Not a bad city hotel. It is suitable for tourists who like active recreation, rather than spending all their time on the territory of the hotel. Bicycle rental, tennis courts, football, basketball, etc. are available for vacationers. The Rixy Club for children is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. UAI is not the most impressive in Turkey, but it is quite decent, there is Starbuks coffee in one of the bars, kohlians are also available, all this is included in the price. The standard mini bar is updated every day. But the evening program is weak and boils down to a 2-hour performance by a cover band, the animation is also weak, you come up with entertainment for yourself. The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy. You need to walk 700 meters to the beach, while the beach is located well below the hotel. You can descend / climb the stairs or take the elevator. The beach club of the hotel is very decent, the sea is gorgeous. To summarize: the hotel is not suitable for a "lounger" holiday, but for active walks and movement - the very thing!

And here most of the dishes are delicious, there is a variety. I've heard some guests complain about the variety and quality of the food, but everyone has their own preferences, in my opinion, everything is very decent)
The rooms, of course, are tired, it feels like a little more and they will need help to recover. But still everything is clean, decent)
Although the territory is not gigantic (it's great for a city hotel) convenient location, there are shops, bus stops, the beach, a completely panoramic elevator nearby, you can walk to the old town)

A good city hotel, the Rixos level is felt. The activity of the city, and the opportunity to swim. a small children's club, the opportunity to rent bicycles - there is a place to ride, there is a park with bike paths around.
We often walked in the Old Town of Kaleichi, which is only 2 km away on foot! and close to the airport, ~20 minutes.
The territory is not large, and you will have to go either down the stairs to the beach (and back up), or take the city elevator. but for us it was not a disadvantage, rather the opposite.
The conclusion is a hotel for active recreation, and the beach as a bonus. For me, expectation and reality have coincided 👍🏻

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays of 2024-2025!!! A wonderful hotel, a little tired in terms of the interiors of the rooms, but all this is compensated by excellent service, friendly staff, excellent cuisine, a pool with warm water, bicycles for rent. There are bars on two floors, the right alcohol, they know how to make longs! A gala dinner (for money) and a bus trip to Dreamland were organized for the night. We've been upgraded to a room on Sea View! There is an archaeological museum nearby with a fine collection of ancient Greek and Roman finds.

Nice city hotel. Quietly, calmly. The old town is 30 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Konyalti embankment, the most popular beaches and a walking area are also within walking distance. Convenient location in the city, the best beach in Konyalta, clean territory, lots of sports activities, friendly staff, quickly solve all issues, the food is Turkish cuisine, few fruits and desserts (I would like European dishes). There are a lot of cats and kittens in the area of street bars. Mostly Europeans are vacationing, we were in Turkish schools during the holiday season - there were many Turkish families with wonderful children.

The hotel is great! The service, the food, everything is at a super level! But you need to understand that the Hotel is not cheap. If you want to have a nice and delicious rest, unfortunately it will not work out cheaply... We've been there 2 times in 3 years. I will note an increase in the quality of food in the main restaurant and a decrease in the level of the beach bar. Lobi bar is a separate respect for cocktails.

Great impressions after a family vacation in Turkey. The main advantage of this hotel is being in the city. We heard from friends who had previously vacationed in Turkey about long transfers from the airport to the hotel. Our travel time to the hotel is 30-35 minutes. It's great)
The hotel itself has a lot for a good and comfortable stay for the whole family. For children there is a children's pool, sports grounds, football classes with professional coaches, an evening music program with cool music.
For adults: gym, spa, evening entertainment, availability of bicycles for walking.
The restaurant is well organized for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I really liked the beach , which is 200-300 meters behind the hotel

We stayed at this hotel in December as a married couple. I would like to note that everything was at a high level upon arrival at the hotel. We also took into account our wishes about the hotel room. By the way, the room meets many requirements for the five-star category. Although there is no ironing board and iron. We liked the very good tea set and the sound insulation. We would especially like to mention the fitness center and the hammam with a sauna and a warm pool. And the food in the main restaurant was a little upset because there is little variety of dishes and not the highest quality that I would like to see in the hotels of the Rixos chain. Bicycles are very appropriate, which are given out for walking along the beautiful Antalya embankment, where there is a bike path for almost 10 km. Also a big plus is the free access to the Land of Legends Park With a transfer from the hotel. In general, with the combination of many advantages for this urban Rixos, you can give a good assessment even if there are disadvantages of the main restaurant and the quality of the food.

