Attitude if you come to the restaurant even more or less, you pay for the hookah immediately, suddenly we'll run away. After they asked us to call a taxi, it would have been better to be refused immediately than we waited 40 minutes, it turns out they just forgot about us. A day later, they just went to use the restroom, they were ready to pay, they let them in, and thanks for that, but they had not seen such contempt in the eyes of the waiters for a long time.

The most terrible place!!!!
We came to eat today ( according to the reviews of local residents )
I ordered a national dish, I don 't remember the name ( beef with potatoes )
They brought a dish with a bunch of hair ( dirty old HAIR ) , it 's a pity I didn 't take a photo , asked the waiter to replace the dish and AGAIN THE SAME THING - only hair !!!! I was shocked , after that all the rest of the food seemed tasteless , and I also had the courage to bring the bill after that and include the cost of service there , THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME EVEN FOR THAT !!!!
They also did not give the change completely and this is considered the norm among them!!!!
The end of the holiday was spoiled by a visit to the RITZ I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! The service, prices , and food quality DO NOT MATCH THE STATED PRICE TAG !!!!!!!!

We came for a late breakfast-an early lunch. The cuisine is quite tasty, but nothing outstanding, except for a very amazing position of customer orientation. Satsivi was served hot, obviously prepared in advance and warmed up. With a small black bonus, clearly belonging to the tough male stubble. Naturally, they did not finish eating. When asked to convey to the cook the wish to work in the PPE, the waitress silently smiled condescendingly. There was no apology or comment. Of course, the dish was not removed from the bill. But you didn't forget to add 10% for the service))) However, this is a common practice in the catering of Abkhazia. God be with him, we will definitely not be impoverished by 300-400 rubles))) but we're definitely not going back there.

Good beef stroganoff from the tongue. But it depends on the shift, one cook falls asleep with mustard for some reason.
The fish is delicious. It is not cheap (the price per 100 grams), one fish for 900 rubles came out.
I liked Kharcho very much.
Khachapuri is normal.
The meat salad is delicious, without an abundance of mayonnaise.
Cheesecakes can't cook at all. Inside is a piece of raw mixture, returned to the kitchen.

Of the meat dishes, tagliatelle has a stable good quality. Shish kebab of all kinds of meat is the most disgusting of those that have been eaten in a week. Chakhokhbili, solyanka, khachapuri, beans are quite decent. In soups, in addition to meat or fish, they throw a huge potato. They don't cut it. And why?

Chanakhi dish does not look like a natural chanakhi at all, a couple of pieces of beef are floating and everything is very bland. We ordered Caesar salad with chicken - so it was brought without crackers! They just laughed at our remark and took it away. At the same time, there are no apologies and deductions from the receipt or additions to the salad with crackers, no one cares!! The waitress was very arrogant and unpleasant, it was obvious that it was better for her not to be in the cafe at all.
Gentlemen, in general, just pay your money for being on the beach and there is live music that screams at the top of your lungs from the speakers
