Usually, a review is written after visiting a place or when the period of stay has ended. This is not about the sanatorium "Ruzhansky"!!!! I wanted to share about him from the first day of my stay. My friend and I bought vouchers with the "Treatment with wellness" program. Upon arrival at the sanatorium, we were placed in the room that we had booked, without delay we were issued, sent to an appointment with a doctor who prescribed procedures for us. I would like to tell you separately about the nutrition in the sanatorium. Meals are served according to the buffet system, but this is our "Belarusian table". The dishes are varied and delicious, the choice is good. The attitude of the staff to the vacationers is cordial, and the list of services available at the sanatorium "endless" is more than 140 services. I highly recommend this sanatorium.

Once again we came to the sanatorium.
The weather was wonderful all the rest. In early May, the temperature in the sun was 15-20 ° C.
There was a little rain once in the whole two weeks.
We took the third shift, adjusting to the procedures. We were a little upset when in the first days (30.04 and 01.05) there were no salads and soups left for our arrival, but then everything returned to normal and the food was good as always. We have heard that the sanatorium plans to switch to a full buffet (now the buffet is partial: porridge for breakfast, salads, soups for lunch, salads for dinner. Hot dishes on a customized menu, you can choose from three different hot dishes and three side dishes). I think that switching to a full buffet will only lead to more food remaining, and therefore, vouchers will become more expensive. Now you can choose different dishes every time.
I was a little upset with the treatment. There are fewer procedures on the voucher: electro-phototherapy has become one instead of two procedures, inhalation treatment has also become only one. If I visited the halocamera that year and did inhalations, now I have to choose. Aqua aerobics / physical therapy used to be included in the package, now it is not included. Visiting the amber room is now also not included. But the treatment was every day, even on holidays.
Also this year you can rent boats and catamarans (last year there were none or we did not find them). Garden chairs were hung near the lake, it's just a pity that there are no blankets in them. When the wind blows from the lake in the evening, it gets cool. Even earlier, there was an Internet connection near the lake in the cafe, now it has been removed for some reason (
Despite this, we had a wonderful rest and were treated. It is clear that the sanatorium is developing and being updated. New procedures are emerging, however, so far on a paid basis, but we believe that in the future they will be included in the package. Thanks to everyone who read to the end. The best sanatorium for vegetables and salads . According to the location, it is located naturally in the forest , surrounded by forest . It is very fortunate that all residential buildings are connected by corridors, it's just right to return to yourself after water treatments, and there is an interesting labyrinth-like architecture, but you can navigate freely in a couple of days. Food, there are no equal salads. I will also note the soups are also above average . According to the procedures, I took a swimming pool , a gym and a sauna and went every day , so the wellness bootcamp turned out to be perfect . A great place to relax 👍 there is a swimming pool, a water park for children, a beauty salon, a Belarusian cosmetics store, a cosmetology room, a cave cave, mud and hydrotherapy and many many other amenities... The territory is large, beautifully decorated, the sanatorium is located right on the shore of the lake, equipped with a beach. The food quality is 4-, quite tasty, but monotonous. We have been vacationing since 2010, 10 times already.
A lot of things are changing, which means there is development. Once it was better, once it was worse.. We are leaving this year without disappointment.
The territory is very well maintained, everything is in flowers, pine forest. Changes are visible on the beach and in the forest, everything is more modern than Soviet. The extra ugly fences and firewood were removed.
A great idea with a big swing, barbecue. A wonderfully located mini zoo - rabbits, goats, ponies. And there is no smell, which is important.
A huge advantage is the warm transitions between all buildings - in rain and cold, salvation for both children and adults.
A convenient and intuitive updated website for booking directly.
We've redone the cafe and this is a cafe where you can really sit and relax comfortably, but it's adding a lot of Drunk and noisy people!! after closing, it seems to be a closed area, and closer to night I don't want to meet them for walks.
The rooms and corridors have been partially renovated, the terrible colorful bed linen has disappeared.
A wonderful swimming pool and SPA area, part of the baths has been renovated. The procedures are all there, you can buy them if you need to work hard on some problem.
There are no problems with making appointments to doctors and procedures now - some offices are open and the doctors on duty work on weekends, they have removed small breaks in the offices, left only lunch.
The food has become much better, more interesting and tastier! The only thing is, often everything is cold(
Soups, porridges, salads, compotes - the Swedish line. The second is to choose from under the order. And most importantly, the smell of the canteen is gone from the clothes!
Excellent beauty salon (hairdresser and manicure/pedicure) + it has an excellent selection of Belarusian cosmetics.
And it became possible to enroll in it.
Well, the main joy for us is the calm, responsive, friendly staff who are ready to help! It is very pleasant to meet familiar receptionists, waiters, doctors, maids, nurses! They are the ones who create the feeling of home. Unfortunately, I didn't see any administrators I've known for so many years..
For us, there are disadvantages that we have to measure ourselves against..
1. The cost increases every year and it ceases to be an affordable vacation.
2. We converted the gym into a gym and this is a big loss. The trouble with tennis tables is that there is only one free one, and they don't know where the keys are from the paid ones. Billiards is only Russian and there are also some difficulties with it. And all this is scattered from different places around the buildings. Ask \ go there, from that one and so on. There is absolutely nothing for adults, children and teenagers to do (especially in the evening or in the rain). It's a pity that there is absolutely no focus on sports. The gym with a warm transition was a meeting place for a lot of people, it's a pity that now it's gone.
3. Terribly sticky floor throughout the dining room (filled with compote, tea, coffee and all this is carried on your feet). The dining room has become a little cramped with such an influx of people. In the morning, ten with coffee and milk is only in one place and it is rather a coffee drink. A lot of broken dishes.
4. The store. It used to be smaller, but there was something to buy for souvenirs and useful things. Now the store is bigger, there are more things, but there is nothing to buy. Clothes up to size 48-50. There are no beautiful pajamas and nightgowns, no dressing gowns.. In general, a very strange choice of clothes and colors. There are no linen towels, tablecloths.. A lot of things are missing…
5. There are few showers (only 3) in the women's locker room and it is very crowded and there is always a queue. And very uncomfortable showers are not even for the most shy people.
6. Well, in general, it has always been difficult to book the desired rooms, especially if there is a strict link to vacation dates. It has become even more difficult now.
In general, for us this is a place where we are guaranteed to relax, get enough sleep, work up and get the set of procedures we expect + a gorgeous pool and air.

