It was not the first time I came to this sanatorium with my wife and this time with my 6-year-old granddaughter. Of the cons: I did not pay attention in the voucher that the room needs to be vacated before 10 o'clock. The standard for up to 12 hours is adopted worldwide. In 2016, the check-out was before 20 o'clock and there were no problems. This year we found ourselves without a room for 7 hours. Tickets were purchased in advance for the Moscow train, and the ticket was received later, where it was indicated departure before 10 o'clock. We sat in the hall for 6 hours, exhausted, only then we were offered a room when our granddaughter fell asleep on the couch in the hall, but it was done at 16 o'clock. A taxi came for us at 17, and the train arrived at 19:40. Was it really that hard to meet the customer halfway? especially with a small child.
We were in the period 09/23/2011 to 10/7.21 the bank was not working. The money could not be exchanged. I had to call the children in Moscow to ask for money, they took a payment card with them well, they usually went with cash and no problems.
In general, the rest turned out to be so-so, and in the end they finished off with such an early release of the room.

I had a rest in the sanatorium from July 11 to July 26 in this sanatorium there are only 2 advantages, it's magnificent nature and good honey.service.Otherwise, a terrible sanatorium!!!The food is worse than in the factory canteen.I lived in the 4th house, the weather was hot outside 32-34 and there is no fan in the room, not to mention the air conditioner.When I asked the administration about the fan, they told me there were no fans, the sanatorium had not purchased, sign up in the queue to get a fan)))))There is no entertainment for adults at all, only for children.The disco was supposed to be for adults, but that's how the kids dance again.In this sanatorium, children are everywhere))))

We were passing through, stayed for 1 night. The place is very nice, the forest, the air, the lake! The food is normal, I was surprised by fried chicken for breakfast, but it's good that there is a buffet and there were several types of cereals. We stayed in a 2-bed standard room, bed linen for 2 people, of course, and going to bed I realized that the mattress was covered with oilcloth, sorry, but this is too much in my opinion.
The staff is very pleasant, both at the reception and in the dining room and spa!

Excellent treatment and nutrition, a variety of rooms from economy to luxury. A transfer service has appeared. But the prices for services have become higher than before. They stopped giving towels for water treatments (((. The sanatorium is located in the forest on the shore of the lake, where swans fly. Feeding swans is one of the most popular leisure activities. A great place for families with children.

I was in the sanatorium Ruzhansky until 10/30/2021. This is my third sanatorium this year and the tenth in Belarus. I consider my competence appropriate. In my opinion, this is a factory holiday home. There is everything for recreation here: a great beach, a wonderful SPA complex, a large swimming pool, an extensive territory... Otherwise, everything is at a low level: The most important ingredients are missing from the medical base - these are therapeutic mud and mineral baths. Source of drinking water The water ran out long ago. The food is like in a factory canteen. Concerts with professional artists are not held. I think that this family contract will completely ruin such a wonderful resort.....

I was with my son in this place from 10/31/2021 in the 5th building on the 3rd floor for 6 days. I can't say I had a rest in a sanatorium. In our room, we could hear people talking from the next room. On the 3rd day, the water in the pump room stopped heating. The pools are full of people at any time, in addition to "vacationers in the sanatorium", anyone from the nearest towns and villages can pay and swim. Catering is a horror. In order to have lunch, me and the child need to go to the feeder, take two plates of soup, take it to the table, return, take a salad, take it, return, take a drink, take it, return for bread, and the main dish is brought to us. For breakfast and dinner, some fruits or kefir or sweets - everything was unloaded on one side of the table -figure it out for yourself. And the food itself leaves much to be desired .There was no reaction to my comments to the head of placement, and later to the director's reception room. They left a day earlier. They paid the money, but for what, it is unclear......

I've been there 3 times already, in general everything is fine, of course there are nuances, but it's optimal with children. I would especially like to mention the ultrasound doctor - a professional diagnostician. There are many pediatricians. Excellent ecology, gorgeous territory. But it is open to visitors (cafe, spa)

This is a very good sanatorium. A great alternative. Beautiful swimming pool. Awesome forest in and around the territory. Excellent food. A beautiful lake on the territory with swans. Excellent fishing. From the sanatorium, you can quickly get to various attractions: Castles, ruins, estates, museums. It's beautiful and cozy there. Very nice rooms. Good afternoon. To be honest, I didn't want to write a review here, but once again hearing an advertisement about the Belarusian Maldives and this sanatorium, I was just overwhelmed.
Terrible sanatorium, the worst in Belarus!
If you want to get to the USSR, then you are definitely here. The service is disgusting, the waitresses are rude, the tables are not maintained, they constantly confuse the menu, they bring, not what they ordered.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, but even a regular fan. Only after my complaint, the fan was brought in a few days later, for a minute the heat was more than 30 degrees. The TV was out of order for 3 days!
They require their own diaper during the procedures!!! There are no disposable sheets in the sanatorium! We haven't heard about coffee machines in the dining room either! And all this pleasure for 100 rubles per day per person!
There are many good sanatoriums in Belarus for such a price, do not be fooled by advertising, do not spoil your vacation.

We were at the sanatorium with our family for Christmas. You can't call it a vacation. The medical staff is screaming for no reason. They require sheets for procedures. It is unclear where to get them. There are no hair dryers in the changing rooms. Be ready to go with a wet head after a massage shower or a bath. Meals for two. The table was set for 1, then for 2 (there were 3 of us), there were constantly not enough appliances. The 2nd breakfast was not delivered. When asked where he was, the answer was stumped: "Stolen!" The events so beautifully described in the program are practically not held! They just DON't EXIST. In general, the time and money spent... Only the territory and the room are good (they lived in building 5).
