We always take a trip with treatment for 11-14 nights. It is not cheap for Bedorussians, since the procedures included in the package are the cheapest and simplest. If you really want to improve your health, open your wallet. About 1000 bel. Rubles in excess of the cost of the petevka. The pool is available before lunch or after lunch. The bathhouse includes one dry barely ... if you want to steam, pay from 18.00 to 22.00 a penny + 30 rubles per person. And on weekends there are no procedures, a couple of paid ones, only the pool from 10.00 to 13.00. Even one bath is not included. If you have come to this place, you are lucky. With tears, he left the child with his mother-in-law. I should have been in her place!!! The air is great, the area is well maintained, the staff is polite and friendly. The room is large, 20 squares, TV, refrigerator, kettle - all inside, balcony with floor-to-ceiling Windows. The food is always fresh and delicious at home. For the child, they took the "often ill" program - sooo many procedures. The entertainment program intercepts people from the procedures and brings them to sleep. And I also wanted to mention the people who rest there, a great selection of our compatriots. Thank you for improving my child's health!

We just arrived from the Sanatorium.
Positive:
✔️ very clean (in the rooms, in all rooms, on the territory),
✔️beautiful green forest ), this is actually the outskirts of Belovezhskaya Pushcha
✔️we lived in building 5 , the building is new , transitions between buildings are very convenient !
✔️Friendly smiling staff , many treatments to choose from
✔️Rental, playgrounds, water park, adult pool and cinema in the evenings are cool
Unpleasant nuances:
❗️poor sound insulation (but in general, after 23 they try not to make noise)
❗️there is no air conditioning in the room+ the water in the shower went badly
The food is good, but due to the fact that an hour and a half for food, there is a crush in the dining room
🫶Almost all procedures are paid, but prices are two times lower than Moscow time

Excellent sanatorium!!!! A charming kitten meets you in the fae. The rooms are well renovated and furnished. Good-natured, friendly and professional staff. The buffet!!! Delicious cooked food. Lots of procedures!!! For six baths and swimming pools - a separate respect!!!! Artificial snow!!!! Gorgeous lake and beach. Everything is clean and well-groomed. I want to go back!!!!!

A very good sanatorium, I recommend it. Buffet meals, the only moment for drinks ...
For example, coffee is only a sutra, tea, compote, juice for lunch, cocoa or tea for dinner, kefir. I would like to have a choice of drinks to choose from at any meal. This is the only nuance, everything else is fine... Huge territory, very clean, nice beach, mini zoo. The child is very happy and so am I. We will definitely return there more than once.

I come to this sanatorium for the 2nd time. It was 2 years ago. The service is good. The food is varied. Dishes on diets. You won't stay hungry. The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day. The staff are very polite. The medical base is very good, there are many different procedures. You can purchase a voucher with treatment or rehabilitation. We purchase with wellness and pay for additional procedures on the spot. There are wonderful pools in the sanatorium, however, when you get a ticket, ask if they will be closed for prevention. During this race, we were not warned that the big bowl would be closed (I hope it was just the manager's forgetfulness, and not the political aspects - we came from Russia). The spa pool is generally great. The sanatorium provides a wide range of services. Therefore, small misunderstandings do not spoil the overall impression. I recommend visiting this sanatorium. I think you will be satisfied.

Hello. There were no places in the sanatorium from 13.02 to 20.02, so I had to take a cottage. Everything is clean, beautiful, and cozy. But the cold was terrible. The tiles on the floor are cold, they slept in tracksuits, asked the administration to do something, added a little, but it was still very cold. As a result, we didn't get it to the end, because everyone got sick, we can't recover for a week.Having paid a lot of money for the cottage, we were very surprised that the cheap terrible toilet paper. The food is terrible, the children are constantly hungry. Yes, there were grapes, apples, oranges, yoghurts, marmalade, but when children are served mashed potatoes with onions, it's terrible. Not every adult eats onions.The dishes are all greasy. Honey. services as well as honey.the staff is all at the highest level, cleaning is always on time,kitchen and cottage N1 (and because of the cold)I wish it was better. Memories of the sanatorium are not the best, so we are all very sick, definitely there is no desire to return anymore. Pay for a ticket, a sanatorium fee, pay extra for medical services,buy groceries to eat in the cottage,toilet paper, plus pay for the sanatorium every evening, since it is free only until 17 o'clock, while everything is on procedures, and then the price is not cheap, and on weekends it is even more expensive, and when the family out of 6 people ...., and now plus for all the medicines that we buy all week to get back on our feet ... as a result, at the price for everything, you can fly to Turkey or Dubai, but not 6 people, but two of them for sure.

