A wonderful children's sanatorium! I had a vacation there in 2015/16 with my daughter, for the New Year. Reasonable prices,beautiful swimming pool,ice rink. And it 's important ! For us , it was possible to get anywhere from any building through warm passages .There is a forest around, a lake with swans.I liked everything.

Not a bad sanatorium. I was at the water park for children. What concerns food (cafe panstvo hop) I ate twice. I just had fun once. All the menus were available. And it was 07.07.2024. It's just terrible!!! Half of the menu was not available. Pizzas were completely missing. Pork is terrible. The breading exceeded the amount of meat. So it depends on what kind of change of chefs.

We come to the sanatorium for the second time. Territory, procedures, staff for five points. The rooms are clean. They are cleaned regularly. leisure activities are organized. I like everything very much. One disadvantage is the food. For dietary nutrition, dishes, especially meat, were often excessively salty. Another point is the pitch. I really want the dish to be decorated or at least sprinkled with "green" (dill, parsley). As it is, everything is wonderful.

The sanatorium disappointed (. Only the territory is good, it's super!! The food is terrible, there is no choice in the customized menu! If you like coffee, then in the vending machine for an additional fee. There are no coffee machines.Only the soups are normal, the rest is three.... The pool is nice. Who goes to be treated with dirt, then there is none! It is superimposed in packages and does not come into contact with the body ...., the rest of the procedures are normal, as everywhere. We lived in the fifth building, the room was dark and tired. The furniture is outdated. Only the bed is normal. Here is such a vacation in a well-known sanatorium (Sad. The first thing I didn't like was the booking, there are no prices on the site, the fact that a specialist is calling and counted something to himself, how is that at all??? I want to see the prices and different options and only then discuss the nuances with a specialist, this did not happen!!!! The second is full payment, I understand that you are so hedging, but when making a reservation in March, I do not know what will happen to me in June, how to return the money (many were outraged by this). Third, when they settled in, they wrote to the child with treatment, although they stipulated only rehabilitation without treatment (they did not use it), now there are doubts about the calculation of the cost of the voucher!!!! It's not bad for the rest itself, but the amount paid for the ticket does not correspond to reality! The rooms are ordinary, the TV did not work for 2 weeks!!!!, it was replaced only on the last day. The food is ordinary, not good and not bad. Nice pool. The territory also saves the situation, I liked it. You don't like entertainment, change the music, listen to songs of the 80s for 2 weeks throughout the sanatorium too much! There are no complaints about the staff, well done. Special thanks to ultrasound technician Vasily Semenovich, a competent specialist. And another wish to the management, at such a price for a ticket, we could rent scooters and do the rest for free. The advertising is good, but the expectations were not met.

It's a pleasure to communicate with the staff, honey.the staff is at the highest level! the food is excellent, the choice of dishes is impressive. It is simply impossible to stay hungry here. Three meal shifts have been introduced in the dining room, which is also very convenient for a large number of people who are improving their health. The rooms are good, cleaning is done every day, there simply cannot be any questions about cleanliness. Leisure is also organized well, there is a place to go every day, there are playrooms for children, playgrounds on the street. There is a cafe and a disco for adults.

I really enjoyed my stay in this sanatorium. We were in August. There is a direct minibus from Minsk. But he doesn't walk every day. It is necessary to select the days of arrival and departure. They took vouchers without treatment. The necessary procedures were purchased. A good medical base. But for some particularly in-demand procedures, it is necessary to make an appointment in advance, two weeks before the trip (for example, carboxytherapy, cryocamera, etc.) Procedures are carried out on time, there are no complaints to the staff. If you need to reschedule something, they always go to a meeting. It is not very convenient to have free access to the pool and gym until 17.00, until 19.00 would be ideal, but with a small number of procedures, it is quite enough. But the visit is unlimited. After 18.00, the swimming pool and sauna baths are open for a fee. We lived in the 4th building. There are many complaints about the room for this category of sanatorium, but we did not bother with this. The only legal smoking area on the territory of the sanatorium is located exactly behind the 4th building. The territory of the sanatorium is beautiful and well-groomed, in the evening there is an unusual illumination. Good entertainment program, live sound every day in the cafe or on the pier. There is a rental of anything. Various interesting excursions are organized. Barrier-free environment. There is a lot of entertainment for children. The food was satisfactory. Everything is delicious, but there is a problem with variety, especially with side dishes. It is bad that there is no pharmacy kiosk and ATM on the territory. Overall, the stay was great. I want to come back here again.

