I really liked the place. The atmosphere is cool. The sound is good. I'm good. There are enough snacks, the only thing that didn't go in is beer.
I liked the hookah. Overall, we had a great time.

We booked a table with a deposit. We arrived and security wouldn't let us in because one person was wearing sweatpants (not some kind of adidas or something like that, but ordinary casual). The guards began to behave incorrectly, saying that they would kick us out now if we continued to stand. They said, "Well, let's try it." As a result, they used physical force to expel him. We asked for a book of complaints and suggestions. The guards said that we were not visitors, so they would not provide us with anything, which had already violated the law on providing a complaint book on demand. After the arrival of the riot police, the guards became affectionate and less aggressive. It is worth noting that we, as visitors, were completely sober. The manager came and instead of solving the problem, she started talking about some other institution and that she just had to give the guard a hand and they would let her through (and this is the manager...). We are very unhappy with the service. We have written a complaint, and we will wait for a response. We won't visit again.

We rented a hall for a corporate event. Unfortunately, our experience left only negative impressions. Presenter Artyom Lisitsa completely failed in his task: rude communication, interrupting clients, inappropriate comments and a complete lack of professionalism. The presenter allowed himself to address the guests as "you", but at the same time demanded respectful treatment of himself. The conflicting moments dragged on all evening, spoiling the mood of the whole team.
In addition, the presenter overestimated the cost of karaoke twice relative to the price list, which looks like an outright violation. The administrator tried to resolve the situation, but it seems that the presenter could not be influenced in any way. At some point, the presenter left the hall altogether, leaving the corporate party to its fate. As a result, there is no karaoke, no planned program — none of the promised. They were forced to leave the institution ahead of time.

I was in the week ..... of course there are no people....BUT the staff had to be there...A security guard met me and warned me about the deposit (the club's website says that the deposit is not taken during the week).He showed me where to put my clothes and led me into the hall.

We rented the ENTIRE hall for a corporate event. Presenter Artem Lisitsa is an absolute zero. When communicating with a client, he has the right to interrupt, without listening to the client, to say "here's the camera hanging" and say "don't poke me", although he himself "you" punishes the guests all evening. It's too long to describe all the moments, but the mood for the New Year's corporate party is absolutely ruined. I do not recommend it. At the same time, the administrator tries to resolve the conflict, but there is no influence on the presenter.
The presenter eventually went to another room. the corporate party was abandoned. There is no karaoke, nothing. They had to leave. mark 0 for the entire service

We went to this place after the Macan concert. The decision was spontaneous, but in our experience, these spontaneously means it will be cool! And so it turned out. At about 22.00 we were in the bar and we were shown to a table. Everyone noticed the incredibly beautiful and very comfortable sofas. The girl (I don't know her name) who follows the queue of songs immediately came up to us with a smile to meet us. At first, there were not many people and they sang more often, later the people pulled up and had to wait a long time for their turn, but this did not spoil the evening. The waiter was very attentive and constantly hung around our table). The evening was a success, we sang, danced, and ate. Well done to keep it up!!!

My impressions of the institution as a whole were very sad. The sound leaves much to be desired. The only plus is the counters on the bar!
And the worst thing is that no one has warned that the songs after 04:00 are paid!!!

A good place for company. You can relax and eat. But there are questions about some food (I did not lower my rating for this, because there are positive aspects that overlap this). The sound is good when you sing, the sound system tweaks some moments to enhance the effect (this is great). The presenters are always cheerful and very polite. The waiters are also great. The table is always cleaned and they are always wondering if everything is fine and if anything else is needed. There are questions about the bike drink, to be honest, almost a children's drink without alcohol at all, but again there are more positive moments. In general, we visit this place quite often, while we liked everything.