We had a rest in the first half of June 2023. It's a very beautiful place. The territory is clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. We lived in the 4th building on the 3rd floor. The room was cleaned every day. However, the sockets are at a height of 1.7 meters))) Unfortunately, it was only on the day of our departure that a 100% buffet was introduced. But it's a reason to come back next year. Bicycles and catamarans can be rented on site.

We rested in the sanatorium for the second time from 12/28. to 12/27. Last year we were on the same dates, we really liked the New Year's Eve, we decided to repeat it, but as sometimes happens, you can't repeat what you liked once. This year our holiday was overshadowed by the disgusting work of the staff, upon arrival at the sanatorium after checking in, we went to lunch, at the construction site in the dining room we were informed that the food system had changed and there was now a buffet in the sanatorium, certain places were no longer assigned to the guests and it was not necessary to fill out cards with a choice of dishes, respectively, we had a question how there will be a seating arrangement for the new year. We asked this question at the information desk in the dining room, to which the girl informed us that the seating would be random, tables could not be booked in advance and the beds would appear only on December 31. As we found out later, it was possible to book tables very much in advance, and it was a free service. We waited until December 31, the lists were ready for lunch, we looked at the list and saw that we were seated at table 27, the seating arrangement completely satisfied us and we were satisfied. When we arrived at 22 o'clock on December 31 at the beginning of the holiday and sat down at a table, we realized that something was wrong, the table was set for four and all adults, there was a child with us, I turned to the information desk in the dining room, it turns out the lists were redone, everything was changed and we are sitting at table 27 instead of 1, this is a table opposite the information desk at the entrance to the dining room. To our indignation, the staff replied that nothing could be changed, the places were determined, sit down and celebrate the new year. The three of us are sitting at a table, so to speak, flowing around and then they bring an elderly woman who was also transplanted (in the first list she had to sit at another table), she was naturally very unhappy, we listened to a huge tirade from her about the sanatorium and the negligent attitude of the staff, although I saw a large number of tables closer to the stage where people were sitting three and five at the same table, it wasn't so impossible to put a woman closer. Personally, we were in a bad mood for the New Year. On January 2, we went to the reception desk in the 5th building, a young man and a girl worked at the counter, we asked the girl for a book of reviews and suggestions, the girl asked us if we wanted to write a thank you, we replied - no, we want to write a claim, to which she tells us – the book is at the signing of the manual, and gives We need some leaves. We waited until the girl came out and asked for a book from a young man, and lo and behold, it turns out that this big brown book is on the bedside table, in the most prominent place. We wrote a complaint and when we returned, we asked the girl if she was ashamed to lie, but she told us that she was working the first shift after the weekend and had not seen the big brown book standing behind her, and it was already 2 p.m. I described everything in such detail so that other people would not get into similar situations. It is a pity that in such an excellent sanatorium the staff does not act so professionally.
I can say mostly good things about the sanatorium itself! The sanatorium is located in a pine forest on the shore of the lake, very beautiful places, a developed info structure, the territory has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the territory is well maintained, many benches, swings, gazebos, barbecue areas, since we rested in winter, the snow has been cleaned, the peculiarity of the sanatorium is that all buildings are connected by warm passages, good and a rich entertainment program. The sanatorium has a very friendly and courteous staff (of course there are exceptions). We rested on a Wellness package with unlimited access to the pool and spa complex. The procedures were purchased separately, but there are very few places since holidays and a large filling of the sanatorium with vacationers. It turns out that the sanatorium has a service to book the procedures you are interested in in advance for dates and times that are convenient for you, unless of course they are not busy yet. The sanatorium is being renovated, repairs are being made, the room stock is being updated, the cinema and concert hall has been renovated, a new small outdoor pool has been built in the SPA complex, the number of simulators in the sports complex has been increased, an open kitchen will soon be launched in the dining room, it is clear that the management of the sanatorium has chosen a policy of development and moving forward! But there is always something to work on.

