I stayed in a standard room with twin beds. Hot water doesn’t warm up at all and water doesn’t go down the drain - it pools on the shower floor and overflows onto the whole bathroom floor. My feet were freezing from standing in cold water while I washed my hair in cold water. Miserable experience.
The room itself is very small, does not have black-out drapes or good soundproofing of the door.

Good time of day. We stayed at this hotel. We took two rooms. One is on the fifth floor, the other is on the fourth floor. The hotel is large and beautiful. Probably the most eye-catching. Excellent location, within walking distance of the historical center.
The staff is terribly nice!!!
Rooms. They're just huge. The beds are comfortable. Not everything was there, for example, bathrobes, but they asked for it, they brought it right away.
But in one room, on the fourth floor, there was barely warm water in the shower. With that, everything is OK on the fifth floor.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
The breakfast is very good. Tables are constantly full. This is strictly monitored.
The hotel has a spa. But only the pool is free. And baths for as much as 100,000 soums per hour per person!!!!! In addition, the baths are separate.... We swam only in the indoor pool. Very warm and big.
In general, I take off one star for paid and expensive baths and water pressure in one of the rooms.
And I recommend it!!

A wonderful hotel! We are vacationing for the first time in this hotel, the service is super, friendly, friendly staff! Delicious, varied breakfasts. The Delux room is spacious, clean, everything works. The fitness room is open, there is a separate star for the pool ... we will come again! Bukhara is fabulous!

It's a nice big hotel, probably the only one in Uzbekistan with a swimming pool. The bed is soft, the blankets and pillows are good! The linen is snow-white. The breakfasts are wonderful. The elevators are working properly. The hotel itself is cold, but the rooms are heated with air conditioning. I did not understand why such a good hotel does not have its own fragrance, usually when you enter a hotel of this level, it always smells nice, there is no such thing.

4 stars, why does it go like three on Yandex maps??? The pool is heated moderately, the depth is 170 bleach is not taken into account!!!! 25-30 meters of irregular shape. There is a round 5 meters deep from 60 to 40. Heated. And the street is about the same. With a bar and sun loungers.the service is excellent. But sometimes you need to make clarifications))))breakfast... It is meager, there are no desserts.an excess of staff loitering or staring. We came, the table was not cleaned, no one came to him. The manager has no idea about the organization.... There is football under the flag of fifa, the delegation..and such....dissonance is an application for five stars and the organization for 2!! The amazing thing is that in Uzbekistan the food is really delicious, but here probably a foreigner is the manager. The guests are English, Koreans, Italians, Brazilians, Russian speakers, Kazakhs.. The bars are expensive in foy on the street by the pool. Spa massage. That is, the set is impressive, the execution is so-so.

We stayed at the hotel from January 7 to January 10, 2025. We took two rooms on the 4th floor. I do not recommend it!!! Deception, theft, and low service. The positive reviews were clearly written by local relatives and friends.
The main disadvantage is that the money (rubles) in the room was stolen from the inner pocket of the backpack, which was closed. They also stole 200 euros from the safe. Moreover, it was opened twice, but we thought that the safe was broken, since the password did not fit and the first time I tried to open it, I wrote that it needed 15 minutes before opening. Naturally, they denied it and did not compensate for anything.
Other disadvantages:
1. We booked this hotel only because of the pool. And on the second day of our stay, despite the pre-booked hammam and massage (the pool is included in the price), we were informed that it was impossible to visit the pool and hammam due to their disinfection. But since the massage was supposed to be next to the hammam, we went into this room and saw that everything was working and there was no disinfection. There was a group of men sitting in the pool area. They said they were representatives of the local prosecutor's office. And that the hotel staff is told to deceive and tell all hotel visitors that disinfection is underway.
And the massage was moved to another floor and instead of two tables (there were two of us), there was only one.
So in this hotel, even if you paid for the pool, there is no guarantee that you will get into it. They can close it at any time and not compensate you.
2. The pool is large, but perhaps due to the fact that the water in it is hot and there is little or no chlorine, there is shaggy mold and terrible dirt on the bottom and walls of the pool, especially near the three stairs to enter the pool. Swimming is disgusting.
3. Despite the low season, the room was not prepared upon arrival. There was no water, slippers, and a shoe spatula (I asked for a short one every day, but they never brought it). The teaspoon (there was one in the room) was dirty with leftovers, and there was water in the kettle from past visitors.
4. Bathrobes and towels are terribly worn.
5. It is impossible to take a bath in the bathroom, as yellow water flows from time to time.
6. The taps in the bathroom (room 407) are loose.
7. The food in the restaurants at the hotel and at the breakfasts wants the best.
8. On my first visit to the restaurant, they didn't give me a receipt at first (they said something wasn't working there), but asked me to pay at the checkout. And on the second day, they said that we hadn't paid for lunch. However, then they remembered. But the moment was unpleasant.
9. The rooms are quite cold in January. The blankets are quite thin, the air conditioner is very noisy and it is impossible to sleep with it.
10. The lighting in the rooms is insufficient. The main space is illuminated by floor lamps and table lamps.
11. The hotel as a whole is in terrible condition, the service is the worst that we have seen.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. The concept is great, but the implementation is not very good - the quality of the decoration in the rooms is already striking, there was no hot water (if you turn on only hot water, then you can get up under the stream, but there is practically no pressure). Old renovation! An incomprehensible Lobby ! There is no desire to walk without shoes in the rooms. The old floor covering is stained, everything is unclean! The pool is generally a separate story, there's a bunch of monsoon at the bottom and it's an indoor pool, everything is in mold around the pool, we went in and didn't even swim in a swamp!!!!
In general, there aren't even 3 stars here, towels and bathrobes have probably been worn to dust since the 90s! Many people say the breakfasts are good, but they're not. The breakfasts are meager. You can't eat the cheapest sausages, and the coffee is like squeezing out of socks or beans from a nearby hotel! There are very few fruits.I do not recommend this hotel!!!