Upon check-in, it turned out that she was only in one particular cottage, which was already occupied, in fact we overpaid about 30,000 rubles (RF). It was in early May, doctors have days off, few people care that you have a vacation and you can't adjust to their schedule. The dining room, it's just a nightmare, once they just forgot about us. When I asked the administrator about the promised five meals a day, the answer was three meals a day. After visiting a cosmetologist, my whole face is stained and itchy, I really hope that the allergy is from her "miracle masks" and not demodicosis. Treatment, a couple of massages, darsonval. A swimming pool, a tumbleweed of hair and mud floats. As a result, we are going home 4 days earlier, itching, but insanely happy that we will be home soon

Yes, it's a beautiful area and wonderful medical care. Wonderful friendly staff. BUT - if you need dietary nutrition due to gastrointestinal disease, then do not count on it. Dietitians only take up space, and practically do not engage in nutrition.And in general, the food in the dining room was very pumped up. According to advertising, they are fed 5 times a day, and children are generally 6. THEY LIE!!!! 3 times. It's not tasty. For example, the kupaty was fried in oil from frying fish, while another vacationer had it made from rotten meat.I've lost a lot with my diet. I went hungry, lost 4 kg in 2 weeks.. Now, in general, about the attitude of the higher, so to speak, staff to vacationers. I have a mouse in my room. I'm terrified of them. And she was running around on the laminate and scratching with her claws that I hadn't slept for two nights. My complaints were accepted, but they replied, we live in the forest, and in August we have spiders all over the buildings, and in autumn mice. But these are little mice, voles... Don't be afraid of them.... I think they should have bought a thousand mousetraps and some kind of working poison... The third night I couldn't stay in the room where the mouse lives, and went to sleep in recreation. My friend got worried and put me in an isolation ward, in a hospital bed. The pressure jumped, vomiting opened, and hysteria began....I had a good rest! After my statement to the management, the number was still found. But new troubles began. The TV did not work for 6 days and the refrigerator did not work for three days..In general, the summary is this: I will not go there again in my life. And I don't recommend it to anyone. There are 3-storey buildings, there are no elevators, you will endlessly climb stairs when you need to go to procedures or to the dining room. and the worst thing is that you will carry your suitcases up the stairs. A change of leadership is only good. We can say that the director is a very good marketer!
The services are on top! Separately, you can tell a lot about the SPA complex, it is just wonderful. All buildings are connected by covered walkways, which is important in adverse weather conditions.
The territory is well-groomed, rhododendrons bloom violently in spring, roses in summer, fir trees in winter, everything is harmonious.
The food is high-quality and varied. There are many procedures, they are prescribed by a voucher, it is possible on a paid basis in consultation with a doctor. There is a pump room with mineral water, good quality water (it suits me very well for an ulcer).
You can also visit the SPA complex on weekends (which we often do). We are pleased with the improvements and responsiveness of the staff. The cafe has updated the interiors, which was a pleasant surprise. The prices are quite affordable, there is always a choice.
I sincerely want the sanatorium to develop and improve in a given direction. Health and prosperity to the whole team!

They are very friendly, always ready to help and answer questions!But at the same time, unfriendly administrators who do not understand what customer orientation is. And... people with disabilities, wheelchair users have nothing to do here. There are no ramps, elevators do not work, there are steps everywhere. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Therefore, those who want to combine work and leisure have nothing to do here either. Administrators quite ungraciously recommend looking for specially designated wi-fi zones on the floors.