We regularly visit the spa. The service, like everywhere else in the Republic of Belarus, leaves much to be desired - smiles, a "Hello" on duty, advice and assistance in choosing services and more, you will not wait, but the Ruzhansky sanatorium in this regard was remembered most of all. As an example, a wife comes to the spa with a great desire to spend money on massage and other procedures, tries to find out what services are available, and at first she is ignored and then they say read on the website😁 And people there seem to change periodically (young, elderly) and the attitude is always the same. Sometimes it seems that visitors simply distract the staff from personal matters, will chat among themselves and ignore you even if you have already brought the card and want to attach it to the terminal as soon as possible. I have never seen such a weak service and inept skills in the service sector, and even in such a fairly large institution, thank you at least frankly not sent... Now about the good. Beautiful nature, well-groomed territory, a good beach near a beautiful lake with the possibility of renting watercraft. There are no blood-sucking insects from the word at all, it's a pleasure to walk. There is a cafe, they feed normally. Leisure activities are organized for visitors, including children. The rooms are good in layout, decorated modestly but clean. There are very interesting locations near the sanatorium: the castle in Ruzhany, not far from Kosovo. The wonderful Golden Pheasant Zoo is a couple of kilometers away. Zelvenskoe reservoir is 20 kilometers away. Regularly near the sanatorium we see hares, roe deer, foxes, hedgehogs. The advantages of the sanatorium are much more than the disadvantages, let's hope the service will improve and we will check next year😁

We had a vacation with our spouse from the end of April to the beginning of May.
Immediately from the cons:
- you can't wait for the receptionists at the reception;
-the queue to the administrator for half an hour (if you want to pay for the procedure, it's better to do it on the eve, otherwise you won't have time for the procedure)
-the girl, I don't know, the administrator or the master in the local salon is just a disaster for this institution, dismissive, boorish, neither hello nor goodbye;
-all procedures are scheduled from morning until 17:00, during this period the pool is free, but after 17:00, just when you are free from procedures, entrance to the pool costs 25 BEL.rubles.
- toilet paper in the rooms... you can erase one place;
-no disposable brushes, no hygiene products other than soap;
-the room in the 3rd building on the ground floor is damp and cold (fortunately there is a reflector);
- there is a crush in the dining room, people are not walking in the same direction, but chaotically, which allows for the moment that someone will bump into you with a plate of soup;
- not all the staff is friendly and customer-oriented, for the most part they are boorish young ladies;
- my husband and I went to the water park in the hope of frolicking, no one told us that the pool is 70cm everywhere, that is, a water park for children;
-Wi-Fi is only at the reception, it doesn't catch anywhere else.
Well, maybe something else, but probably not really important.
Of the advantages:
-tasty and well-fed;

The sanatorium is good , but for those over 50+. We were at the sanatorium for the New Year with our family, took a trip for 4 days. The New Year's holiday itself is well organized, but for the elderly, I do not remember modern songs at all. a good menu, delicious food, staff at a good level, animators for children were organized. The rest itself is boring, there is karaoke, but the organizer is afraid to put something modern, referring to the fact that this is a state institution, not even knowing that the king and the fool group is not prohibited anywhere, but you will hear enough of Andrei Gubin and Nadezhda Kadyshova. There is a water park - very modest. There is a good gym. There is a buffet in the dining room, the food is delicious and varied, there was always enough food.

A sanatorium with a large territory, coniferous forest all around, animals, a beach, good table food (buffet, do not expect restaurant level), polite staff, infrastructure for staying in winter or in bad weather. It was a very short time, I will come back again and I will advise fans of such a holiday. My wife was also satisfied.
The only thing was that there was not enough air conditioning, and the refrigerators did not keep the temperature normal (we took food with us and there was a feeling that they had deteriorated because of the refrigerator).

