This is about a recent case.
And before that, I also ordered flowers from them a couple of times, a ball inside with a gypsophila, one in the photo. I arrived, saw something completely different and for the worse.
We bought a bouquet of bush roses for a colleague: the consultant girls are very attentive and polite. The bouquet was made at the highest level, it stood for a long time, the flowers were fresh. Thanks for the work!
Everything was fine until I ordered the delivery. I paid in advance, agreed on the delivery time. It was supposed to be a pleasant surprise.
At the appointed time, no one arrived or called, the manager apologized, asking for another hour for delivery.
An hour later, no one came or called again.
As a result, the recipient fell asleep, the surprise failed, the money was returned - and thanks for that.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THE SERVICE!
I do not recommend this place. The flowers did not last even three days. A bouquet for 100 + rubles, for that kind of money you want and the quality is appropriate. The girl was upset, thank you..

An advertised place. They were ordered a day earlier than necessary, it turned out with paid delivery. However, the courier did not appear at the appointed time interval. After clarifying the situation with the managers of the instagrammers, they said that the courier was lying, but okay, it doesn't happen to anyone. Couldn't it have been reported? An apology was issued, which was accepted. The next interval was set, the courier arrived earlier than scheduled. Respect, I am pleasantly surprised. As for the roses themselves. They looked great, the first day they stood with a bang. But the next morning they noticed that they had wilted, trimmed the tips, put them in ice, and no, a miracle did not happen, it's a pity. Of course, the managers were informed of the situation, but unfortunately the assumption of improper storage is not correct, moreover, they agree with the article on their own website. To sum up, the courier's lateness was not so upset, but the bouquet of rapid fire excluded this store for further selection of flowers
I wanted to order two bouquets in two different locations in Minsk. They said the minimum cost of the delivery order was 35 byn, but my minimum cost was 42byn, which is already longer than 35. But the manager still stubbornly said that I had an order for 21byn, absolutely not hearing my words and turning them over the way he wanted. There is one conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, they are absolutely NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED, THEY DO NOT WANT TO THINK, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT, they also expose the client to blame!
Thank God, this is not the only flower shop in Minsk. Therefore, I advise everyone to read reviews on the Internet before buying and avoid this store!
I ordered a bouquet (101 daisies). The delivery was scheduled for the morning. After calling back 3 hours later to the birthday girl, I heard that no one called at the appointed time, there was no delivery. I wrote on Instagram to clarify the reason for the non-fulfillment of the order, to which I received an answer: you were not found, the courier had no time to wait. At the same time, no one called or wrote to me (the customer). To my question: what options can you offer to solve the situation that has arisen, you answered pay extra for re-delivery. As a result, the flowers were delivered 5 hours later from the scheduled time without additional payment.
The freshness of the flowers leaves much to be desired, the total discrepancy between the words of the operator on the site and the florist on the point, I do not recommend

I made an order for 51 chamomile at lunch with pickup at 18:30 via the website, the operator called back and confirmed the order. When I came to the store at the appointed time, I was informed that there were no flowers, we are waiting for delivery, here your order is recorded, but there are no flowers.
To my question, "Then why did you confirm the order to me if you couldn't fulfill it?" I was told that "This could not have happened, that the operator called you and confirmed the order, this does not happen with us."
This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude towards clients in my life, it's just disgusting, as if I'm also deceiving them.

The store is just terrible. They say one thing and do another. Moreover, instead of daisies, the mix was offered roses allegedly Dutch, because of the car that was delayed at the border. So they also said about it a couple of hours before the delivery time. In a word, they imposed what they had. Yes, and when I saw these roses, I was horrified. Here is a photo of what was expected and what actually happened. The first photos are from the right to the left, what was offered, and the first one on the left is what we received. Even the design wants to be better. In short, just ***.
There is a lot of writing about orders through the site, but I came to this place twice and both times they collected an excellent bouquet for a very reasonable price. Good service and pleasant florists are included.
I want to leave a review about the "excellent" service and quality of flowers in this store. On Friday, I asked about the availability of a bouquet of gypsophila and the opportunity to pick it up on Sunday. Everything started well, they answered me, check on Saturday. Good. I am writing on Saturday, everything is available, fine, I was told that I had booked. I arrive on Sunday, I show messages, no one knows about any reservation. The gypsophiles are dried up to the point of impossibility, purple ones are not enough in quantity, they were asked to add white ones, they turned out to be exactly the same in quality. There is no desire to return to this store anymore. Only beautiful photos on Instagram.
The bouquet was of terrible quality, both the decoration and the flowers themselves. The delivery was half an hour late. As a result, the holiday was ruined!!!