There is a glass elevator down from the hotel, then a few minutes to the hotel beach. There's food and drinks again without stopping. Towels on the beach are your own, there is no point in dragging them from the pool. The Wi-Fi of the beach hotel is seamless, it connects itself. Ordering food and drinks on the beach from the menu using a Qr code. The beach is pebbly, the sea is warm with streams of cold current. But here are the villagers. Mostly everyone hangs out by the pool. The hotel has a taxi stand, almost always on the counter. They accept lira, euros, dollars. I didn't offer rubles.

We had a rest in January-February 2024. In general, I liked the rest.
Positive:
- location in the city center surrounded by a park;
- cool spa and vitamin bar;
- cool bar and pool staff;
- beautiful interiors;
- excellent room cleaning;
- high-quality alcohol and a cool cocktail menu (except the lobby bar);
- free shuttle service and access to the Land of Legends Park;
- a good lunch box with you at an early check-out;
- there were strawberries every day;
- free bike rental and a very cool promenade with a bike path;
- free Starbucks coffee.
Minuses:
- minus a star at the reception (they asked to replace the room because of the noise, we were told that the hotel was full and there were no rooms, but there would be a room for an additional fee - I think this is generally a failure and an indicator of the attitude towards the client);
- the food is very simple for a hotel of this level;
- lobby bar, there just wasn't enough staff;
- animation is only live music;
- a small heated swimming pool (I think for a hotel that is in demand only in off-season, this is a huge minus);
- in off-season, they do not put sun beds on the beach, although you just want to lie down and admire the sea;
- the staff sometimes can't cope with the number of guests.
The hotel is suitable for winter holidays. A 10-minute walk away is a large shopping mall with shops like Zara, etc.

A clean, modern, beautiful hotel.

There is a suspected swimming pool, which is very convenient for off-season recreation (from November to April).

