An excellent hotel that you want to return to again! Pleasant, modern interior, delicious varied breakfasts. I was especially pleased with the homemade lemonade made from freshly squeezed lemons. The restaurants in the hotel were also pleasantly surprised, especially the gluten-free menu and fresh gluten-free bread for breakfast, as there is a problem. I liked the spa area, where you can relax in the sauna and hammam, swim in the pool with a beautiful view after excursions. The hotel is very clean, there are no complaints about cleaning. The hotel is located 20 minutes by taxi from the attractions. A hotel shuttle runs all day to the Eternal City, at certain times it goes to Registan. Separately, I would like to note the excellent service, the friendliness of all the staff and especially the employee of the Jasur hotel, who helped with opening an account, organizing excursions and a lot of other little things. Thanks to such excellent staff, I can rate the hotel's service at 5+. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is of course just a fairy tale! The rooms are equipped with the latest technology. A good spa area, the pricing certainly matches the stars. The staff is unobtrusive but attentive. But you need to understand that the area around does not have any infrastructure from the word completely and you will either have to cover huge distances on foot. But it's a very long time. So taxi will become your best friend. It's comfortable to live there, but if you still come to walk a lot and get to know the city, then it's better to look for a hotel not in a new part of the city.

The hotel itself is nice, pleasant interiors, spacious rooms, good service. A magnificent spa.. But there was an unpleasant situation with breakfast: we stopped by and there was red fish and a lot of snacks and desserts. But as it turned out, this is for the duration of the Fifa draw. After the departure of this group, half of the breakfast assortment disappeared. Now, instead of red fish, there is only herring. Not an acceptable approach for a 5 star hotel. I want to leave a separate comment on the toilets :))))) There are these wonderful smart toilets here. But they are stupid. You go in, it kind of opens. And when you approach it, it can slam shut. Or he starts banging the lid on his back when, I'm sorry, you're already sitting on it. In short, there are a lot of tricks, but there are no instructions for use. And apparently people are pushing all the buttons in a row, and the technology is going crazy. At least put the instructions in order to use these bells and whistles correctly.

We held an event at the hotel. The project manager remembers every other time what we discussed. I have to remind and check everything. The food is quite tasty on coffee breaks. The halls are great. Special sincere thanks to the banquet manager of Isso.

A luxurious hotel, a swimming pool is generally beyond praise. The gym is small, but very functional. There are more buttons on the toilet control panel than in the elevator in Moscow City. The staff is Russian-speaking, the food is excellent. The main taxi from the city arrives in 15 minutes, I used the Yandex app. The only thing is probably the tea in the bar is too expensive.

Staying in this hotel caused negative emotions. And this is despite the fact that we spent only two nights in it, since we were on excursions for days.
The arrival was overshadowed by several moments. On the evening of the second day (the first time we decided to sit in the lobby at the hotel), our order was carried to us for 30 minutes. And they didn't just bring it, but 15 minutes after waiting for the order, I had to go and repeat the order, because the first time they basically forgot about us and no one was going to carry anything. The second point is to check out of the hotel on April 23 at 9.00 am. We left the room in advance (room 911, on the 9th floor) at 8.55 in order to comfortably and slowly catch the train to Bukhara. And we were at the reception only at 9.20. That's because only one of the four elevators was working!, which went to our floor crowded and we couldn't even squeeze in there. The reception desk rang three times from the floor, and only after the third time an employee followed us up and escorted us down through the VIP elevator. At the reception, it turned out that the elevators were in order, but for security reasons, three of the four elevators were stopped.
As a result, we went to the train station late and of course got into traffic jams. There was no question of any comfortable arrival at the station.
For the first time in five days of arrival in Uzbekistan (before that, there was Hayat Tashkent for two days - everything is great!, then arrival in Samarkand), where we like everything, we experienced inconvenience and negativity in this hotel and it was the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is quite new, not bad rooms, we stayed in the executive room. The location is outside the city, not for those who like the center.
On the first day, breakfast was not a success, when we arrived, we found that all the tables were littered with dirty dishes. I had to raise my voice, it worked, the staff was immediately found, and they were removed. I really appreciate the coffee, because the coffee machines were not working well all the time. The most magnificent place!
A great 5* hotel, now I understand which hotels the presidents of the countries stay in. This complex was specially built for the SCO summit, a majestic complex, the scope of the state. The rooms in the hotel are also spacious (even standard), there is an implementation of a "smart home".
The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was delicious.

There is a free shuttle service inside this complex between the hotels.
The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful views from the window.
The room has an iron, ironing board, electric kettle, refrigerator + by the way it cools well).

