Every time I order through an Instagram account, I get a headache and feel like I'm being given a favor. Information must be extracted with ticks, 0 politeness. You will not receive a preliminary photo before sending, additional information at least about the purchase of the crystal. I order flowers only because of their quality, they are really beautiful and well worth it. But in order to save your nerves, I advise you to go to the salon right away, because after communicating with the manager on Instagram, your mood will be spoiled.

My mother ordered me a bouquet of peony roses delivered for my birthday. After I removed the packaging from the flowers, the buds began to crumble, most of them were dry and wilted. Apparently, if a person orders from another city, then you can put already dying flowers in a bouquet. I specifically found out from my mother what kind of store it is in order to leave a review. So it also turned out that they did not communicate with her very pleasantly and without any interest (the guy was talking on the phone). As a result, my bouquet stood for one day and completely crumbled and withered. This is the first time I'm writing a negative review, but I've never seen such bad colors before. I do not recommend it

I ordered a bouquet with the expectation of a pleasant surprise for a girl's birthday in a cafe with a choice of time ~ 19 hours and a pink bouquet. They assured of delivery from 19 to 21. Not only was there no bouquet of this color and had to be changed, but it was delivered almost at 22 o'clock. I had to stay near the place. And the expectations were rewarded... not a fresh bouquet at all. The design is excellent, there are no questions. On the plus side: the prices are quite democratic. But if the quality leaves much to be desired, is such a "democracy" necessary?)

I ordered roses earlier and everything was OK. I ordered daisies this time.The flowers were brought at 20.00, the result is in the photo in the morning. I think the answer "we don't know what you did with them next" is worthy. The second option is to refuse, the flowers were brought close to 20 (the delivery period is 18-20) and the girl had no time to run and look for new flowers.

We ordered a bouquet of "honey" chrysanthemums.When clarifying the details of the order, we were warned that the flowers would be slightly darker than in the photo.When we came to pick up the bouquet, it was just awful.The flowers are not fresh, the leaves under the packaging are all broken.The color differs coordinate-wise, and not "a little darker", as previously stated to us.There was no time to order another bouquet somewhere, because they were in a hurry.Terrible flower shop.

We ordered flower delivery. When unpacking, we noticed that some of the buds were broken. There was mold on one of the stems. After that, the water in the flowers changed, the stems were cut.
