The Instagram operators confirmed everything, but on the day of the order, it turned out that there was no packaging that was essential, to which they told me that they just ran out, then they wrote to me that different administrators were conducting my order, so it turned out (very important information on the day of the event), then they generally sent me ordinary cardboard boxes that are not even possible to give anything, and even I would not use them, for the most unnecessary things, instead of offering something else, real, the price in the end did not care anymore, all the time the operator clarified whether to cancel the order. As a result, unprofessional communication between operators or administrators, I would say boorish and disrespectful, they did not hear me at all or did not want to, they completely ignored my requests all the time, as a result, I urgently had to look for an organization, because the anniversary began in 3 hours, coordinate everything in a puff. Advice to the director, teach your specialists to listen and hear the client, and then you will have recommendations and a huge number of repeat clients will be added.