We have always approached the choice of a place to stay responsibly, but in our "difficult" times, we have to approach the choice of a hotel with a special predilection, so that the vacation would not be spoiled. We flew in November, so we based our selection criteria not on the beach, but on the level of service at the hotel, the presence of a heated pool, proximity to attractions, and other walking opportunities.
Well, now let's move on to the main review:
Check-in, classic, 14-15 hours. If possible, you will be settled earlier, but if this is not possible, then you can not try to "appease" the administrator. In our practice, the hotel is rarely empty... At the same time, while in standby mode, you can use the entire infrastructure of the hotel (food, pools, bars, spa center). In order not to carry things with you: suitcases can be left at the baggage handlers, and valuables can be left in drawers, with combination locks, in the spa center without fear of theft. At the reception desk, they will tell you where, what is located, you can take a map of the location of the objects. Connect the Internet.
After receiving the coveted card, you will be able to get into the room. The room's filling and size are quite decent. The bed is really big. The mini-bar is replenished every day. There is a kettle, mugs, 3 types of (awesome) tea, coffee, safe. But about coffee, specifically in this hotel, I will write in the section about food))) The bathroom is classic, everything is clean. Shaving and dental supplies are available, and are replenished daily when cleaning the room. I won't tell you much about bathrobes and slippers, this is obviously the hotel where you can get it all without any problems. By the way, there are different sizes of bathrobes - you just need to pay attention to this from the staff of the guest accommodation service, and they will bring you the right one! Those who found a piece of dirt, he is, of course, well done, and I hope that everything is perfectly clean at home. I didn't look for it on purpose - I was satisfied with everything. The cleaning is decent, there is no dust on the floor after cleaning, the floors are wiped every day, swans are twisted)) I've read reviews about the "fatigue" of the rooms, I can't agree here either, 100%. This is a hotel, it cannot be completely closed for repairs, but the guys manage to close and repair parts, and generally keep everything in working order. We were a year apart - I saw progress, rooms were updated on several floors! Oh, yes, it's also worth noting - the rooms have EXCELLENT sound insulation, this is critically important for me.
Meal... The main restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. On site, there is also a bar with snacks by the pool, in the summer season you can eat on the beach. You can also have a snack in the lobby, if anything, there are no problems with food. There are no queues, which is probably what interests everyone the most, there are no problems. Some, of course, manage to create them out of the blue, standing behind children who, at the very beginning, type fast food like French fries and onion rings. But those who do not need it, bypass them and calmly choose their own food, approaching pointwise to those marmites in which they are interested in food. The food is varied, delicious, endless))) And by the way, the chefs are trying to diversify the menu, then they will bake something in pots, then they will come up with something for some themed dinner. Fruits and sweets are in abundance. There is baby food in jars, there is a diet table, gluten-free food. No one will leave hungry... Now about coffee, as promised, in all bars, they brew excellent coffee, brew author's teas, and make lemonade according to recipes and raw materials from Starbucks, you can take it with you, therefore, as I wrote above, you probably won't need coffee in the room.
In addition to eating and swimming in the pools, you can be active, there are many sports grounds: lawn and table tennis, a golf course, a mini football field, a basketball and volleyball court. You can rent a bike and ride around the park with bike paths (bicycles are provided free of charge). On the ground floor, there is a gym with modern exercise equipment. According to the schedule, there are some training sessions, such as yoga and Pilates. In the spa center, there is a fresh bar, where you can drink freshly squeezed juice, tea, or a tonic drink made from fresh fruits or vegetables. You can also warm up in the Roman steam room, a classic sauna (but with a TV), and wash in the hammam. On request, you can undergo paid spa treatments. There is also a professional medical center on site, I know that there are dental services and hair transplants, but I'm sure this is not the whole range of his services. I do not know the prices, and for sure they are not static, there is no point in remembering.
Beach: we have visited both the summer and winter concept. The equipment is of course different. In winter, of course, there are no sun loungers and a bar, but bananas ripen at the entrance. In summer, everything is much more active, and food, drinks, and ice cream in any quantities. Everything is very clean and cultured. The beach is pebbly, but the pebbles are not large, and not sharp. There seemed to be enough deck chairs for everyone. There are tables with a QR code near the sun loungers, you can order food and drinks, and I assure you, they will bring you an order (we checked). But of course, there are "individuals" who occupy places in reserve, but they are "treated" for this disease - warning signs are everywhere that you should not occupy sun beds and leave, otherwise your belongings will be taken to the reception, from where you can pick them up safely. Yes, the beach is not 5 meters away, but here, when choosing a hotel, you need to carefully read the description, where it says that this is the second beach line, and not the first, so as not to write negative reviews about it later. But, next to the hotel there is a great park, and a wide embankment with walking and cycling paths, where it is very pleasant to walk, breathe fresh air when it is not the season, or not the time for sea bathing.
In principle, the hotel has a lot of automation, there is an application for ordering the necessary "services", for example, you suddenly wanted to change your slippers, made a request in the application - they brought it to you... The reception staff is as responsive as possible, there is always an employee who speaks Russian, many were seen last year, which I consider a plus, because people do not run away. We most often came across Danila, a very nice guy who will tell us everything, tell us, joke... At the guest accommodation service, Feruza helped us out most often, well, for some reason we were so lucky. I rarely single out specific people in my reviews, but these people really deserve it. She did a great job, when we met, she always asked how we were doing, and if everything was okay. It was necessary to bring 2 duvet covers at 10 p.m., please, 5 minutes, and we have them. In general, Feruza is well done, she did not forget anything, if she was asked for something in passing, going about her business, she wrote it down in a notebook, and by our return everything was done! In general, Daniel, and Feruza, if you read this, thank you very much))) The hotel management also does not stand aside, they walk, observe, tell the staff if someone hesitates, in general, well done.
Outside the territory, a 5-minute walk away, there is a shopping center, with the Migros hypermarket, and in general, not a bad set of shops. There is a bus stop nearby, 10 minutes by bus, and you are in the Mark Antalya shopping center, we walked - 40 minutes turns out, but after such a delicious meal like here, we just couldn't help but try to spend extra calories)))))
To sum up, I assure you, you can have a wonderful time in this hotel both in season and out. There will be entertainment, you can even go to football, there is a stadium nearby, Antalyaspor plays home matches.

