A new, nice, big airport! Clean, cozy, no long queues. The star was removed for not being allowed into the ala-business hall on a ticket that included passage to the hall. There is a cafe where you can find what to eat and what to wash down the selected dishes:)

A very beautiful and convenient new airport. Cool seats and sofas. Lots of sockets, some right in the chairs. It is located in the city. It takes 2 bucks to get from the center by taxi. There are certainly shoals. The work has not been debugged yet. There was a sudden snowfall and our flight was postponed for almost a day. Vending machines accept only cash, only bags of course. I wanted to buy water, I had to buy it in a cafe - it's a little more expensive there.

I haven't been to Samarkand for 20 years. Upon arrival at Samarkand International Airport. I was surprised by the new architecture of the airport. It is very beautiful and modern. I liked. The staff is mostly young guys who are friendly to passengers. The airport building is comfortable and cool. Although it's +45 outside. Waiting time, I didn't even notice how I went through all the stages of boarding. And she ended up on board the planes. It's impressive.

A very comfortable and cozy modern airport. The exchanger is only in the arrival area. Taxi drivers take you from the airport to the city center for 40-50 thousand soums. You can call a Yandex taxi. The price of a trip to the Yandex center is no more than 15 thousand soums. Taxi drivers accept rubles, but the exchange rate is not the best. At the official exchange rate of 150 soums for 1 ruble, taxi drivers change 130 soums. In Duty Free, the range is small, prices are in euros, any currency is accepted for payment, but the exchange rate is kind of crazy. For example, on 02/26/2023, the euro exchange rate was 110 rubles.
