traffic, due to the poor sound insulation of the rooms, you will not be able to sleep properly (attached the video that I recorded in desperation at 2 a.m.).

A wonderful hotel for its three stars! The hotel itself is a work of art, you can walk and look at it for hours and still notice more and more new moments. The room has everything you need and even more. For me, a pleasant surprise was the presence of a microwave and a really large refrigerator, of course there is a hairdryer, safe, TV, kettle, air conditioning, etc. Quite decent cleaning every day, and extremely unobtrusive, you went to breakfast or ran away at 7/11, and you have already been cleaned, and with high quality. Every day, water is replenished in the amount of two 0.5 bottles and a set of tea, coffee + sugar. The furniture is not new in the room, but everything is in good condition. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, everything you need is available. There are only slippers and bathrobes, but it's a three-piece after all.
The administration and staff are very polite and helpful, always friendly and loyal to the guests.
There is no deposit at the hotel, it was an important moment for me.
Breakfasts from 7-11 on coupons (issued upon check-in) are not to say that something special, but you will definitely not stay hungry, everything is fresh and delicious, the variety is average.
The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers and a small gym. By the way, the pool is open until 23.00, which is very unusual.
Nearby, about ten minutes away is Russian street, where there is a lot of useful things, namely exchangers with a good rate, excellent massage, fried ice cream and a night market where there are many makashnits for every taste, clothes, cosmetics and souvenirs. And most importantly, everything is adapted to the Russian tourist, there will be no language barrier!
To the pier and the embankment and to Volkin Street, 20-25 minutes on foot or 7-10 minutes by tuk-tuk, the latter stop right at the hotel.

But.....we have not been from Turkey, and we liked the breakfasts here very much, a large selection...even 2 soups to choose from.we walked to the beach, we are like a rabid dog, 100 versts is not a hook (I do not remember How correctly).......we can walk 5 km as 300 meters...with pleasure.The laundry is nearby...while it was being washed, we had dinner.There's also a dryer. The territory is not large, but we only came to change clothes and spend the night.It will probably be a little cramped in the season. The pool water heats up in the afternoon, cool in the morning. The dining room is not large, but there were not many vacationers at the moment and there was enough space for everyone. The breakfasts are varied, we ate too much, only fruits were missing.The staff is polite. The girls at the reception do not speak Russian, but there were no problems communicating with the translator on the phone. It's a long way to the sea, but the tuk-tuk stop is right outside the hotel.

The hotel is good. But there is one big "but". Transport travels around the clock in Tapraya, and if it does not interfere during the day, then at night it seems that you are sleeping on the racetrack. Bikes, cars are racing with a terrible roar. We were settled in 501a, but we complained about the noise and were moved to 610a. It's much quieter there. It is convenient to climb Buddha Hill from the hotel, to the observation deck with the monument to the emperor. Literally 20 minutes and already on the pier. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the fruit market at a leisurely pace.

I am in this hotel right now, the third day. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied enough for a three-star hotel, cleaned every day. BUT, today I discovered the loss of my airpods. I didn't put them in the safe when I arrived at this hotel, I forgot about them for a couple of days. They were in a carry-on bag, in a cosmetic bag, with which we arrived in Bangkok. It is very sad and insulting that such dishonest staff works here!!!!

I put the number of stars that this hotel deserves - a small and neat oasis on the outskirts of noisy Pratamnak. Delicious and varied breakfasts, regular room cleaning, friendly attitude of the staff. I take off one star for accumulated dust on the generous interior of the room and a meager lunch box in case of early departure for an excursion. Of course, the hotel is located at a respectful distance from the sea, which in principle is compensated by a tuk-tuk stop in front of its entrance.