Habitation.
We lived in the 5th building in a two-room family room. We chose it specially, because we did not want to fall asleep with the child at 21:30, but here we were a little disappointed: the double bed turned out to be about 140 cm. It's wide, but it's impossible to fit everyone on it, and I had to sleep on a creaky sofa in a room with a TV. What was in the room: a dirty broken sofa, a small TV, a small refrigerator and a safe, cutlery, a wall clock that did not work because they did not have batteries, a kettle, a large balcony, a place to dry clothes, no air conditioning (how do people live here in summer?), linoleum on the floor, the wallpaper is like in a mental hospital (yellow and light green). Everything was old and the cheapest, there were wires sticking out everywhere, which did not add aesthetics. Sockets in a room with a TV are only on one side, so you will not be able to recharge your phone and read the news on it while sitting on the couch. A plus is a large number of channels on the TV, including children's channels.
The bathroom is quite large, but everything here is old, scary and the cheapest, there are no cosmetic buns here, except soap. There is a hair dryer. Toilet paper is also the cheapest, like newspaper)). The bed linen was new and clean.
There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room.
Canteen.
That's the worst thing about this sanatorium. It stinks of food inside, then from your things outside)), I had to change clothes before and after the dining room, they also cook from the cheapest products, pasta is white and like porridge, milk sausages with terrible taste, rice glued together. Buffet - one name - primitive salads (cabbage with pepper, vinaigrette, radish with sour cream), sliced tomatoes or cucumbers, 2 types of soup, all without meat, dried fruit compote, birch juice, soy sauce, tea, bread, loaf and all. That's it, Carl.)) The cutlery hasn't been changed since it was opened 19 years ago, it's disgusting to eat like this. Meals were divided into 3 shifts, waiting for meals for 20 minutes after arrival was very stressful. Often something ends up on the common table and no one reports it anymore.
There was never anything but tea at dinner, but if the child does not like it, you will have to buy and bring something else with you.
The portions are small, I had to finish what I needed in a cafe.
Most of all, I am surprised by the fact that complaints about food, judging by the reviews, have been for many years, but is there a question about the competencies and professional qualities of the sanatorium administration or do they simply not care about vacationers? The marketing service will write (as it did to everyone before) in response to this review that it will deal with this situation, but for some reason no one has been able to figure it out for several years. It's time to pay attention to the owner of the sanatorium (NBRB), if the administration cannot cope, although, quite possibly, they don't care either.
Territory.
There is a rental point, you can rent boats, catamarans, bicycles, children's scooters, electric scooters, gyroscuters, balls, tennis rackets. There is a cafe on the beach, the menu is small, mainly snacks, you can order shish kebab, wings from hot, beer from alcoholic beverages.
The lake is dirty and overgrown, I wouldn't swim here.
There are tennis courts, gazebos with barbecues, cages with rabbits, goats, Vietnamese pigs, chickens, a craftsman's shop with all sorts of unnecessary stuff, a store with clothes and all sorts of little things (toothpastes, swimming circles, fishing goods, etc.).
Positively, one can note the cafe "Panstvie Hop", where cozy tables, affordable prices are on the menu, there is also a grocery store where prices are also pleasing, in the evening you can listen to live music in the cafe.
Parking on the territory is paid (3 rubles per day).
The largest circle on the territory is about 1.1 km.
Well, 5 points to the person who deals with flowers, there are a lot of them and it's really beautiful.
A wide beach with excellent sand, sun loungers, changing rooms, a beach volleyball court and a playground can be positively noted. There were problems with the toilet on the beach, it stank worse than in the regional train station.
It is worth noting that swimming pools and water parks are not allowed without a hat, so be sure to take your own, if not, you will have to buy it here.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that the problems with the clock were not only in the room, throughout the territory (the running line of the 5th building, the hall of the 5th building, the cafe on the beach) they went wrong, all such little things show the disregard of the staff.
For children.
A children's room with toys, several simple playgrounds on the territory where there is not even a swing. Sometimes they show cartoons in the cinema, hold a children's disco, organize board games and other entertainment, but there are days when there is nothing for the child. But the animators are great, they really try, they sing very beautifully. The administration does not worry about the children's quiet hour, it is normal to carry out noisy work every day (sawing trees, cleaning dust and leaves with a noisy blower, etc.) during the daytime from 14 to 16 hours. The response of the staff at the reception surprised: they do not manage these jobs, and these workers have a working day until 17:00. Moreover, sometimes it seems that they are mocking, because before and after the child sleeps, there is silence.
We were not satisfied with the opening hours of the water park, which was one of the important points when choosing a sanatorium, on weekdays from 15 to 17, which falls on the child's nap (up to 16), and from 18 to 20 (we had dinner at 18:50). Why can't we make any time before lunch?
There is practically nothing near the sanatorium to visit with children, only Kossovsky Castle, Ruzhansky Castle, where children are not interested, the Golden Pheasant zoo and everything, large cities (Grodno and Brest) are far away, an hour and a half to drive to them, if not more.
We didn't go to the doctors because we didn't need them.
Conclusion.
The price does not match the quality. One day for 2 adults and a preschooler, without treatment, in the off-season in May costs 335 rubles (more than 100 euros), the child is considered almost as an adult (-15%). Practically nothing is included in this price, except accommodation, meals, a swimming pool and one of the baths for 1 hour daily at a certain time, and a therapist's consultation. You have to pay for the rest: swimming pool at a convenient time - 16 rubles, billiards - 10 rubles / hour, catamaran - 20 rubles / hour, bicycle - 11 rubles / hour, water park - 11 rubles / hour, manual massage - 22 rubles / 15 min., underwater massage - 21 rubles / 20 min., shooting range - 5 rub / 10 shots from pneumatics.
There are many decent places in the country for about this money, which are head and shoulders better, even in the state Lake I liked it more. And here, at the price of an all-inclusive hotel in a seaside resort, with cool children's and adult animation, the sea, a blue flag beach, they provide a mediocre level of service and boredom, because there is nothing to do here. Well, only if you are 60+, you can probably go to procedures and doctors for days and thus kill time.

A good place, a great idea, it is worth paying attention to the accumulation of vacationers at the reception desk during rush hours, it is necessary to unload one employee who simultaneously conducts calculations, consultations, makes notes in books, etc. (specifically in a complex with baths and a swimming pool). Special attention is paid to the service of the huge dining room (cleanliness of tablecloths and paths, lack of toothpicks, abundance of cabbage dishes, etc.). In general, it is good. In the gym, the instructor did not give the child 12 years to work on the simulator with a parent, it's still too early. The room (cottage) is full of poisoned flies and ladybugs crawling around the room. Everything is focused on receiving additional payment for additional services.
