- shared toilets.
-in the quiet/non-smoking area, you can still hear screaming music from the next room.

We decided to visit this institution after reading the reviews and as a result we were completely disappointed. I'll make a reservation right away that there are no complaints about the kitchen and everything was quite delicious. That's where the advantages ended for us. The price tag, according to my subjective feelings, is too high and, despite the good food, it absolutely does not correspond to the institution.
Service is as lucky as you are. Two waitresses were approaching our table. One was quite nice and friendly, the second personified with her whole appearance and behavior how the staff working with people should not work (ignore, malice, etc.)
Was very confused by the huge layer of dust on the table and not serving plates.
Well, in the evening there is some kind of bedlam in the institution and you will not be able to sit quietly because of the loud music. Maybe we're so "lucky" and it's not always like that.
As a result of all of the above, there was no desire to return to this institution again. And I'm unlikely to recommend it.

Of the dishes, we ordered a rack of lamb, a Highlander salad and khachapuri. The salad is delicious and the khachapuri is not bad. They ordered a fisherman's frying pan, mussels in cream sauce, hominy, French fries, nuggets and coffee. We were very satisfied. The child did not finish the nuggets, as there are 10 of them in a serving, they asked the waitress if they could take them with them, she brought a tray and a bag.
The views are beautiful, the interior is pretty, there is a veranda. Be prepared for the fact that 10% of the service fee will be included in the receipt, but the staff works clearly, so there are no questions about this)

One of the best restaurants in Gagra, view from the veranda to the sea, beauty! The prices are slightly higher than in other cafes, but it's worth it! As a rule, people went here to have dinner almost every day. The dishes are very tasty, except for the lamb square, it was impossible to chew it, plus by the look of it, it was not a lamb square, but an adult ram, but they immediately returned the dish to the waiter and did not count it in the price. Therefore, I do not lower the star for this.

The food is delicious, fresh (special praise for the kharcho and khachapuri soup). But the service is just disgusting, it negates all the advantages! A waitress came up to us looking like she was being forced to come to us, neither hello nor goodbye. There were no dishes from the menu. They asked for the bill in advance so as not to wait - in the end, the waitress grinned, saying "as I will bring it to you now, the check has not yet been knocked out." It is clear that the bill was requested after the order was sent to the kitchen. The soup was brought, it tasted and smelled very appetizing, but towards the end a huge insect with wings, similar to a fly, was found in the plate. They informed the waitress, to which she said so surprised, "what are you, a fly??" And no excuse, no suggestion to replace the dish. It was obvious that she didn't give a damn about anything. As a result, they brought the bill with the tips already included (which they did not warn us about), but they did not bring us another dish-baked potatoes with cheese. The potatoes were badly washed in the peel, the ground creaked on the teeth and had to be peeled off.The waitress came for the bill saying, "why did I bring it to you in advance if you still haven't paid." In general, the food is delicious, but the attitude is terrible. I don't advise anyone. There are many places to eat nearby. Unfortunately, the photo was not taken.

The Ritsa restaurant is an institution with a beautiful name that will be imprinted in my memories for a long time as a place where I would personally dissuade people from coming standing at the entrance.
I won't swear at the music. Even though she was loud, the man was clearly trying. He's got an asterisk.
But there are no more stars. I can't put a star on the dishes. After reading the reviews after the fact, I don't know, maybe it's even for the best that we couldn't even make an order and now there are no problems with our stomachs.
I can't scold or praise alcohol because I haven't even seen it.
All I saw were the empty tables of the people around and the disgusting attitude of the staff. I will not speak for the entire staff and I will not name names, but the fact remains. The staff here is a visitor, and the waiter is a step above. You can find the service here only in the item "service fee - 10%" in the menu. No respect or even a simple human attitude towards visitors. Before leaving, they paid attention to how many tables had not yet been served and left the institution in broken feelings and a filthy mood, cursing it for a long time on the roads of night Gagra.
Bottom line: beautiful wrapper, disgusting filling

I ordered 2 dishes and both about nothing. The mushroom cream soup was very thin and sour. Tagliatelle was supposed to be with herbs, cherry tomatoes, garlic and sauce. As a result, they brought meat with one slice of an ordinary tomato cut in half and that was it, there was nothing else...