Attention of the administration!!!
Due to the lack of decent communication and software, in the 1st place on 30.04.24, a very unpleasant incident occurred during a second rest that SPOILED the whole impression!
I paid for 3 wrapping / Wrapping procedures verbatim, after the 2nd I asked the employee if there was a Fucus component, which I really liked last year. (This option is the most expensive and lasts 40 minutes, not 20 minutes) I was told that it was there, I went to the medical registry and paid extra. On the day of the procedure, the brunette (nurse) could not make out what was written and crossed out in the receipt, said - "I do not see payment", the medical registry does not work, a shortened day, she will not call anywhere! I said that I could run to the reception, but it turned out that there was no program there and they would not be able to help! She refused the procedure. By the way, in the 26th office, the WRAPPING procedure is also done by a very professional, attentive and responsive Olga, but she was not there that day. At the reception, all for the same reason of the lack of a program, although the administrator, Ilya, tried very hard and called Asa, who carried out the surcharge, but they could not return the money in full and sort out what was written in the pen, unfortunately, I also did not see that part of the money that the accounting department transferred!!! The question is, we do not go to the sanatorium for free, we buy additional services for a fee, how is this attitude possible??? The sanatorium is located in a great place, the food is being improved, but you can'T treat people /guests who trust and choose you like this! Endless holidays and shortened days also tired of canceling paid procedures!
In view of this, there was also confusion, then either the medical registry should work every day, or all administrators should have the program!!! Throwing away money and spoiling the mood is not the function we came for!

Everything is just great. Staff, food, rooms, but the main thing is rehabilitation. There are many different wellness programs. And they do not just give you a set of procedures, but identify the final goal and make appointments according to it. Many thanks to the doctor Irina Antonovna, the masseur Dmitry Nikolaevich. Unfortunately, I did not ask the names of the physical therapy instructors, these guys stretched my injured leg. You can talk about the complex of pools and baths for a long time. Everything is just great. During the meal, the girls serve the second course only after you have come and sat down at the table. There is always a choice of salads, drinks and entrees. I've never had to look for a maid. It seems that she is standing and waiting for you to resolve any issues. And I was very surprised how many young people work here. We did not hear a single dissatisfied note in their appeals. I will come more than once.

The sanatorium is just super for relaxation. I came here to completely disconnect from the modern world for a while.. Walks in the forest, lake, swans, swimming pool, massages, gym, lack of Wi-Fi (only in the central building), dietary nutrition - all this had a positive effect on my well-being. I removed one star for the old rooms in the 1st and 2nd buildings, repairs are needed. And a strange food organization. Well, go to the buffet already! Thanks for the rest to the staff!!

Rooms (I was in buildings 3 and 2) they are good, the repair is excellent (for RB), of course there are questions about staffing (for example, Soviet trays and sockets in inconvenient places), but this is if you find fault.
The SPA area is a credit!!! Lots of baths, outdoor Jacuzzi, lots of bubble treatments. But there is one thing!!! Locals come to the spa (there are sooo many of them on weekends) 1. overcrowding, 2. the possibility of infection. 3. Rudeness of the locals.
The territory is well-groomed, interesting, but small, 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, a complete detour.
The medical base is super!!! there is everything they need to relax and restore their health.
The enclosures are connected by walkways, which is also very convenient.
But!!!!!! There is a lot of newness. The food is like in a Soviet canteen. It's not tasty at all. If you are on PP, take food with you.
And yet, I advise the management to make a winter garden-a garden, beautiful and interesting (the room allows), and not a place where all the unnecessary plants were demolished. There is no desire to be there.

We lived in a cottage. Each room has air conditioning, TV, wardrobes, beds, of course, the house has a kitchen, washing machine. The choice of Food has decreased in comparison with other years. All the food is boiled, baked, i.e. fried potatoes and fatty dishes, coffee - you will not see.
There is a lot of chlorine in the pools, many complain. The territory is good, there is a small zoo, it is interesting for children. The working hours of the water park were short, taking into account the children's daytime sleep, diet and their breaks for those. service, it turned out quite a bit.

A decent sanatorium. The infrastructure is at the level, it is clear that there is a host with ideas. Not all employees live by these ideas, but there are a minority of them.
A large set of procedures, mineral water, nature, beach, entertainment, food - everything is in abundance.
In addition to treatment, I recommend this place for a weekend tour, you need to book separate cottages, they are very suitable for both family and holidays with friends. The best cottage for today is number 6, it has a sauna and a swimming pool.