This is our first experience of recreation in sanatoriums. Emotions are only positive! Very clean, quiet, clean air, large well-maintained surrounding area. We lived in building 5, a comfortable room, there is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes. All, without exception, the staff is very friendly. A wide range of procedures, modern medical equipment. It was a great pleasure to visit here again. We rested in building 5, where the rooms are more spacious, with a loggia. The food is great, I really like the combination of a bespoke menu and a buffet. But very uncomfortable pillows! It was believed that instead of renting orthopedic products for money, it would be better to initially buy comfortable inexpensive ones. It's kind of undignified. A very pleasant sanatorium. We just stayed the night. In the morning we went on an excursion to the Sapieha palace complex.
All buildings are connected by internal above-ground corridors. You can move from building to building without going outside. The price for an overnight stay is very affordable, 1100 Russian rubles per person. There is a beach, beautiful, but we were in January. And excellent paths in the pines, winding walking kilometers.
We did not go to the procedures. We didn't have time.

We are from Russia and for a long time we have been choosing where to relax with our family and a small child of 6 years old. After a long time of comparisons and studies, the choice fell on this sanatorium and that's why, of the advantages:
1) A good location far from the hustle and bustle of the city, a beautiful and well-groomed area where you can sit on the shore of the lake alone with yourself or walk around the park area has its own mini zoo, there are swans on the lake and you can fish, barbecue areas, the beach in general, whatever your heart desires.
2) At first, navigation inside the buildings turned into a kind of Fort Bayard, where it seemed impossible to find the right office and arrive on time for the appointed procedure, but they coped with it quite quickly. The good news is that all buildings are connected by a covered and heated transition system, i.e. in any weather you can safely move in shorts and slippers from point A to point B, despite the forecast outside.
3) Good rooms for every taste and budget. The rooms are cleaned efficiently, bed linen and towels are changed. We never used ours. Take the rest with you (bathroom accessories, slippers, change of clothes, etc.) There is toilet paper, liquid soap, hair dryer, TV, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, mirror, bedside tables and beds are also available. They were located in the 2nd building, floor 3, number 20.
4) Leisure, both for children and adults at the highest level, you definitely will not be bored. There are 3 swimming pools, including a water park for children, a sports hall with a bunch of simulators for every taste, as well as an instructor will help raise your athletic potential. All possible concert programs, movies, master classes, excursions, discos, sports events (tennis, basketball, billiards) in total, 14,000 steps per day, this is so, just a warm-up, pass unnoticed, and most importantly with benefit), a SPA complex with various baths and rooms, in general, a class! In addition, there is a rental point for sports equipment, from a scooter to skis, only a motorcycle is not enough, in general, there will be something to occupy yourself at any time of the year)
5) Meals according to the order menu system with buffet elements, at first it seemed that there was not enough food, but it was worth waiting a little bit and replacing the necessary salads, as well as other ending dishes, occurs in a timely manner. They feed very tasty and a lot, even very much, according to the results of 11 days, all family members have added + 1 kg)
6) Its own pump room with mineral water and a huge selection of medical services. We took vouchers with treatment, but after consulting with a doctor, we decided to buy separate ones. The doctor explained everything correctly and gave advice on the type of your preferences to one degree or another. Med. the equipment is clearly new and is being monitored.
