Immediately after discovering the problem, I hurried to the service, hoping for professional help. However, instead of fixing the faulty cable, which, as it turned out, was damaged by a damaged battery, I was told that I needed to change the display for a large amount. Moreover, they even tried to install a non-native cable in front of me to prove that it was the display that was faulty, because green stripes appeared on it. I think the service specialists should know that this is a normal reaction of the display to the use of non-original parts (they tried to install a cable of another phone model).
Fortunately, I work in the field of information technology and was able to spot something wrong. I changed the battery myself, extracted the data from the phone (although I was told that this was not possible, and that I would only be able to get my data if I changed the display), and put the device on hold for two months to think about the situation.
Two months later, I remembered once again about the phone, and decided to do a little research on the Internet, as I remembered all the details of the conversation with the service engineers, and there were many inconsistencies. After that, I decided to show the phone in another service, and, fortunately, they told me that my display was fully functional and I just needed to replace the cable for a lot less money (after all, this is not the most expensive part of the phone, like the display :)). In just 4 hours, I returned with a fully working phone! While the Samsung service only took 5 days to diagnose.
As a result, I can say that either people are being deceived for money in this service, or incompetent specialists are working. Definitely, I don't recommend this place. You will not only waste money, but also lose your precious time. I would give 2 stars just for the fact that they didn't charge me for all this stress, but realizing the whole situation anew, I still don't think this service deserves even 1 star.

Excellent service was when the TV was still under warranty. Replacing the display is fast and without taking/bringing. But as soon as the warranty is over, then take it to the diagnostics, wait until the details appear... It's not pleasant, even though you have to pay decently.

I would like to share my experience of contacting this service center. I started to "dumb down" the TV, and then completely freeze. By all indications and reviews on the Internet, there was a problem with the memory chip on the motherboard. I sent it to this service for verification. According to the diagnostic time, they promised to find out the reason for the hangup due to high workload within 10 working days. However, 3 hours after the goods were put in for repair, I received a call informing me of the need to replace the 550r fee.! I was alarmed not only by the amount, but also by the promptness of the diagnosis. It was like they were just waiting for my TV. I myself understood without disassembling the TV that it was about the board. But it was important for me to find out which element of the board was out of order based on the diagnostic results. But I didn't get an answer to that. The specialist at the reception only dryly limited himself to the fact that the service changes the elements entirely. I wouldn't have any more questions, but they charged me 50 rubles for such an underdiagnosis. As a result, I took the TV, took it to the "garage" amateur radio electronics, who solved the problem for me by soldering the flash memory on the motherboard for 150 rubles. within 2 days. Draw your own conclusions.
I was very disappointed. I gave the Galaxy S21 phone for diagnostics. Based on their response, there are two replacement boards. When asked about the causes of the malfunction, I was only told on the phone that there was no visible damage on the boards. In my understanding, diagnostics are performed to identify malfunctions and their causes, and the replacement of the boards offered to me is already troubleshooting. What if this is a systematic malfunction of the board, then the replaced board will be replaced after some time? Very annoyed, a waste of time and money.

I ordered a display module for Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, when ordering spare parts, the delivery time was promised one or two days, as a result, I waited a week for the module, after receiving the module, I called the service center, there were just over two hours left before the end of working hours, they said if I arrived within 20 minutes, the display would be replaced for me. I arrived on time, they refused to repair me, with the words "the queue, you know, leave the phone or come on Monday." Are you kidding me? The replacement of this display module costs you more than 900 BYN, with the retail cost of spare parts about 130-140 $, and even at such prices you do not meet the stated deadlines, do not provide the proper level of service and mislead customers! In principle, I will not repair your equipment and recommend your potential customers to look for other service centers!

Hello. I brought the TV to repair the UE40F6500AB of Russian production (Kaluga) in 2013. The cause was determined for a week. They replied that the ton-board was out of order and gave its brand LCD CY GF400CSL...LSF400HJ01. They told a sad story that the TVs of this model were discontinued and spare parts were not produced and even contacted the manufacturer. They advised me to look for a fee myself. Naturally, they took payment for diagnostics and without guarantees that they would accurately determine the cause and make repairs!!! I turned to another workshop. Have arrived...The TV was taken away...a malfunction was detected - it turned out that the screen socket burned out, not the board!!! They called and announced the price of repairs and spare parts. I agreed, it turned out to be inexpensive...for all 200 bel.rub. They were brought and installed in place

I just had time to drink a cup of coffee (coffee from the coffee machine in the service center itself). In general, that's what I imagined. This is how it should be, in my opinion.
They are hostile and not interested in helping. One thing is written on the website, but in the office they say another, and on the hotline there is generally a third
