But you can only connect to the Internet if you have a local number. This created certain inconveniences upon arrival. There is also a shop where you can buy a local SIM card at inflated prices. If you want to connect to the Internet, buy a SIM card. It would be possible to make the Internet accessible to tourists. I don't understand why such restrictions should be made.

There is a place to drink coffee. I liked the comfortable sofas scattered around the airport. For once, you can really lie down without crouching on metal chairs, especially when waiting for a long time.

The most wonderful airport! The best I've ever met. Due to the size of the city itself, the airport is not large. But very comfortable and convenient. It is equipped with the latest technology. Very attentive and courteous staff (even for Central Asia, where respect for guests is one of the first virtues). Clean, spacious, the streams are separated so that there are no queues. I didn't like the fact that when boarding the plane, they were sent to the end of the queue (politely asked to wait) until those who have seats in the tail and middle of the plane pass. New, clean, modern. At the same time with a certain local flavor. Yandex taxi works, so it's better to use it, rather than taxis that are outside the airport (they are three times more expensive). And they are sooooo annoying! The same is true with the exchange rate. If you want peace of mind, withdraw it at an ATM later.
