The three of us had a rest with a five-year-old child from September 1, 24 to September 11.
Positive:
1. Very large and green area of the hotel
2. Lots of entertainment in the evenings
3. Delicious food and lots of it, drinks for every taste, delicious coffee at the bar near the guides
4. The room stock is good
Minuses:
1. For such a hotel, there are VERY FEW sun loungers near the pools, near the sea, only if you take places before breakfast
2. The "sandy" part of the beach is dirty, in sawdust, cigarette butts and other things
3. There is a lot of entertainment, but there is always the same music, the playlist from the first to the last song does not change, that of DJ selectum, that of DJ mert. We just got to a fashion party and a pirate night, we played the same songs, it was boring
4. Very arrogant billboys, upon our arrival he broke our safe, said he would send another one and stood waiting at the door for 20 minutes for a tip, he did not send another billboy)0
5. There is little music and animation in general in the pool and at sea. In the main pool, we saw "aerobics" once and everything else is "water polo", there is nothing on the pool
6. Cut the column at sea, it's boring all day without it. There were no animations on the sea during our stay
7. SOOO many people for the month of September, about 4k people were with us on these dates.
Although there are more disadvantages, they are insignificant. I liked the hotel, it justified itself for its money and our expectations too!

The sea is gorgeous, the beach is beautiful, sun beds and towels are free !
Original alcoholic drinks! We are going to replenish the mini bar in the room for free! The food is varied, fruits are strawberries , mini bananas , watermelon , apples, oranges, grapefruit daily!
Additionally, 2 restaurants work in parallel with the main one , prepare delicious pizza, edible burgers ! Comfort in one word!

The hotel is mainly designed for children, slides, water parks, lunapark, evening animation for children, concerts, fireworks-this is all great, although in my opinion there is not enough shade in the roller coaster area, umbrellas do not often save..
The food is without frills, but quite nothing.
I didn't like the service in the main restaurant in the main building very much.

We go to darts twice a day, thanks a lot to the animators Angelina and Berkant. All the animators are smiling and have a very good activity and we go with them to evening shows and live music. They make tolerable, even delicious cocktails, which is probably the first time in the whole.the story of our all-inclusive vacation)! A large private beach, there is always a place. There are many pools, slides on the main territory and there is a water park where the lake houses are. A small lunapark, the rides are tired, of course, but normal. A large Turkish club, where there is a show separately for children every evening, you can play a console, air hockey, board games, ball, and draw. There is water for children and juices) It works until 23:30) this is a record)) They constantly arrange different parties, new shows every day. The rooms are updated with a cool design. Cons: many employees do not speak any language other than Turkish. Perhaps because of this, if you ask for something, they bring the wrong thing to the room, in the wrong amount, or do not bring it at all. Or they can take it away: we had 2 mugs at check-in, then for some reason 1 was taken away and never returned))although there were three of us in general and we asked, but in vain) when we checked in, the sofa was made for the child, while they did not give him any pillows, blankets, or a set of towels)) They are cleaned at 4: dust and some debris remain under the bed all the time. There are a lot of people in the hotel. There are queues for drinks and food, in the main restaurant they do not have time to clean the tables and set them again. Clean placemats can be placed on a dirty table and so "covered" again. You lift the placemat, and there are old sticky food stains. Appliances are often dirty too. Stock up on antibacterial wipes))At the same time, dirty cats from the street walk right through the "restaurant"...we have been to Turkey many times, cats live in many places in hotels, but this is the first time I have seen them allowed into the main restaurant..no one even tries to drive them away...there were watermelons every day, apples of 2 types, pears, bananas sometimes, peaches even less often..no berries, although they had strawberry season..The children's table is very meager, the dietary table is even more meager.bkashi is only made with milk. Also, we were asked to leave the restaurant 1 time, because we stayed too long, and they already started to clean up...despite the fact that we were not the last..apparently, they got into a hot hand, but the sediment remained...Also, 1 "lovely" employee started taking revenge on the floor when we were eating at the main restaurant for dinner right next to us, shaking off a mop by defiantly banging it.Again: we weren't the only ones and we weren't the last. At the same time, he went further with a mop to clean right under our table, touched my husband and me on the legs, although we even lifted our legs..and the employee didn't even apologize. All this happened in silence.The same co-worker on the beach takes drinks from people's tables, without asking when they are sitting on the sun beds and even if people are going to continue drinking them. Until you tell him 10 times that you don't need to, he kind of doesn't understand that they don't need to be touched. The beach is poorly cleaned. The tables are all dirty in the morning, i.e. no one washes them in the evening. So are the deck chairs. There is a lot of garbage in the sand. Vacationers, of course, are also to blame: they litter a lot, well, someone is already brought up here...The toilet on the beach is also cleaned so-so.. the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, the bottom is stone slabs or pebbles. It is not always convenient..but tolerable. I should mention the guest relations staff: they will always help, prompt, explain. The girls at the reception also work great, everything is fast and polite. The most friendly and friendly staff are the ice cream man in the main restaurant and an elderly employee who gives out towels on the beach. It was always a joy to see them and exchange a few phrases!) There is a sport.the gym is on the 1st floor and there are also group workouts outside. The time is 10:30 and 15:30, when it is already/still very hot. Despite the fact that there is shade from trees in the place of classes, this does not save. With such heat outside, you need to practice at 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. in the evening...or even after 18:00. Therefore, a maximum of 4 people from the entire hotel are engaged. There is a little more on aqua aerobics.Well, in general, the hotel does not reach 5 rooms, so I put 4. Go or not, decide for yourself. 🙂

