Everything is fine , lately the rice is just too hard , to which they replied that this is what pilaf is, although we have been eating in this institution for a long time , and we immediately see the changes
The pilaf is simply excellent. But with the service during the peak at lunch it turns out to be difficult. They don't work synchronously.
First you need to serve the drink, then the salads and then the pilaf. They can put pilaf on the table without drinks at all and after 10 minutes, when the pilaf has cooled down, bring it to drink.
We could introduce a digital automated system, as in Besh Kazan. I didn't have time to sit down properly there and tea is already being served. We would have learned the service from them.
And during peak times, you can hire workers for an hour to slow down the pace.
If you are traveling at lunchtime, be prepared to wait quite a long time.
If you do not take into account that on weekdays you need to arrive no earlier than 12 o'clock in the afternoon, for my taste, the best Samarkand pilaf is here.
important!
You need to come to this institution strictly before 13.00, if you left at 13.00 or a little later, then you can safely look for another institution for lunch, since pilaf ends here at half past one, and if the pilaf does not end, then there will be no seats Here only Samarkand pilaf is served on zigir (linseed) oil using meat with "pai gisht" (Rus. "meat with tendons). The pilaf is very meaty, juicy, crumbly and with a pleasant aftertaste.
I've never eaten Samarkand pilaf before, so I can't compare it.
I will give an assessment of the taste sensations .
I really liked the pilaf , it is cooked in linseed oil , everything is in moderation , I really liked the proportions.
The place is clean , the dishes are not chipped .
The staff is friendly , the waiters fly , sometimes they do not reach you , because during rush hour there is lunch , people are full .
You can choose salads to your taste for pilaf , the waiter comes with a tray of different salads , we choose achichuk and kefir .
While I was writing , I wanted to taste pilaf again.
I advise you!
Such laudatory reviews about this place are not very clear. Pilaf is not the most delicious, as well as in besh kozan. If you want a really great pilaf, visit the Tarnov Boshi cafe or the Bukhara Pilaf Center
Well, very tasty pilaf. In my opinion, the most delicious pilaf in Tashkent is here. It's always packed with customers, you'll be lucky if you find an empty table at lunch. The prices are good.
Very tasty pilaf! To my taste, this is the most delicious pilaf in Tashkent, but it is always full of people, it is very difficult to find a place to sit. You need to stand and wait to be free. But it's worth it.
I visited this place on Wednesday at noon. I ordered a full portion of pilaf, a glass of drinking vinegar, radish with chaka, green tea. The taste of Samarkand pilaf is excellent, who understands what I mean. The waitress immediately offered half a portion of pilaf, I refused. I should have agreed. The pilaf is delicious, but it was better to start gradually. I recommend it to all fans of Samarkand pilaf.
Pilaf is beyond praise. The portions are simply huge. The number of visitors speaks for itself! I had to wait a little while for a table to be available, but it was worth it. The waiters work fast. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I strongly recommend that guests of Tashkent visit this atmospheric place at least once.
The place itself is good, the pilaf is good, but there are two big disadvantages. This is too slow staff and service, and also do not buy tomato juice, you can get poisoning, as in my case.
Samarkand rice is cooked deliciously. I recommend everyone to try it