Never offer Zahid Zaravshan Hotel in Bukhara to anyone! I understand that as many people as there are opinions, so I will try to give only the facts.
1. The air conditioner is not working. The master who came, after several calls to the reception (by the way, the plumber, according to him) first tried to teach us how to use the air conditioner), then said that in winter (!!!) the air conditioner only works on "heating" and suggested sleeping with the window open. It is +30° in Bukhara and October, even in Russia it is not winter.
2. The refrigerator is not working. The same master plumber said that it was broken, probably he thought that we were stupid, we did not understand this)). They refused to replace the refrigerator. I'm not a fan of "working refrigerators" and if it weren't for one "but", we just wouldn't have noticed it. Taking advantage of the trip, I bought medicines in Uzbekistan that are no longer supplied to Russia, and they require storage at a temperature of no more than +8 °.
3. Uzbek know-how, electric sockets in the bed. The request to move the bed or change the room was categorically refused.

Great hotel. A great location. The hotel has a full-fledged SPA complex with a warm indoor pool and a summer outdoor pool. But you need to keep in mind that visiting the sauna, hammam and salt room is for a fee.
The breakfasts on the 8th floor are good, there are a lot of things, fried eggs or omelets are prepared for you, to choose from.
I would like to wish the main restaurant on the ground floor to grow a more efficient staff, and to have more cooks in the kitchen, since waiting 40 minutes for at least snacks and drinks to be brought is the height of perfection in indifference. But respect to the manager of the restaurant, he was able to rectify the situation.

Do not stay at this hotel in any case!!! There is nothing next to a 4-star night hotel, except for the price, which is very high relative to the conditions and service that are provided.
They collect disgusting breakfasts, even tortillas and bread that feel like a week old, or breakfast from all their restaurants where weddings and banquets are held, from what is left.
The pools and spa area are disgusting, dirty and tired. The same condition of the rooms.
The hotel itself is located far from all the attractions and the vibe of tourist life.
All restaurants from the hotel serve food from the microwave, or cook it so badly.
Choose hotels in the old town, and prices will be lower, conditions will be better and you can reach any attractions on foot.

Positive. The breakfast is excellent. The bed is big. The towels are clean. The repair is good.
Minuses. The room is heated by a chiller. The room was very cold. I turned on the chiller but did not achieve a comfortable temperature until the morning. A very small shower cabin. The screen constantly sticks to the body and causes discomfort. I turned on the TV and it didn't show anything. I didn't call, I was tired and went to bed.

I have one question: who gave this hotel the stars?!? It's good that we managed to spend one night! A double suite was booked and paid for. Upon check-in, they demanded payment again, during the trial they saw that the room was still paid in advance. You can write endlessly about the number itself!The claimed mini-bar consisted of two plastic bottles of water, two tea bags and ONE sugar bag, the refrigerator was empty! THAT'S IT!!! The air in the room is so stale that I wanted to ventilate. And then another surprise awaited: taking hold of the window handle, she remained in her hand! It's the same story with the second window! If you turn on the air conditioner, the noise in the room is like a jet engine. It's even more fun in the bathroom: you're afraid to hang things on the towel rail, it's attached to some pins and moves away from the wall. But if you want to take a shower from the road at one o'clock in the morning (the time of our check-in), then it will be very cold and invigorating! I didn't have the strength to deal with the staff and ask for something, we washed with cold water and went to bed (at 12:00 we already have to vacate the room, we didn't forget to call the reception at 11:40 and remind them about the eviction) . I don't know who praises the breakfasts, they are nothing! Where's the coffee?!? In a thermos??? There are three thermos flasks with inscriptions: hot water, coffee, tea!!! We ate cold oatmeal and left. I wanted to run away from this hotel without looking back and NEVER come back to it again! It was a huge disadvantage of our stay in Bukhara

It is noticeable that in some rooms the furniture does not deteriorate much, but in some places it is noticeable, and the hotel administration does not pay attention to this, and the service in the hotel is very poor. And there is no such thing in the past, the service in the restaurant is just zero. Yes, we were there out of season, but despite this, there were quite a few people staying at the hotel, and in the restaurant at that time I noticed that the sprayed serving utensils were on the tables. And the maintenance staff are just amateurs. Probably never heard of such a service. The reception staff serves for a very long time, despite the fact that the rooms were booked a few hours before the arrival of the guests, they check the readiness of the rooms at the House keeping only when the guests are already at the reception, and wait for them to settle them in the end.the plumber walks around the floor of the hotel as if without a uniform, as if he is the owner of the guest house, but he did not look so neat. It's a great place, we celebrated the new year 2023 in the restaurant downstairs. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for organizing such a wonderful holiday. All the staff approaches their duties professionally, the waiters were polite and caring. Many thanks to the chefs for the banquet table, everything was so delicious and abundant. It was fun, incendiary and live music and folk dances. I have very pleasant memories, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Homemade breakfasts - pancakes, pancakes, homemade very jam, fruits, it is homemade, not powdered hotel food! The staff is mostly young, the hotel has a young fresh energy)) Everyone is trying very hard. By the standards of the hotel, of course, it does not reach - they are poorly cleaned, coffee for breakfast is simply disgusting, when you hand over the room, you shamefully wait until everything is checked. It is not possible to call the city by phone from the room to book a table, for example. The local restaurant and the restaurant nearby are not very good - many dishes and alcohol are not on the menu. They can bring something with an unexpected price. Saves the store very close by - there is everything you need. But I want to mention the staff - they are trying to please and they have upgraded the room category for free.
