Super sanatorium!!! You can't eat everything. They cook delicious. The views are beautiful. The rooms are different, there are budget rooms and more expensive ones. The budget rooms are old. The beaches are clean. There is an indoor swimming pool. For an additional fee, you can do medical procedures. Animation is available in the morning.

It is a very good sanatorium for Abkhazia. Personally, I and my six-year-old daughter liked it. The territory is large, order is maintained. The suspended children's town pleased me. The buffet...You will definitely not stay hungry!) The rooms are clean, the furniture is old, but it still serves. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioning are normal. The bathroom is in order. I was pleased with the towel dryer. It's time to replace the carpet (unpleasant!). The linen is good, the towels are changed. There are towels for the beach and pool. There is a kettle in the room. Safe deposit. The balconies are large, but in the corner rooms they are smaller. Special attention should be paid to the low fencing of balconies (Bay windows)!!! The pool made me happy! Sea water is changed once a week. I recommend the restaurant on the 10th floor. The cinema is open. There is a winter garden. Various activities are constantly held for children. There is a children's room, shops. The atmosphere is pleasant. We had a good six days! Thanks!

Excellent sanatorium! We lived on the 10th floor in a junior suite, 2 rooms, moreover large and with balconies, 2 bathrooms (one with a snow-white bathroom and a very large one. Bidet, toilet, huge illuminated mirror, hair dryer. We are very pleased with the work of our lovely maids. They also helped in everyday matters, suggested how to get where, what to see. Cleaning every day. Two cups and a half of water daily.
The buffet food is wonderful, everything is delicious. Meat, fish, chicken- every day. And they indulged in local products - cheese, smoked meat. There were a lot of fruits - grapes, persimmons, apples, pears, plums, kiwis, I can't remember everything.
We rested for a week by the end of October 2022. We were lucky with the weather, so we were constantly walking somewhere or going on excursions. Excellent tour desk on the 1st floor (and a counter at the entrance to the dining room on the 2nd floor). We used the airport shuttle. It is very convenient and free of charge.
Gorgeous territory, lots of entertainment for every taste and age. Everything is very clean and beautiful.
You can write endlessly. The main thing is that we put a 5 plus for our vacation!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!
WE HOPE that next year I will return to the BOXWOOD GROVE again!!!!

Everything is good here, I like everything. The food is good, the staff is good, the cleaning is clean. The children's room works perfectly. There are movies in the evenings and cartoons for children in the afternoon. The only drawback is information about the leisure time of people of average age . It is impossible to collect people for football, volleyball, darts by advertisement on a piece of paper. There is no extensive information about the sanatorium.

The sanatorium is located in a beautiful place. A good square, a narrow large territory. The rooms are a bit tired, but the beds are very comfortable, the bed linen and towels are good, not washed. Meals are served three times a day, buffet style. It is quite tasty, although monotonous. Lots of stewed meat, vegetables. Salads, pastries, for breakfast there are always 2 types of porridge, pancakes, pancakes, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages, fried sausage, etc. The coffee for breakfast of the TK devices is olive, tea from bags, compotes and drinks were also not impressed. The staff is friendly and friendly. Room cleaning is clearly lame. 2 saltwater pools are indoor heated, often very full. The open one was already cold and not very clean.

The best place to relax in Abkhazia with children, I compare even with Thailand and "Boxwood" as the locals call it has its advantages, firstly, it has saltwater pools, indoor, children's, and outdoor, a lot of medical services, a children's room, an excellent buffet! In April 2023, we rested at the Boxwood Grove, a quite decent hotel. Buffet, a normal choice, delicious milk. Dirty dishes are slowly being cleaned in the dining room, I had to stand with plates and wait. The room is very clean, they clean normally, you can buy disposable slippers for 50 rubles at the reception and give bathrobes as a deposit. The renovation is fresh, spacious room with high ceilings. The staff is good. The location is excellent, if you are interested in a quiet and measured rest, you are here. They settled in quickly. Drinks on the territory are 3 times more expensive, there is a store nearby, everything is there. I liked everything.

This is a sanatorium, the only difference from the hotel is that it was built by the Turks as a hotel, and for a long time. The staff is not bad. The territory is large, there is a good rope park for children, a playground for three with a stretch, there are game rooms. Animation at the amateur level. All bars, there are three of them :-) paid. The cocktail list is weak. The canteen, it is the canteen as in the zone, it is forbidden to bring out drinking, at the entrance a person who will not let you in until you say from a small room, the meal time is limited, it was out of season, and the problems with the lack of tables were already felt. The food is not bad in principle, the variety is weak, the number of some dishes is limited, there is a national cuisine, coffee machines are exposed only in the morning, work intermittently, coffee is so-so. Everything is old and worn out. Two swimming pools entrance through the shower room. Good views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is pebbly, a mountain river flows into the cold sea nearby. The rooms with sea views are viewed by the neighbors and the bard whines in the evenings. We spent 10 days with the children, traveled all over Abkhazia by taxi, somehow I no longer want to go there. We had a rest in the middle of September. I liked everything. The food is quite varied for a week's stay. They came at different times, there was always enough. The disadvantage is that there are few fruits. The staff is polite. The territory is like a botanical garden. There are several restaurants with live music on site. A large beach, unfortunately with pebbles. There are a lot of sun beds and mattresses are provided. The water is mostly warm, but a river with cold water flows nearby and sometimes the cold is mixed with warm sea water. There are two saltwater pools, outdoor and indoor. Two tennis courts, also outdoor and indoor. Tennis tables inside the building. Volleyball courts and others. Vacationers are mostly 50+, and there are young 30+ with children. The animators are great. For both children and adults.

BUT in the evening something happens and until the very morning the sanatorium is enveloped in sewer stench, sleeping with an open balcony and enjoying the aromas of herbs, flowering trees will not work, you will have to sleep with air conditioning!!! Everything is fine again in the morning. Nice beach.

It's just a piece of paradise. Well, everything is great: the location, the staff and the food. And what an arboretum (I mean the territory) - every tree and bush has wonderful photos! Transfer from the airport and back. We visited the hammam and were satisfied. All the cafes and the restaurant are just fine! We recommend it to everyone without exception! The place for Abkhazia is not bad. There are a lot of disadvantages of service, food, cleanliness. There are advantages, they try to look after the infrastructure, there is a cinema, landscaping is supported, good cafes on the territory, children's animation, sports grounds, there is even a small zoo. In general, there are not enough financial injections and a serious manager for the staff and there will be happiness. The price tag for this level is not democratic. If we compare it with Sochi (for example) It's quite budget-friendly.