7) There is a paid and free Parking for cars, as well as the sanatorium provides a shuttle service.
Now from the cons:
1) The lack of Wi-Fi in the room, of course it is in the lobby, but I would like to have it in the room in the evening to lie down and sit in the networks to look through the news.
2) No telephone for internal communication with the reception, maid and other infrastructure. The phone was located on the ground floor, it was not very convenient to walk to it, but it was not stupid. The main thing is that it still exists!
3) We were at the end of October, the batteries gave heat only from 20:00 to 08:00 the rest of the time they did not warm at all, adults are basically tolerable, but the kids are not very, a blanket with a change of clothes solved the problem, but they slept well.
4) A lot of additional services that you will have to pay for, here the most interesting thing begins, a free pool until 17:00 when you have procedures, then pay, the bath complex is also included in the price after 17:00, before that time we did not have to visit them. The room with an iron and a washing machine was closed, if you want to wash, then please pay. A children's room with a tutor is also paid, as is billiards.
5) Drinking water is also on the right floor.
Summing up, weighing all the Pros and Cons, our family recommends a vacation in this sanatorium and it rightfully belongs to the highest category, everyone is greeted and escorted like relatives at the highest level, very responsive and pleasant staff who will come to your aid. We had a family vacation during the May holidays. We lived in a house. The house is excellent, clean, fully equipped with everything. Washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, stove, plates, cups, etc.

Not a bad sanatorium. I was at the water park for children. What concerns food (cafe panstvo hop) I ate twice. I just had fun once. All the menus were available. And it was 07.07.2024. It's just terrible!!! Half of the menu was not available. Pizzas were completely missing. Pork is terrible. The breading exceeded the amount of meat. So it depends on what kind of change of chefs.

This is not the first time we have been to Belarus, there is something to compare it with.
A very beautiful place, lake, forest. Clean air. The territory is well maintained. My wife really liked the procedures. The medical staff is polite and helpful. There is a good gym and a 25-meter swimming pool.
We lived in the 5th building, at first we were given a room on the 1st floor with peeling, bulging, scuffed wallpaper. The next day, the accommodation service kindly changed the room on the second floor with a fresh renovation. But the design of all the interiors from the 2000s, everything is outdated. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, everything is perfectly audible what is happening in the neighboring rooms. The maids work well, are friendly, and keep everything clean.
BUT, THE DINING ROOM!!! It's something else. Even in factory canteens during the Soviet period, they cooked much better. The products are all of high quality, but the cooking is terrible. Buffet (lunch, dinner): squash caviar, cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes. The hot dishes are brought by friendly waitresses. On the first day, they gave me a treasured casserole for breakfast. Cheese for breakfast is always cherished, as if it had been lying somewhere for two days. The portions of butter are very small. A teaspoon of sour cream is added to the cottage cheese. Potatoes every day. Macaroni and cheese, cutlets with boiled vegetables are offered for breakfast.
We went to Brest on an excursion, had lunch in a small cafe of Belarusian cuisine on Sovetskaya Street, and were completely delighted.
What prevents you from changing the chef and starting to cook deliciously from high-quality products that Belarus is famous for.
If you were with a child, you wouldn't know what to feed him.
It was booked and paid for 7 days, but because of the food we left 2 days earlier.
Two years ago we were at the Plissa sanatorium, we didn't even want to leave, but our vacation was coming to an end, we had the most wonderful memories, day and night, compared to Ruzhansky.

