The result just turned around with the words "thank you for the good mood" and left. There is no point in arguing and proving something to someone, and it will be worse for yourself in terms of the emotional background and "raising pressure".
Of course, I haven't met with such a "service" yet, or I've long forgotten that such a trick is possible when an important event is on the nose.
I consider photos in messengers to be necessary for this service when communicating with the buyer - operator - seller.

But the bouquet in the store was not fully packed, only leaves and buds. In the store, I asked that at least the paper be stapled together from above. The bouquets that were collected on the table in front of the customers were packed completely in thick paper. With the order, they went to take the bouquet supposedly ready in a separate room by the time it was ordered. But in fact, it was clear that there was nothing new, and they quickly assembled it, so I waited for about five minutes until they took it out. Plus, a couple of buds were broken, apparently in a hurry. In general, we were pleased with the pre-order, the quality of the packaging and the assembly of the bouquet this time."

He does not understand what they are asking for, and his colleagues do not connect!

At the same time, instead of the cream one that was originally, I tied a white one! and narrow!
