We had a vacation in September 2024 with the whole family. The restaurant is 5+, or rather, in terms of taste and variety, it is the best restaurant in the last 10 years.
The territory is 5, there are many green areas, there are slides for children, a pool for children, a play area for children, several restaurants, a play area even for adults.

The beach is 4, the entry into the water is pumped up here, it's steep, you don't really buy with children.
The number is 4.5. The room itself is nice, but sometimes it was too noisy outside the window.
The hotel itself is 4.5. In general, everything is very good, but some of the interior is outdated.

I had a rest in October 2023. I liked the hotel as a whole, the food was varied and delicious. The staff is polite and friendly. The territory is very well maintained and cozy. I did not like the beach, in particular the uncomfortable umbrellas, there are rental points for water activities on both sides of the fenced beach. The entrance to the water is convenient, but there is not much room for swimming, in addition, scooters, boats are constantly worn almost over the heads of swimmers, it is very unpleasant, awkward steering and there will be an accident.

A great hotel for a family holiday.
Positive:
- decent and varied food (fruits, ice cream, meat, fish, delicious cakes), lots of drinks in individual bottles that are convenient to take with you, Monday is Turkey day, Friday is fish day with seafood, otherwise standard;
- cozy, green and well-maintained territory;
- very polite and helpful staff and animation;
- a little away from the central Antalya-Alanya highway.
Minuses:
- the beach is bordered on two sides by the bureau of water entertainment, it is simply dangerous to swim beyond the lines, during the day there is movement from boats and scooters, noise and periodically the smell of gasoline. I recommend swimming from morning to 10 or in the evening, more comfortable. You can also go to the left corner of the bay, there is a very clean beach and a lively cape overlooking the coast.
- cocktails are mostly tasteless. The wine is also very mediocre. The beer and whiskey were good. There is decent wine in the cafeteria during its opening hours. The rest is for the amateur.
- there are only 3 water slides. For fans of this entertainment, it will obviously be boring.
In general, it is very quiet and measured, suitable for families with children.

I especially want to mention the show of the program. Every day there are new shows at 21:30, interesting, bright and incendiary. The artists are all trying and working, as if on a huge platform.
The animators are friendly, draw beautiful aquagrim, play fun in the nursery with the kids. Kids club, well done everyone!
My daughter did not get out of the pool. There is a children's and adult swimming pool. Everything is cleaned in the evening.

I really liked the hotel. Very clean. The garden is amazing. There are many cozy corners on the territory where you can just sit in the shade or drink coffee at the waterfall. The sea is the purest. The choice of food is small, but everything is very tasty and of high quality. There are only 2 disadvantages: cheap alcohol and Animation is very weak.

Well, this is not a hotel, but a song, when we entered the territory it became clear that we would have a great rest!))
It's a bit of a sanatorium, there's no very noisy life, but there are a lot of little things for a good rest.
We went on a honeymoon, we were given the best room (though with a round bed, which is not very comfortable to sleep in))
Great music by the pool, nice restaurant next to it, good drinks.
But the food, it's hardcore, there's too much delicious, I wanted to try everything, there was stewed tandoor lamb and Mexican ribs and crabs (they just ruined the crabs, of course, but they were), but the crayfish for beer was super on the subject)))
A quiet hotel, (there was one Pole who did not share our values))), the impressions are the best.

The audience is international and friendly. Location near Alanya, 40 minutes by bus. The territory of the hotel is like a "botanical garden", I want to relax and get high. The hotel is great. Clean, lots of greenery. The standard room is large enough. The beach is clean, the sea is warm). In general, everything is fine, it's easier to write what can be improved. The food is quite varied, but it's almost the same every day. Seafood -salad with shrimp, squid rings in sauce, mussels with something, were once on Friday. On a Mexican evening, the signature dish that was offered at the entrance to the restaurant was chips with sauce. But in general, the food is delicious, especially when there is a place on the street where they cook on the grill-fish, vegetables, sometimes something like small kebabs on skewers. It's bad that there is no information in the room, and no one tells you which restaurants and cafes where and at what time they work. Apparently, vacationers should guess for themselves that they are there and look for them. For example, a cafe with delicious coffee, cakes and pastries (not like desserts in the main restaurant) is located in the depths of the garden, to the right of the pool (if you look at the sea). It seems to work from 15 to 23. I also had to check -beach towels are given out and changed at the SPA on the 3rd floor (to the right of the elevators). Exchange of towels from 17 to 19. Outside the hotel, you can go to the green cape (visible from the beach-on the left). Exit the hotel, walk to the Litore Hotel (steep climb up), walk along the hotel, past the entrance, slightly down and on the road to the right. The capes have beautiful views, olive trees, the remains of stone buildings (fragments of masonry). There is a good pharmacy on the way to the cape. The price of medicines was lower than in a pharmacy in Alanya (a randomly selected pharmacy). The Grand Bazaar (across the highway via an underpass) is a huge market, with no buyers and high prices. There's nothing to do there. But if you look at the market on the right there is a Migros store. The choice of goods is meager, but sweets, coffee, tea are cheaper than at the market and in small shops.

