I am writing a review straight from the institution .Unfortunately, the last day of rest that I wanted to spend in a good place, with pleasant music and delicious cuisine, I spent in this dump.The presence of a large number of people does not speak about the quality of the kitchen...Everything that I ordered was not tasty (without spices, sauces, some kind of bland).Regarding the serving, I also did not understand the humor, first ice cream was brought, then salad, the waiter apparently does not know what is being served.I'm still waiting for the calculation....In general, one continuous disorder

The service is average: the waiter could not advise anything from the national cuisine. The food is normal, without enthusiasm.
We were lucky: we got to the performance of the Bzyb show group - the young horsemen burned out to the fullest.
Also a nice bonus was a gift from a stranger who ordered a bottle of wine a year ago for the guests who will be sitting at our table at a certain time :)
And we also enjoyed the company of a red-haired kitten, who persistently begged for food from us throughout the evening :D
So you didn't regret coming to this cafe!

I ordered pancakes with cottage cheese. They brought three pancakes with sour cream. The sour cream was heterogeneous, the whey separated from the main mass and I asked to change the sour cream for something else. They offered me honey, and I agreed, but in the end they still brought me the same sour cream, but just mixed. And now the main thing is the quality of the pancakes. These are clearly preheated semi-finished products, because of this they are rubber and do not even cut with a knife. It's a pity that you can't attach a video here, it would better convey the state. And the service is terrible.

Surprisingly, it was the only place in Abkhazia after which my stomach did not hurt. Therefore, a solid 5!
We ordered soups, hot dishes, salad and dessert. Everything was brought quickly and it was delicious.
Toilets leave much to be desired, but here, I think, progress will not reach a solution to this issue soon; it's good that there is anything at all.
We got to the evening performance of a dance group. It was nice))

The price tag is like in Moscow. The attitude of the staff can be described as restrained rudeness. The food is unremarkable. The kebab turned out to be completely rubbery. The saddest thing is, there is a suspicion that it was here that the whole family picked up some kind of muck and lay with the temperature and other delights of food poisoning.

Disgusting!
The prices are higher than in Moscow, the service is Abkhazian, as if you owe the staff a decent amount. Frozen inedible khinkali, sour khachapuri dough, Abkhazian-style meat sole for 800 rubles.
We do not recommend it.

Attitude if you come to the restaurant even more or less, you pay for the hookah immediately, suddenly we'll run away. After they asked us to call a taxi, it would have been better to be refused immediately than we waited 40 minutes, it turns out they just forgot about us. A day later, they just went to use the restroom, they were ready to pay, they let them in, and thanks for that, but they had not seen such contempt in the eyes of the waiters for a long time.

It's a disgusting place, fettuccine pasta is just the bottom of cooking, I don't understand how you can eat it.
They refused the dish, nevertheless included it in the bill, waited until the very end for a mojito cocktail, did not wait.
In general, do not waste your time on this eatery, it looks like a good restaurant, but in the end it is below the bottom.

The most terrible place!!!!
We came to eat today ( according to the reviews of local residents )
I ordered a national dish, I don 't remember the name ( beef with potatoes )
They brought a dish with a bunch of hair ( dirty old HAIR ) , it 's a pity I didn 't take a photo , asked the waiter to replace the dish and AGAIN THE SAME THING - only hair !!!! I was shocked , after that all the rest of the food seemed tasteless , and I also had the courage to bring the bill after that and include the cost of service there , THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME EVEN FOR THAT !!!!
They also did not give the change completely and this is considered the norm among them!!!!
The end of the holiday was spoiled by a visit to the RITZ I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! The service, prices , and food quality DO NOT MATCH THE STATED PRICE TAG !!!!!!!!

We came for a late breakfast-an early lunch. The cuisine is quite tasty, but nothing outstanding, except for a very amazing position of customer orientation. Satsivi was served hot, obviously prepared in advance and warmed up. With a small black bonus, clearly belonging to the tough male stubble. Naturally, they did not finish eating. When asked to convey to the cook the wish to work in the PPE, the waitress silently smiled condescendingly. There was no apology or comment. Of course, the dish was not removed from the bill. But you didn't forget to add 10% for the service))) However, this is a common practice in the catering of Abkhazia. God be with him, we will definitely not be impoverished by 300-400 rubles))) but we're definitely not going back there.

If you order khinkali, check if the meat inside is raw (in the first photo) and ask to finish cooking (second photo). The waiters are responsive and attentive, but the receptionist is a very sharp woman. I do not know if she really hates us or if it just seems to remind us of our head teacher at school in the USSR. Prices are above average, at the Sochi level. I didn't like the whole thing.