I really liked everything about the hotel, starting from the location (near parks, the old town, a wide embankment, a shopping center, a bunch of cafes / restaurants), ending with the friendliness of the staff. The view from the room was amazing, I have never seen a more panoramic and beautiful view in hotels in Turkey. Number 343. An unusual entertainment in the evenings is a bonfire at the bar - it's warm, cozy and you can watch for an endless time). There is a warm pool, outdoor tables are set for breakfast and lunch in good weather, bars also have outdoor tables. They take you to the Park of legends for free at 10.00, transfer back at 17.00. Wi-Fi is weak, there is enough for messengers, it is already problematic to work..

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. We have been there 3 times, everything is on top. It's expensive, but it's worth it. A comfortable stay and no overload. There are enough sun beds and there are always enough free ones. They usually rested during the high season in July and August. This year we were in early October. The weather is beautiful, well tanned. The food is delicious, the sea is warm. My daughter loves this hotel because her grandfather can use a QR code to make an order for food and drinks, which will be brought quickly. Everything is at the highest level, a lot of foreigners!

The good old five ! For off-season travel (end of November), it's just perfect. Everything is accessible without crowds and fuss. The room was amazing, the option "sea view" was added as a birthday gift. The restaurant was perfectly filled with varied and delicious dishes, good drinks and snacks , but for some reason everything changed on the last day) it became noticeably worse, the guests left after the weekend. We found a lot of entertainment for ourselves: bicycles, swimming pool and sea, courts, cats, spa, fitness, a trip to an amusement park, a good shopping center nearby. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, especially the reception managers, animators, and the girls to the clearing staff. Everything is 5+. If you value comfort and at the same time want to stay in the center of the city, this is your option. The hotel is fully suitable for traveling with a child. A playground, a club, a sandbox, various entertainment, even a baby 1-2 g will be OK.
On nutrition: a chic buffet, convenient time slots. The cuisine is diverse, there is a lot of choice in meat, vegetables, greens. Wonderful desserts, a 5+ bar. The kitchen is adapted for children, there is boiled food, a lot of meat, fish, drinks, baby food. Ice cream, fruits, porridges, soups.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
Perhaps from the wishes: clean the sand in the playground more often, because there are a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel, respectively... They are frequent guests of the sandbox))

We have been vacationing every summer season for many years in Turkey only on the Rixos network. This year, for the first time, the choice fell on Rixos Downtown
There are minor disadvantages compared to other hotels in the chain, but there are also positive aspects.
The first thing that surprised me was the cosmetics in the rooms (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc.), in other networks -this is an individual package from spa Anjana. Here are suction cups in the shower with large volumes of shampoo, gel, etc. There are no lotions even on request. The slippers are not branded. It's a small thing, but we're used to it.
Usually there are 4-5 bottled beers to choose from in Rixos, some in glass containers, in this hotel one is poured into glasses.
One of the positive aspects is high-
quality food and service in the restaurant , the level is kept .
Delicious cocktails made from imported alcohol .
What I see for the first time and what, in my opinion, is the most comfortable thing in the hotel is a QR code on every sun lounger by the pool and on the beach, which leads to a menu with a selection of drinks and food, which in a short time are brought directly to the sunbed. It's just great!😍
A huge plus is the Rixos Football Academy, which we have encountered for the first time! They wouldn't even have known about him if they hadn't seen the uniform on the boy in the restaurant. This has not been seen in any hotel! Many thanks to the coaches Mikhail and Nikita! I don't know where you found them, but this approach to training, also on vacation, is a very professional level!
Every day at 6 pm there was a training session, and at 9 pm there was a game that all the parents watched))
The Rixy club is small here, but it has everything and the kids are quite comfortable there, cool shows every evening, master classes and games throughout the day! Special thanks to Eileen! You are a miracle!