We are relaxing with friends at the hotel. The hotel is very family-run, but thanks to the animators Angelina, Tomiris, Dilnaz it was more fun. We went to them for dart, yoga, and volleyball activities. A large-scale party takes place once a week. It's a pity that only once.
The live music is good, there are a lot of Russian songs and good shows. We liked the art Alley and extreme shows.
At the end of the vacation, I didn't even want to leave.

We go to different assets every day, especially on Dates, the girls from Daria Angelina and Tomiris are very active, funny and versatile. Nice hotel, very large territory, lots of beautiful greenery.
There are 2 water parks (separate for kids) and a lunapark. There are a lot of bars, there is a 24/7 bar, alcohol is imported, but by default it is poured locally.
Of the cons, the staff does not particularly want to speak Russian, although they understand everything. They are straight in front of the Germans, but the attitude towards the Russians is worse. We were friends with the staff and had no problems, but many faced difficulties.
There is not much choice in the kitchen, but it is quite tasty.
The beer is only bottled, but it is also good (there are sets of nuts for beer in each bar).
The disadvantages are not significant for me, so I did not lower my rating for them.

We had a rest on 30.05.24-09.06.23, in general, we liked the hotel very much. A huge territory, well-groomed, clean. A huge number of pools-despite the fact that the hotel has more than 1000 rooms, there is no crowd in the pools, it is quite free. The food is varied, constantly replenished, there is no such thing that someone does not have enough. Separate baby food and even baby purees in jars! The drinks are really ultra. There are many interesting slides in the water park, a free luna park! In 10 days, it's not that I'm not tired, but I didn't even have time to go around all the entertainment. Almost every day there was live music, there was a laser show, a children's party, a group of acrobats on roller skates, the teenage son really liked it. The beach is well maintained, the turquoise sea is clean, there are enough sun beds. Super friendly staff.
The only thing that upset our vacation was the cleaning of the rooms. Sometimes they forgot to throw out the trash, then leave towels, then tual. They didn't put the paper down -I had to run around asking for towels and paper every now and then. The cups and glasses in the room were not washed at all. We had a room with access to the pool -they didn't clean the balcony by the pool either, until they brought us by the hand and asked. One day there was a fire not far from the hotel and ash blew onto the balcony, you walk-your legs are black, then all this dirt in the pool-no one has cleaned up. It is a pity that there is such a problem in such a beautiful place.

