These are the flowers they brought me. My husband ordered it for the wedding anniversary. The courier failed when my husband was not at home yet, accordingly, the surprise was spoiled. I realized that my husband ordered the flowers, and decided to pay for everything. As soon as the amount for this was announced to me... I was shocked, is this dwarf bouquet worth 85 rubles? I didn't really look at the flowers right away, what my husband ordered and where I wasn't aware of, I got confused and paid... Later, when I went to the site, I immediately realized that this was a hoax, I was wildly upset. These are the emotions you give on important days for people. I also want to highlight that the courier did not have change from 100 rubles, that's why I'm writing about 85 rubles, the flowers themselves cost a little less, it's not professional. Less than a day has passed, and the roses can already be thrown away, although, to be honest, they could have been immediately sent to the trash. It is not pleasant when garbage is brought to you, and they ask for a lot of money for it.

People buy flowers from you for a lot of money to please themselves and their loved ones, and as a result they get a waste of money and negative emotions. As a result: the presented flowers did not please, but my mother was upset. If it was really important to you that every customer was satisfied (as you write in response to such reviews), you would not allow yourself to sell this to people.

The store has terrible service. The consultant did not want to explain where the flowers were, and just poked at the price list. The flowers are not in the refrigerator, but in a huge pile on the floor. How to understand the price of unsigned flowers, if the seller is silent, I do not understand. Flowers were not taken out of the package, but simply thrown on the table. To be honest, their condition was terrible after such treatment. A package of flowers costs 07.50. The flowers were packed badly on one side the packaging was torn and the flowers were looking in one direction. When it came to payment, it turned out that the store had a problem with the receipt statement. I was offered to take a receipt with a date smeared with a corrector, and apparently this is a standard scheme of work. As a result, I refused the bouquet at least because it is simply incorrect to cover up the date of sale in the receipt with a corrector. I will never go to this store again.

I bought a bouquet, took it straight home by car, didn't freeze it on the street, cut it on arrival, the next day they decided to cut it again, and almost everything rotted there... I bought a bouquet of roses with my son on Saturday for my wife (mom), the flowers lost all appearance a couple of hours after the purchase, the roses all crumbled.