We rested at the end of October in early November 2024, the most common five, which are many in Turkey without frills and some kind of premium service. The only plus is the stunning view from the room if you have a sea view. The rooms are very cozy, bathrobes are provided on demand, I asked for shower gel and shampoo for three days, the bed was never changed for 10 days, the bathroom door barely closed, I had to make efforts to close it. Four-course meals, very meager breakfasts, constant queues, a small restaurant. The staff is not always friendly and sometimes had to ask more than once. The beach is located outside the territory, you need to get out and take the municipal elevator down to the sea, there is an equipped beach from the hotel. Migros shopping center is 10 minutes from the hotel, and the aquarium is a 15-minute walk away.
If you think that you will end up in a premium hotel, then you are deeply mistaken.

I liked absolutely everything, the accommodation, the food above all praise, the vegan table, the abundance of seafood, delicious strawberries and fresh fruits. Excellent sound insulation in the rooms, the most courteous hotel staff, I would especially like to mention the reception staff, special thanks to Maria. The child is delighted with the children's club, went to the Amusement Park, beautiful landscaping and the park itself. We were pleasantly surprised that after visiting the medical center, a fruit dish was brought for the child. We attended a peeling and massage session, very professionally, and were pleased with the presence of a ladies' area. I was pleased with the warm pool, just a buzz in the morning. The shopping center is close, the sea is also nearby, and you can easily get to various places or take a walk. This is not the first time on the Rixos network , there is something to compare it with .It's very good for a city hotel, food and drinks keep the Rixos level, a small area, for some it's a plus, for some it's a minus))The greenery pleases the eye, there are many trees, everything is well-groomed , the territory is monitored, which cannot be said about the rooms …All the furniture is quite badly torn, everything is stripped, they were surprised by such an attitude of Rixos to their rooms and , accordingly , to the guests …
A huge plus for children and teenagers is the football academy, the guys coaches train twice a day and are very enthusiastic about football for children, which they then only do what they wait for training !Thanks to coaches Mikhail and Nikita!
The Rixy club is quite small, but in the evenings there are always interesting shows for kids, for children 7-8 years old, Rixy probably won't be interested here anymore!
Conclusion: the hotel is definitely worth the money, but knowing this chain, they can do better!

We really like this hotel! This is not the first time we have come here. I really like that the hotel is located in the city, in the park, you can walk and ride bicycles a lot outside the hotel. But perhaps families with very young children may not be very happy when the elevator breaks down and you have to go to the beach by shuttle.
The service is at a good level, everything is of high quality, I really like the beach, everyone is friendly, they try to make the rest pleasant, they serve fruits and drinks. The system of ordering dishes on the beach is very convenient. In general, I like everything.
A very big plus of the hotel is the football school, which is open to all boys every day!!! It is open from June to August. Every day training and football games for everyone👍🏻 Coaches Mikhail and Nikita are very good at teaching classes, professionals in their field! It's just great for boys! Great hotel. There are disadvantages, but they are everywhere. The location is excellent, in the city center, near the archaeological museum, historical sites. Minus if the numbers are for the city, then cars can be heard. The staff is wonderful. The food has been better, but always fresh and of high quality. There is a heated swimming pool, there are a lot of people in it. Cocktails and alcohol, some can't stand it. Everything is nearby, you can take a taxi without leaving, you pay by taximeter. I do not recommend this hotel!
If you are used to a certain level and expect a high-quality level from the famous Rixos brand, then you will be very disappointed.
I'll start with nutrition.
The "ultra all inclusive" system does not actually work, it is not here.
The food is very simple, monotonous and meager. The soups are very tasteless.
If you do not have time for breakfast, then you will not be able to have a snack anywhere on the territory before lunch, unless on the beach, but it takes 10 minutes to walk to it in the heat.
The beach menu is meager, there are several types of shawarma, 2-3 types of pizza, fruits, two desserts and one salad. That's it!
It is unacceptable that red fish has never been presented in a good-level hotel for 2 weeks.
In simple hotels such as Sunis Kumköy Beach Resort, Kamelya, red fish was served not only for dinner, but also for breakfast.
No type of freshly squeezed juice has ever been offered, the waiters serve juice from ice packs.
Gentlemen, owners of the Rixos Hotel, your holiday price tag is great, but your greed knows no bounds. How can you mislead people by manipulating your name? For that kind of money, you expect a minimum level of the Delphin Hotels hotel chain.
The rooms are very worn out, the double bed consists of two mattresses, which does not provide a comfortable sleep.
The noise insulation in the hotel does not meet the standards, because of the limited area, every meter is important to them and it should be borne in mind that music can be heard outside the windows until midnight.
The elevator to the beach, which is owned by the municipality, often fails, which creates inconvenience for visitors. In hot weather, when the temperature reaches 40 degrees, you either have to wait for a shuttle service that runs once an hour, or climb the stairs consisting of 200 steps.
The hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal level, which is an impractical saving on the part of the owners, especially in modern realities.
The advantages of the hotel:
- Orientation on recreation for adults.
- In all main zones, the limit is 16+.
- There is a QR code in the room, with which you can solve all issues with the staff in your native language via chat.
- There is a QR code near the pool and on the beach, with which you can order drinks and sandwiches from the menu.
- The staff is customer-oriented. There is goodwill everywhere, all problems are solved instantly, the guys work especially well on the beach and in the main restaurant.