We celebrated a corporate party, the quality of the music is lower than the baseboard, the quality is zero, but it is drumming on the brain, on the offer to make it a little quieter, they said the program would start even louder. The program is not an event for visitors, but for performers, as it turned out so well. When the people warmed up with alcohol, they decided to dance, but they were quickly dispersed, the program was not over yet. I didn't like anything from the food (more or less there were beef steaks, everything else was just to have a snack, but not to enjoy the quality of cooking. At first, salads and slicing were put on display, the corporate party began at 19.00. The hot was served at 21.30, by this time the tables were empty (I wrote about the quality above), and by about 1.00 they served rustic potatoes and shish kebab, which were already on..... nobody needs them. Well, the cherry on the cake in the toilet at the train station smells nicer than they did at the time of opening.

The best karaoke club I've been to. The atmosphere is super, the food is very tasty (special thanks to the chefs, you are masters of your craft), the administration is a pro, the service is on top, it is clear that the director appreciates and respects his employees, the sound is high-quality!!!!! Celebrated her birthday on 25.11.23
We haven't been here before. And it turned out that here is the perfect place to even just relax. The food is very tasty, the portions are large enough, the interior is not shabby (you can see they are watching everything) this is provided that there are hookahs (usually all sofas are in holes - there is no such thing here). The service is excellent, unobtrusive. The administrator solved all the issues within half an hour. I warned you about everything in advance.
In general, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and congratulations on the stage from the club.
I have never regretted that I chose this place to cancel my day. I recommend.

The staff deceives customers. We made an order, the waiter initially said that the drink was available after confirming the order. When calculating at the end of the evening, the amount turned out to be significantly more than expected, and all because the waiter decided to bring another drink, which is 2 times more expensive.
When asked why this happened, the waiter and the receptionist shrugged and said that you had been familiarized and told everything.
Dear Rokas staff, if you do not know how to take responsibility for your actions and decisions, but blame them on customers who, in turn, are not sommeliers, I will be very happy if someone from government agencies, in the very near future, checks how you work and what quality of services you provide.
I am one thousand percent sure that you have gaps in your work, for which sooner or later you will no longer be responsible to customers, but to a more serious structure.

If you are looking for classic karaoke, pass by - after the transformation of the large hall into "karaoke" it got worse. Actually, "karaoke" starts only at 23 o'clock, but there are so many tables that it will not work to sing a song once an hour. And this is in the absence of VIP tables, songs out of turn and songs from the bar. Three songs per visit before three-thirty is somehow too little. At the same time, there is a deposit system and the corresponding prices and with some overkill. I.e., coming here as a club / restaurant also loses its meaning. The only thing that does not allow you to put a lower rating is the presenter Lisa - she just lives her job. The service is also on the level.

On 12/15/2023, a NEW YEAR's corporate party was celebrated. It was the most memorable "holiday" that our company has ever had. The beginning of the evening was scheduled for 19:00. We have never seen anywhere that guests who have already arrived are sitting at empty tables, on which only bottles of alcohol and drinks proudly towered. Cold appetizers and cuts began to appear on the tables after the salads had already been served to the guests 45-50 minutes after the start of the evening. Special thanks for the cod fillet with vegetables! It was necessary to write in the menu that it was "steamed without adding salt and spices." Fans of proper nutrition would certainly like it. The steak, on the contrary, was dry, over-salted and over-peppered. The cook apparently does not have a knife: the Caesar salad and bruschetta were chopped, apparently with an axe, of gigantic size. A separate shock from the NEW Year's program. There has never been such a thing anywhere that the presenter did not walk across the tables and did not present the names of the companies that came to the celebration. Because THERE WAS NO PRESENTER AT ALL! There were some numbers of dancers, a juggler with fire. Then the mummers from the local staff, Santa Claus and Snow Maiden, appeared for 10 minutes, sang the "plus" song "Accidents", wished everyone a Happy New Year at 23:40, and no one saw them anymore. In general, we are still in a state of cultural shock from the discrepancy between the price and the level of the institution. Never again...

Thanks to the administrators Olga and Alyosha for their help in organizing, for their attentive attitude and pleasant communication. To the young man who was at the entrance an hour before the opening and when I came up with a heavy bag, he ran up and took the package, opened the door, smiled. Delicious food, helpful staff. I really liked that there was immediately background music for toasts for communication, then live music and then karaoke. Everything is so timely. All our guests had a lot of fun and rested.