We had a wonderful rest with our family at the Sapphire Hotel in Alanya. We returned a week ago, it was 12 days. It was the ninth time in Turkey, but it was during this race that the sea was just super, warm and transparent, almost no storms. The hotel is quite good, built in 2007, but the rooms are of course small, the staff tries hard, which cannot be said about the Belka and Side hotels. I liked the hotel - the room is good, the linen was changed daily, there are a lot of places of locations - cafes and bars, ice cream, gozleme, pizza, swimming pool, SPA with its own pool. The territory is small, but it needs to be explored to find "secret places". I recommend going to an Italian restaurant, I liked all the dishes from the chef, the service and atmosphere there are on the level. In the shared restaurant there are places both outdoors with a sea view, and in an enclosed hall with air conditioning. The waiters work very well, the plates are removed instantly, drinks are brought in a matter of minutes, while you go for food there are already ordered drinks on the table. In general, it seemed to us that the hotel operates under the motto "ales good?" wherever you go and sit down, they ask everywhere if everything is fine. There were a lot of people, the hotel was on the stop, but there was no pandemonium. Animation at the level of poor amateur performance, from where they now bring these "artists"), on a Turkish night, the artists marched with the banner of Turkey, raised the whole hall and made them clap, a flag and a portrait of Ataturk waved on the screen.
There is one minus for us personally - this is the same pebble ..., the entrance to the sea on it is difficult - it hurts and the legs literally sink into this pebble, so the entrance and exit from the sea should be swift. And yet - if the hotel is so eager to be the best (and we consider it the best in its range- price-quality!), why not learn how to make sushi, what they offer is even better and not try.

Now we are resting here, the territory is small, there are relaxation zones, I do not recommend it at all with children, animation is zero, there is no service at all, we have something to compare with, it is not worth such money. The sea is gorgeous, the approach is pebbles, I will say separately about the sun beds, we must try to find them. Since the hotel is filled with Germans, they throw towels at 6 a.m. and leave. He won't come a second time, that's for sure!!!!

I will warn you that we are not fussy about food, but cleanliness and PP are a priority👌
Not bad in design and repair, but absolutely not customer-oriented, the power supply is "1"!!! Service "1".
During 2 weeks of rest, the hotel management did not react in any way to multiple written requests, claims and statements of many guests, nothing has changed at all!
Unfortunately, the greed and short-sightedness of the managers, as well as the calculation that the guests are fools and did not eat anything sweeter than radishes and they are fine anyway, will lead to notoriety)
So:
1. Dirty clean dishes, even my child (12 years old) went to the toilet to wash the plates to put food in them. There was zero reaction to the comments, although it was possible to give a scolding to the technologist, and clean the dishwasher, and it was still the end of April (!!!) It's not the height of the season. There is something similar to dried food, mucus, and streaks on the dishes. But we were assured that this is "such water in Turkey", well, yes!😂 we didn't live anywhere else)))
2. Empty dirty trays at the distribution half an hour after the start of lunch / dinner, could not cope with the volume of guests, they no longer had enough food! If you ask for a change, they at best bring you a mini portion on a plate!!! And how should the others eat? Who is timid will stay hungry))) or will he eat potatoes-pasta-onions? Well, che, you won't stay hungry) 5 stars after all!
3. In April, for your information, the strawberry season in Turkey already begins! Seasons! And it is sold at seasonal prices in bazaars, and in normal hotels, by the way, too, we constantly rest in Turkey in April on the occasion of the birth of our son, and there are always strawberries) Turkey is rich in it and supplies other countries) but only apples of three colors from fruits))) well, what is not the assortment?😂
4. Of the food, mainly 2 types of potatoes, 2-3 types of pasta, onions in abundance and colorful apples, leg of lamb, see the photo of some bones without meat in sauce)))
The funniest thing is that when we came to dinner one day we were surprised that the already meager set of products became even smaller. And now, attention, they didn't have any fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, even!!! Greens and a huge dish of onion sliced into rings... well, I asked about vegetables for the salad.they took out a mini plate and put it on the common table, laying out a thinly sliced cucumber on the bottom))) Well, like they had it, for show, because every time I made a video of the distribution table, which terribly infuriated the restaurant managers.
5. If the grill was being prepared, the crowd of hungry guests lined up in a very long queue (resembling queues in Cuba for an exclusive product), which moved so slowly that you could easily stand in it for most of the dinner.
6. Spa: gossip and deceive, brazenly "roll up" to the female sex. Once they tried not to let me into the hammam, he said that the "Turkish women" told them not to let anyone in, thrusting a bill at them, but the hotel and spa are for all guests, and of course they apologized to me, and the enterprising were allegedly punished)))
From the good: sweet and friendly Ilkai (but she couldn't solve anything with the "system"..); super DJ! And director of animation Vulkan. A wonderful cafe near the wall with a waterfall, where there are always delicious desserts, coffee and pleasant bartenders.
Otherwise, never again with one foot in this network! And I don't advise you!! It's clean to drink coffee for 2 weeks with desserts in the period from 15-22 is expensive, and it's harmful for the figure)
There were strawberries and watermelons in the neighboring hotels below the class, and the people were happy)
Arriving in St. Petersburg (north of Russia) we immediately bought 2kg of strawberries in an outdoor tent for € 3 per kg! And they closed the gestalt)))