I do not plan to book hotels of this chain in the future, including in other regions.

A gorgeous hotel, there are no words!!!The rooms are old, but well maintained. The beds are royal and comfortable. They clean daily, change towels and linen daily too. The territory is surrounded by greenery and fountains. Food, I don't even know what to say. There is sooo much food, a variety of all kinds of snacks, hot, fruits, vegetables, everything is very tasty. The staff is polite, at a high level. There were very few Russian-speaking vacationers. The beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is inconvenient, you need shoes for swimming so as not to get hurt. We had a rest in July 2019. I would love to visit this hotel again.

I will describe the disadvantages because our stay at this hotel consisted mainly of them.
CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL
It was the second hotel in Turkey during the autumn holidays of 2024. We arrived at the hotel by the time of check-in, the check-in process was quick, the reception was informed that the room was ready, and the keys were given. In fact, the room was not ready because it was organized for 3, there were 4 of us (this issue was resolved on the call). When booking, it was indicated that we should be placed on a higher floor, and we were placed on the lowest 3rd floor. Hence the conclusion that the room was given to us randomly because neither the number of residents was taken into account (although the number of people was indicated in the booking) nor the wishes for check-in (the hotel was not 100% loaded).

The rooms are tired. The hotel is begging for renovation. In the rooms, as in the hotel, there is a musty smell, the smell of cigarettes is often felt (perhaps it pulls from the lobby). The first thing that catches your eye is the dirty tulle and carpet in the room, it's squeamish to walk on such a floor without slippers. And in general, the general feeling of the hotel is squeamish, stains on textiles in common areas, dirty windows, elevators. Pastel and towels are on the level. They were just afraid to turn on the air conditioning system in the room, it's so ancient - darkness! It feels like bats will fly out when you turn it on. The balcony is polluted with birds. Bathrobes and extras. bathroom supplies are only available on request.
QUALITY OF SERVICE
The service in the shared restaurant is just a pain! It's hard to believe that these are employees of the Rixos hotel chain. The most terrible thing is the biased attitude towards the citizens of the Russian Federation, which we were. Perhaps this is the reason for the sluggishness of the waiters, some employees openly ignore Russian guests. To order a drink at a meal, you need to complete a whole quest - first catch the waiter and order, and then wait)) it happened that the drinks were simply not brought, or they were actually forgotten or on purpose. Queues are possible in the restaurant if you arrive at the beginning of lunch/dinner.

You need to be prepared that this is a city hotel and the range of dishes is not "Turkish" at all)) but the main thing (meat/fish/soup) can be found. I liked the desserts.