According to the menu , the food did not bother for 8 days . There are a lot of vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, broccoli). Not a bad hotel. With a large territory. With slides for every taste: 10 slides for adults and a smaller town for children, which stand separately from the main pool. But there are also 4 slides on the main pool. Which is also very convenient. The rooms are not bad: the furniture is not shabby, the plumbing is new. but! I don't know about the other rooms, but our room didn't have a hood in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient and not practical, in my opinion.
The sea - there is sand in the recreation and games area, and pebbles in the sea itself. There are plenty of sun beds. They were always free. The beach line is wide and long enough, there was enough space for everyone. The sea itself is gorgeous, with waves, but not strong, pleasantly rocking))))
Room cleaning is every day. Towels were changed every day.

Just arrived from this hotel. Overall, it is very good. We were in the main building. The room is large, clean, not old. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed every day, bed every other day. There is carpet on the floors, which is a plus (you can't hear suitcases at night).
The food corresponds to the declared level. Everything is as it should be: several types of meat, fish, fresh vegetables, salted, fried, fruits, snacks, pastries - there are no frills, but we were not hungry. There were themed days: fish day - several types, in different versions (smoked, salted, grilled, etc.), there were no sushi and rolls (although others like Amara or Akka have it). I didn't like the local wine, there are drinks for every taste in the bars, there are also local ones. If you want the original, then do not order through the waiter, but go to the bar yourself and ask to show the bottle, the husband was poured local whiskey once.
There are also a lot of snack bars: burgers, hot dogs, potatoes, pancakes. There is a restaurant 7/24, but in fact it does not work like that, it closes for several hours 3 times (see the schedule), we did not like the pizza here.
There are a la carte restaurants, we were in Turkish, pretty good. But, do not expect that there will be something interesting here, Turkish cuisine (in the classical sense) does not exist - all this is from other conquered peoples - it is from the Greeks, Armenians, even the same lukum was imported after the Balkan wars. The same dolma, the same kebab, lula kebab - everything that is in every Caucasian restaurant.
The territory is large and this is rather a minus, they are poorly monitored, it can be very slippery and dirty.
Its own water park, pretty good. My boys had plenty of rides. Luna Park is open in the evening, also good.
There are many pools. There are several cottages, you can swim there.
There is a big one, all kinds of entertainment are held here, fun, noisy, foam party.
There are a lot of locals, their women are closed, they even swim like that. It didn't annoy me, but it was uncomfortable for me to swim in a swimsuit with fully clothed people, so we swam in the pool only once.
The beach itself is big, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. The sea is very gentle at this time. They practically didn't get out.
In general, this hotel would be quite up to its level if it were not for the attitude towards guests.
On September 1, we had a meeting with an Intourist guide - this is Rauf. I was in the audience when my husband called me, I went out to meet him and literally slipped on the tile near the door (there was no sign), which was immediately reported to the guide, but he continued to talk about the excursions. My leg began to swell, I left to apply a cold one. Seeing my reaction, the guide asked:- "Are you offended?" I am an adult, a mother of two children, an already adult daughter and a teenage son, and it is not correct to ask such stupid questions, who is he so that I take offense at him? Instead of explaining how to act in such situations, he continues to invite shopping, supposedly he has nothing to do with it, this is not the case. My husband asked him to tell general information, but the guide got angry, returned the voucher to him and KICKED him OUT! That's right, he kicked me out. We called the Intourist hotline and reported everything. Our adventures did not end further.
Several stray dogs were spotted on the beach on September 2. At first we thought they had a puppy there. But when they looked closely, oh horror, they tortured the rabbit (where did it come from?). And all this on the beach, 15 meters from the volleyball court. The dog was chased away, but the rabbit could not be saved, I do not post a photo of the rabbit for ethical reasons. I immediately told all this to the hotel guides (they are located opposite the reception), a nice girl, even took a picture of the poor guy on her phone and assured us that we would not see the dogs anymore. But on September 3, when he came to the beach, the poor rabbit was lying in the same place. I already took the janitor by the hand and brought him to the "crime scene", only after that he removed the rabbit. But, the dogs are on the beach again!!!!
I again informed the guides about the dogs, and again there was no reaction. Throughout the rest, wild dogs walked around the territory of the 5-star hotel!
Therefore, our vacation was spoiled, because we were constantly in tension, and this is not the feeling that vacationers should have. Hence the conclusion: the hotel is not responsible for your safety, they do not care about you, you fell, broke something, whether the dogs bite, or you become unwitting witnesses to the massacre of a defenseless animal - they will not hear you here!