I want to see the prices and different options and only then discuss the nuances with a specialist, this did not happen!!!! The second is full payment, I understand that you are so hedging, but when making a reservation in March, I do not know what will happen to me in June, how to return the money (many were outraged by this). Third, when they settled in, they wrote to the child with treatment, although they stipulated only rehabilitation without treatment (they did not use it), now there are doubts about the calculation of the cost of the voucher!!!! It's not bad for the rest itself, but the amount paid for the ticket does not correspond to reality! The rooms are ordinary, the TV did not work for 2 weeks!!!!, it was replaced only on the last day. The food is ordinary, not good and not bad. Nice pool. The territory also saves the situation, I liked it. You don't like entertainment, change the music, listen to songs of the 80s for 2 weeks throughout the sanatorium too much! There are no complaints about the staff, well done. Special thanks to ultrasound technician Vasily Semenovich, a competent specialist. And another wish to the management, at such a price for a ticket, we could rent scooters and do the rest for free. The advertising is good, but the expectations were not met.

They took vouchers without treatment. The necessary procedures were purchased. A good medical base. But for some particularly in-demand procedures, it is necessary to make an appointment in advance, two weeks before the trip (for example, carboxytherapy, cryocamera, etc.) Procedures are carried out on time, there are no complaints to the staff. If you need to reschedule something, they always go to a meeting. It is not very convenient to have free access to the pool and gym until 17.00, until 19.00 would be ideal, but with a small number of procedures, it is quite enough. But the visit is unlimited. After 18.00, the swimming pool and sauna baths are open for a fee. We lived in the 4th building. There are many complaints about the room for this category of sanatorium, but we did not bother with this. The only legal smoking area on the territory of the sanatorium is located exactly behind the 4th building. The territory of the sanatorium is beautiful and well-groomed, in the evening there is an unusual illumination. Good entertainment program, live sound every day in the cafe or on the pier. There is a rental of anything. Various interesting excursions are organized. Barrier-free environment. There is a lot of entertainment for children. The food was satisfactory. Everything is delicious, but there is a problem with variety, especially with side dishes. It is bad that there is no pharmacy kiosk and ATM on the territory. Overall, the stay was great. I want to come back here again.

When booking, everything was described very nicely, we decided to rent a cottage, since my husband loves a sauna, and we were assured that it is in the cottage. Upon check-in, it turned out that she was only in one particular cottage, which was already occupied, in fact we overpaid about 30,000 rubles (RF). It was in early May, doctors have days off, few people care that you have a vacation and you can't adjust to their schedule. The dining room, it's just a nightmare, once they just forgot about us. When I asked the administrator about the promised five meals a day, the answer was three meals a day. After visiting a cosmetologist, my whole face is stained and itchy, I really hope that the allergy is from her "miracle masks" and not demodicosis. Treatment, a couple of massages, darsonval. A swimming pool, a tumbleweed of hair and mud floats. As a result, we are going home 4 days earlier, itching, but insanely happy that we will be home soon

Buffet, treatments, etc. But...at the height of the season (from July 25th), a small swimming pool with a Finnish sauna, hammam, etc. was closed, allegedly for emergency repairs. Emergency repairs - for a month!!!! In my opinion, either the engineering and maintenance service did not conduct periodic inspections and did not carry out preventive measures, or the management, in pursuit of a "long" ruble, did not give permission to perform timely work. And the result is enchanted guests who have pre-booked vouchers and made an advance payment. A cool sanatorium, everything is done wisely, responsive friendly staff, a lot of different entertainment, both with and without children. I was in winter, I liked everything, I think it's even better in summer.
