The pilaf is simply excellent. But with the service during the peak at lunch it turns out to be difficult. They don't work synchronously.
First you need to serve the drink, then the salads and then the pilaf. They can put pilaf on the table without drinks at all and after 10 minutes, when the pilaf has cooled down, bring it to drink.
We could introduce a digital automated system, as in Besh Kazan. I didn't have time to sit down properly there and tea is already being served. We would have learned the service from them.
And during peak times, you can hire workers for an hour to slow down the pace.
If you are traveling at lunchtime, be prepared to wait quite a long time.

I've never eaten Samarkand pilaf before, so I can't compare it.
I will give an assessment of the taste sensations .
I really liked the pilaf , it is cooked in linseed oil , everything is in moderation , I really liked the proportions.
The place is clean , the dishes are not chipped .
The staff is friendly , the waiters fly , sometimes they do not reach you , because during rush hour there is lunch , people are full .
You can choose salads to your taste for pilaf , the waiter comes with a tray of different salads , we choose achichuk and kefir .
While I was writing , I wanted to taste pilaf again.

I visited this place on Wednesday at noon. I ordered a full portion of pilaf, a glass of drinking vinegar, radish with chaka, green tea. The taste of Samarkand pilaf is excellent, who understands what I mean. The waitress immediately offered half a portion of pilaf, I refused. I should have agreed.