Of the minuses: there is no gym. But according to the receptionist at the reception, you can go to the hall in the neighboring hotel.
There are no cosmetics set in the bathroom, including a shower cap. But there is a mouthwash cup with a toothbrush. (Although it's not critical for me, I always take it with me).

In front of the windows there is a stunning view of the canal and snowy mountains, Next to the Silk Road tourist cluster.
The only thing that seemed expensive was lunch at a restaurant, for Uzbekistan the price of steaks could be more democratic. But!!! The staff itself, the interior, everything seemed amazing to the smallest detail.
Breakfast alyakart is beyond praise. The waitress takes the order from memory, the perfect job. At the level of good A's in Dubai. I definitely recommend it

Excellent hotel, everything is on top, service, room service, transfers, free shuttle buses along the Silk Road complex (you can visit the Eternal City and the surrounding area), transfers to the historical center, according to the schedule, everything is clear and understandable.
We settled in earlier without any problems, any request is fulfilled instantly, excellent breakfasts, good restaurants !

The reception service is simply the height of indifference! The staff is not interested, they settled into a room with breakdowns and a terrible smell of sewage, they moved us 30 minutes later, until we went down to the reception, nothing happened.
At the spa, the women's locker room is a mess, black wet hair, wet floor, etc.
The cuisine is not bad, and not good, very mediocre for this level.sorry
The only good impression is the attentive service in the lobby bar, the bartender, the waiters, the girl and the guy, they are all very caring and attentive! Thanks a lot to them! I don't recommend the rest, romantic vacations were ruined by staying at this hotel.

One day there were few guests and the buffet was replaced with a la carte service, and I don't even know if it was bad. I liked the room service. The spa center is small, but clean, sparsely populated. There is a transfer service on the territory of the complex. The hotel sent a car from the eternal city. An example as a manifestation of loyalty. I asked for pomegranate juice a couple of times and immediately appeared on the menu. It is interesting to watch kayakers on the canal. They train constantly.

I haven't been to the rooms, but I looked into the restaurant and I'll tell you what:
Samarkand pilaf is something! It's the tastiest pilaf I've ever eaten. I was surprised by the abundance of European cuisine in Samarkand... I didn't eat pilaf in the city, but here the pilaf is just super, and even served with salad and tandoor tortilla.

Beautiful and perhaps the most expensive of the hotels in the new Silk Road Samarkand complex (popularly Samarkand City).
The hotel is overrated 2 times!
A well-designed hotel building, bright, pleasant and modern interior design,
BUT!!!
Poor finishing quality, the skirting board falls off in places, there is not washed construction dirt, scratched decorative laminated panels, randomly smeared glue under decorative golden linings in elevators, a broken part of the door jamb, doors leading to an adjacent room, window profiles and the fittings in the rooms are cheap and of poor quality, the installation of the flooring in the room is very poorly made, creaks very much in places, the air conditioning system is powerful, but they did not wait for it to start warming, there is a constant smell of dust in the rooms and conference rooms, but it does not stink like a toilet in Savitsky Plaza!
At the same time, the hotel has excellent European plumbing, powerful underfloor heating in the bathroom, this is a good plus!
Cosmetics - in a hotel in Samarkand for 350+usd, just disgusting cosmetics, shower gel is cheap and at the same time also diluted, very liquid, shampoo and conditioner are also very bad.
There is enough water in the room and they replenish stocks every day, this is excellent and necessary, in the evening they bring a complimentary dessert in the form of good chocolate 👍🏻

I was very pleased with the fresh orange juice, a good assortment of fruits and vegetables, a weak selection of cheese and meat products, I was pleased with the quality of samsa)) delicious, a wonderful omelet to order, a non-destructive tea station - you can offer guests premium teas in tea bags for a teapot and a cup, it will be better!
The coffee machine does not work well, call the service people, let them set it up, you choose espresso and the coffee machine does not let go of the coffee group and pours from a height, as if the latte is tuned and splashes in all directions.

I can't figure out if the hotel is a chain hotel, but the standards are excellent. The staff is professional and polite, the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are spacious and equipped with the latest hotel business.
If there is no conference at the hotel and there is nothing to do around, if you do not get into rowing or a marathon. Registan is 20 minutes away by a "free" taxi. The restaurants are decently fed, but for the flavor of tea houses, kebabs or pilaf - back to the center. Very nice local beer, even IPA.
I will return to the conference again with pleasure. If I come to wander around charming Samarkand, I'd rather stay in a guest House in the city.

Probably the top hotel in Samarkand, the rooms are gorgeous, the restaurant, the pool in the open sky, the nature is gorgeous, the air is clean, and the view from the window is something, especially at night. If you don't mind the money, then you are definitely here!
