I walked, I walked, I found it)) I've been in Istanbul for a long time, and I finally got to her. In general, in Istanbul, all sorts of interesting objects suddenly pop up from everywhere: you can walk past or somewhere nearby, and then bam - and there it is! That's how it was with Kamondo.
And there were no people at that moment! It was dusk, and there probably wasn't enough spectacular lighting. When I passed through a couple of days later, there were several wedding parties and it was already crowded.
The staircase is located among tall buildings, there is little natural light, therefore it is dark.
We stumbled upon this staircase by chance on the way to the Galata Tower, also a local landmark, tourists, newlyweds and just anyone who has a camera or phone, who does not have either, are sketching there. Thanks to Yandex, I paved the way through it, and I wouldn't even have found out about it.
A beautiful and romantic place..it's worth visiting there.....an unforgettable atmosphere...This city is beautiful in itself....but thanks to such places especially..
It's a great place! It's a very beautiful staircase, but in order to take a picture, you have to wait, because there are a lot of people who want to. Especially newlyweds.
It is early in the morning, it is still sparsely populated and there are forces to overcome many steps on the way to the Galata Tower. Overall, it 's great , the narrow streets snake upward , the flowers , and the aromas of morning coffee
The place is incredibly beautiful, cranberry sherbet is also being shot next to the stairs, the Unalov office is located there, it's better to go to the stairs around 8-9 o'clock in the morning.
An undeniably cool architectural structure. And the story is interesting. But there are a lot of people! If you want to take good photos, only in the early morning
A unique piece with a very sad story.
Be sure to take a look, take a picture and read.
A man has left a memory of himself for centuries. He deserves us to know his story.
It's a very unusual place. A lot of tourists, a lot of locals playing weddings. The hustle and bustle. But you can be sure that if you stumble, you will fly away not far))
Istanbul is a beautiful big city, good people, many attractions, I advise you to visit and see, large markets, excellent sweets, wonderful coffee. Recommend
It is unusual and beautiful, in the evenings a musician sits near the stairs and plays very beautifully.

Beautiful staircase, unusual architecture, you can just walk through it and easily reach the Galata Tower.
Be careful, there are a lot of scammers in the area who drop shoe brushes under your feet, do not pick up these brushes and do not pick them up.
We lived in the Hotel De Camondo, the former home of the banker who built this staircase, and there is a story about his family in the hotel.
During the day, people crowd, there are a lot of wedding and regular photo shoots.
Interesting staircase style, beautiful architecture. Attracts all tourists. It is difficult to pass by it if you are walking along the main street. It's almost impossible to take a keepsake photo without a crowd)

The network is more beautiful than in fact, a lot of people, wedding bars are photographed, the design is unusual, but not directly Venetian stucco to visit separately- no, on the way from the bridge to the tower- normal
Just a concrete staircase. If you live nearby, then this is the climb to the tower, don't miss it. There is no point in making this claim against Gaudi specifically.
You need to see this, not write it in the review! It's sad to read about the architect of this masterpiece on the Internet:(but that's life. Now we tourists are paying tribute to the memory of admiring these creations.
A place in the Galata Tower area. It is difficult to pass and not take a picture. It is also difficult to take a picture. There are many people who want to. And everyone climbs into the frame :-)
The place is in Istanbul, locals come here to be photographed on the wedding day, by the way, according to their customs, the bride's flowers are artificial.
The staircase has an interesting shape and history of creation (read on Wikipedia). The famous photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson photographed her and now photographers from all over the world come to see and photograph her. However, this is difficult, because people scurry back and forth along it, couples and tourists are photographed.