SEA AND BEACH
The sea is a small pebble, I liked it more than the sand of Belek. The hotel has a separate area on the city beach. The road to the beach did not bother, but the municipal elevator did. On weekends, you don't have to rely on it because the local population goes to the sea in large families and queues form. A good idea is the opportunity to place an order directly to the sunbed using a QR code, BUT!!!! The trouble with the Internet!!! And if he just pulls badly at the hotel, then there is practically no him on the beach and to order drinks or food for yourself to the sunbed, you either walk with your feet to the bar or arrange dancing with tambourines and catch WiFi. The meaning of this function is lost with SUCH an Internet quality!
THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE
On the eve of departure, we discovered that two sweatshirts had been stolen from the children's room!!!!! IT'S JUST THE BOTTOM!!!! These were the only warm sweatshirts in which they planned to return to Russia in sub-zero weather. The hotel "of course immediately conducted an investigation," but nothing was found. In the morning, the children wore these sweatshirts for breakfast, then we changed clothes and went to the beach, and upon returning from the beach, we did not count the sweatshirts in the room. The worst thing is that the guests are not protected in any way in this situation, they were confused and that's it, and then understand and forgive, and go home. A week has passed, but the hotel still answers my questions that an investigation is underway and I will be informed additionally. It's very funny!
conclusion
I definitely do not recommend this hotel!
The wishes to the hotel management are to remove the word Rixos from the name and work as just a city hotel that has nothing to do with an international network. Perhaps then the guests will not have high expectations from staying at your hotel.

A good hotel, but a little tired and frankly outdated. We were given a room, of course, with a view of the city, it is very noisy with an open balcony, but with a closed one there is good sound insulation. Upon check-in, a Russian-speaking concierge helped us, added us to the chat and we could contact via chat with any problems. We were in this hotel for only two days, cleaned the room once, tea-coffee-water was not replenished, the tip was taken away. I liked the food very much, it was varied. The hotel itself is well located, there is a large park nearby. You can go down to the sea by elevator or stairs, but there is a private area with sun beds. I don't know how it was in summer, but it was even free in autumn.

I liked everything, the food was delicious and varied. Lots of vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts, honey is just wonderful, there are several types of ice cream.
The pool is just wonderful, warm. After that, you can go to the sauna, you can go to the gym.
You can take a bike and ride as much as you want, there is a bike path 10 km away. We have been since 27.12, we swam in the sea, the water is super. Clean and not so cold.

Cons- everything is too economical
At breakfast, as well as at lunches and dinners, they never served salted fish, such as salmon, ice, etc. Only as hot, baked, and often tasteless.

Mini-bars like in 3* hotels, only water and beer. Not a single snowball, chocolate bar or cookie
Lack of direct access to the sea
The pool is large, but only a very small part of it with comfortable water. Both children and adults swam there
In the main pool, the water was so cold that I only saw people swimming there twice.
Working with objections on -2, they can listen, say we'll figure it out and nothing! not to do or even to call.

Expectations and reality did not match.
There were advantages, the rest was a success. But I will only describe the disadvantages in order to understand what you can run into:
Terrible WiFi (video attached), room cleaning didn't get any better even with tips (I had to ask for a foot towel, I had to beg for bathrobes - they brought shabby ones that weren't fresh, they didn't even put them on) Only the hotel manager speaks Russian at the Legend Park desk, so communication inside the hotel if you want to be understood "only English"!Some staff are not helpful. In particular, at the bar where Starbucks is located - not once, when asked to pour coffee, the employee opened the coffee machine and said that it was no longer working today. One of the staff who is responsible for the pasta was very outraged, in fact, sometimes coming for hot pasta, an employee could point a finger at cold spaghetti and ingredients, they say, put it on and move on. On the tables if you expect shrimp, trout, salmon steaks, squid, kiwi, strawberries... There is no such thing. The waiter could easily bring a dirty, unwashed high chair for our one-year-old child, while smiling broadly as if everything was fine! We had a rest from October 5th to 11th.