Good afternoon! We had a family vacation (2 adults and a 10-year-old child) in August 2023. Type of rest: seal relax ))) We liked the hotel, we lived in a room on the 7th floor in room 712, which made us very happy, because on the top floor there are high ceilings in the room and a beautiful view from the balcony. The room has everything you need. The bed linen is normal, the blankets are good, the mattresses are too soft for us, but it's a matter of taste. The air conditioner was working properly, the main thing was to close the door to the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, even the tortured waiters.
Cleaning: they clean well, but for us it was at an inconvenient time - 13-14 hours, just when we came to rest in the room from the heat, it was not critical at all.
The territory is small, but very well maintained with a variety of trees and flowers, a sufficient number of benches. There is free Wi-fi everywhere, even on the beach. The pools are different - with three slides (the child liked it), for kids and standard for everyone. We were only in the one with the slides. We got acquainted with golf)) In the evening we went down to the lobby - to the bar and large tables (it is convenient to play board games). We went to the evening shows 2 times - like everywhere else. It is important that everything did not end too late - it did not interfere with sleep.
Food: good, a large selection for every taste, especially on a Turkish night (lamb and tongue are excellent). We found delicious desserts that were not too sweet for ourselves, and we were very pleased with the availability of low-fat dishes (especially grilled and stewed vegetables). Delicious watermelons, plums, nectarines. If you find fault too much, sometimes the meat was too tough))) Delicious chocolate on a chocolate evening. It is difficult to find a free table at dinner if you come by 20.00, the rest of the time there are always empty seats.
Beach: beautiful warm sea, enough sun beds, well cleaned, the entrance to the sea is not too shallow - 5 meters deep (for us this is a great option). The sea is beautiful in the morning, there are fish. In the evening, we sail garbage from pleasure boats - not critical, but not too pleasant either. You can take a mask with you - the fish are gray, but there are a lot of them.
Excursions: we went rafting - I liked it, but there is no point in buying videos and photos from it, because there will be a minimum of yours in the general crowd. The same trip included a buggy (I didn't like it at all, there is something to compare it with) and a trip to the gorge (picturesque views, a broken-down micro-bus - it was fun to go).
We will be happy to return to this hotel again if we have the opportunity!

I had a rest from April 20 to 28, 2023. I liked everything. The territory is well maintained, excellent, everything is beautiful, flowers. The buffet is excellent - everything is beautifully decorated, it's not easy to fill your stomach, but you are waiting for a beautiful decoration. The hotel is aimed at Germans, so their overwhelming majority is 80%, the rest of the Europeans are about 20%. Nearby is a large Alara Grand Bazaar for shopping. You can go both independently and with a group on an excursion to Alanya and even Antalya

A beautiful place. Very magnificent territory. The sea too. Nice rooms with enough furniture. Unobtrusive staff. The power is constant. Day and night. And I just really liked sitting in a coffee shop 🫶
