We were here in April and October 2021. We really liked the service in April. In October, there were mega tired waitresses who didn't care if there were customers. It's a long time to wait for her to deign to come up with the menu at all, and then wait even longer for her to accept the order. These are the main disadvantages. My husband and I liked the menu itself and how the dishes are served. It's very tasty here. And shish kebab, khachapur boat, salads. The chefs know their business. I am very grateful to them. But there is a nuance with waitresses, how lucky you are.

The interior seemed decent compared to the rest of the cafes. But this is the only advantage. At first, the waitress talked to us in a rude way, then she did not give us change at all. The bill was 2200, they gave 5000, the change was 800 rubles. That's all you need to know about this cafe, and about Abkhazia in general.
At night, everyone felt sick, dysbiosis, vomiting, fever.

We had dinner here twice - in December 2020 and October 2021. The food is delicious, there are no complaints, it's very tasty, but both times the music is almost unbearably loud, even our 4-year-old daughter complained. If there were more places to choose from, they would hardly have come here. Decide already, are you a restaurant or a nightclub? What kind of cafe is it where people sitting at the same table can't talk calmly to each other. At the same time, the repertoire is, to put it mildly, very mediocre: some kind of tasteless chanson and the like. Leave only the kitchen, it will be much better.

The attitude towards the guests is the most unpleasant impression of the visit. We went to this Cafe because there are a lot of reviews and they seem to be good, but even this did not save us from disappointment. Khachapuri boat is not fried, homemade lemonade is generally on tap water (it feels like)... we read a lot about it and even seemed to be ready, but it's impossible to keep silent about it! Service is already included in the bill by default, they do not warn about it and of course no one tries to get them deservedly, and not just in fact. Prepare small cash because the change is rounded in your direction and you are not warned about this either. As a result, I would like to "apologize to the institution and all the staff for the fact that we dared to come to them"... we will not repeat such a "mistake" anymore!

It was July 4th. It's a beautiful place, but the food, the service-the score is zero. We ordered pasta Carbonara and fettuccine with shrimp. I asked the waiter if fettuccine was without onions, because I was allergic to onions. As a result, there were onions in the pasta, moreover, there was bacon from Carbonara pasta in the plate! Why am I watching bacon from another dish in a shrimp dish? The waiters ignore it. You can't wait for the menu, dirty dishes are on the table... Such a great place has such a staff. It's just disgusting!

Of course, 4 stars only for the beauty of nature. The place itself is just packed with tourists and it's hard to concentrate on peace and quiet. The infrastructure is Savdepovskaya. You only need to take cash with you in order to pay for food and services. Perhaps you need to come here out of season.

It's very bad when a cafe doesn't have stable quality, as luck would have it. I wrote a positive review, there was a delicious shish kebab and optimal khachapuri in Adjarian (more cottage cheese than cheese, but generally delicious), but after a few days we went again, ordered the same dishes and got a completely different result, a shish kebab from veins and khachapuri of other sizes and shapes.
Maintenance is a separate issue, this is a problem in Abkhazia. Only a few tables were occupied, but you can't wait for a waiter!

A must-visit place in Abkhazia. The amazing journey begins already on the way to the lake. The ornate road that runs along the mountain river and past the mountains leaves an unforgettable impression. The lake itself is fascinating. If you want to ride catamarans there, then avoid the yellow ones. They are sooo slow. It's better to pay a little more for the whites and enjoy the process, rather than sweating like in the gym.

I support all reviews about the service, it is clearly missing here. The waitress approached with a clearly not friendly face, when asked to suggest dishes of local cuisine, there was an answer like "you don't know what yourself and you can't read," but alas, there was no composition in the dishes on the menu. By the way, 10% is not really indicated in the menu, but since we are used to it being included almost everywhere here, we were not surprised by the bill.
Any sauce is stupidly mayonnaise, diluted with something incomprehensible. The chicken with nut sauce has solid bones, the fettuccine with shrimp has onions fried in huge chunks, it is impossible to eat, the whole taste of the shrimp interrupts. The table was wiped in front of us with an incomprehensible rag, at random.
And finally, we were poisoned, apparently by this very nut sauce. I'm surprised that I don't see reviews about poisoning, because obviously the kitchen is completely unsanitary, and it's not known how many products are lying around there before they get to your "dish". I do not recommend visiting, unless you look at the sea and drink coffee, if it is of course prepared normally.

I didn't like it. The taste of the dishes is at the level of the dining room, not a single dish was finished. The vegetables in the salad are cardboard, khinkali is spicy, the tea is tasteless. Unfortunately, we did not get any pleasure from eating at all with an average check per person of 1000 rubles.

The service is average: the waiter could not advise anything from the national cuisine. The food is normal, without enthusiasm.
We were lucky: we got to the performance of the Bzyb show group - the young horsemen burned out to the fullest.
Also a nice bonus was a gift from a stranger who ordered a bottle of wine a year ago for the guests who will be sitting at our table at a certain time :)
And we also enjoyed the company of a red-haired kitten, who persistently begged for food from us throughout the evening :D
So you didn't regret coming to this cafe!

I ordered pancakes with cottage cheese. They brought three pancakes with sour cream. The sour cream was heterogeneous, the whey separated from the main mass and I asked to change the sour cream for something else. They offered me honey, and I agreed, but in the end they still brought me the same sour cream, but just mixed. And now the main thing is the quality of the pancakes. These are clearly preheated semi-finished products, because of this they are rubber and do not even cut with a knife. It's a pity that you can't attach a video here, it would better convey the state. And the service is terrible.

Surprisingly, it was the only place in Abkhazia after which my stomach did not hurt. Therefore, a solid 5!
We ordered soups, hot dishes, salad and dessert. Everything was brought quickly and it was delicious.
Toilets leave much to be desired, but here, I think, progress will not reach a solution to this issue soon; it's good that there is anything at all.
We got to the evening performance of a dance group. It was nice))

Disgusting!
The prices are higher than in Moscow, the service is Abkhazian, as if you owe the staff a decent amount. Frozen inedible khinkali, sour khachapuri dough, Abkhazian-style meat sole for 800 rubles.
We do not recommend it.

The price tag is like in Moscow. The attitude of the staff can be described as restrained rudeness. The food is unremarkable. The kebab turned out to be completely rubbery. The saddest thing is, there is a suspicion that it was here that the whole family picked up some kind of muck and lay with the temperature and other delights of food poisoning.
