I ordered a bouquet of 13 scarlet roses in this store to please my wife on her birthday (13 is her favorite number). They brought, not only that they were not fresh, but instead of 13, they brought and handed over 11!!! The festive mood is spoiled. I decided to call to report this situation (in such cases, reasonable management tries not to lose a regular customer and tries to compensate for such situations). Unfortunately, at Rosa bel, the management does not consider it necessary to apologize and compensate for the spoiled festive mood. All that was offered was to bring a new bouquet (which was impossible, because they left the city, and the bouquet was already handed over to the spouse) or return the "change" for two roses (as if it were a penny). The second time I made an anonymous order, and asked to inform about the delivery. A short note was also added to the order. As a result, the courier managed to leave a receipt with all the information related to the order along with the flowers. That is, my data and the price. The note was hastily handwritten, which I didn't expect either. Well, no one told me about the delivery, but I found out all the details solely because the courier "burned" me to the ground.
And yesterday I ordered an anonymous bouquet again. They brought a bouquet and didn't tell me anything, although I specifically asked to inform about the delivery. Later I found out that there were stale flowers in the bouquet.
