Not a hotel, but a complete nightmare. Rude receptionists, nothing works. We came for a honeymoon, we were given a room with two beds, we were told that everyone else was busy, we were rude. We put up with it, came to the room, the light doesn't work. A repairman was called, who tried to do something with us, but nothing worked. Whoever complains about this hotel - yes, he is a little tired of rooms, I do not argue, and if you need a lot of food 24/7 - you are not here for sure) but Rixos is, first of all, the city center, proximity to all attractions and a gorgeous park and promenade! Once upon a time, a beautiful hotel was badly worn out . The service and room cleaning were also very spoiled . The breakfasts/dinners were disappointing . It used to be great , it became a C grade. Savings in everything . I do not recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is tired, in need of repair, the coffee is terrible, it is impossible to drink it. Food, you won't stay hungry, there were two types of seafood, not counting small fish in snacks, a normal fitness room.