I will say one thing - in two weeks I failed to find fault with absolutely nothing. 5+ for everything!!!! Service, animation, food, level, show, cleanliness, menu, beach, beach cleaning. Absolutely for everything - EXCELLENT!!!
Well, now to the questions that do not really relate to the hotel, but affected the overall impression. First, we went from Anex. To be honest, Anex reminded us of a sect. As an example, on the bus, the guide said that it was most profitable to change dollars into lira from the hotel guide. As a result, he turned out to have the MOST unfavorable course. And so it is in many small things. Do not be fooled by the "polishing" of Anex, look at things more pragmatically.
And the second is more important. Avoid ALL Turkish water parks. ALL without exception. Both the hotel and "Land of Legends". Rotavirus was caught from the hotel water park on the second day. And the Coxsackie virus (Turkish smallpox) was brought from Land of Legends. The disease is not dangerous, but very unpleasant, for about a week. All this within the framework of one vacation!!!! They literally carried the children home in their arms, and then they and their wife fell ill. Just don't go to any water parks, that's ALL. Don't spoil your vacation.

This is not a hotel, but a whole city)
We had a great week of rest with the children at this hotel and did not completely bypass it.
There is entertainment for any audience, no one will be bored here for sure.
The sea is within walking distance, swimming pools, an amusement park, water slides (large and small), several playgrounds for football and basketball, children's rooms, a private amphitheater in which entertainment programs are constantly held, evening discos, restaurants and much more.
There is only one fiasco, the 5* hotel did not provide dental kits to our room category and the room cleaning was a little disappointing, but despite this we really liked everything.

We are currently resting at the hotel. I recommend the hotel. There is always something to betray. The hotel is family-run and if you come with children, there is a lot of entertainment for children. All problems and issues are resolved very quickly, we have a femel number. Upon arrival, we checked in at night, not a very good room. But the next day (without additional charges) we chose the room that suits us. Russian Russian. If you have any questions, please approach Natalia. She speaks Russian, she will immediately help (the staff understands a lot of Russian). The room has everything from a comb, toothbrush and paste, shampoo, conditioner, gel. The hair dryer is weak, but this is not a minus for the hotel in any case. Bathrobes, orthopedic pillows are available on request.
And minus the room cleaning, it is completely absent. Either they do not come to clean or they come when we go to rest closer to 15.00, they clean slowly and poorly. We talked about it, but there is no reaction.
The room is nice, air conditioning in all rooms. The mini bar is replenished every day, all kinds of gas water and mineral water, beer. They brought a plate of fruit and wine somewhere on the 6th day of rest (even if it's like in bars, but it's very nice).
Nutrition is written, no, it's not true. There are plenty of fruits and berries for dinner: peaches, strawberries, apricots, for breakfast a little less watermelon, apples, orange, grapefruit, bananas. The food is excellent. Trout, chicken, and pork are enough for lunch. The cheeses are delicious, sausage and sausages are so) ordinary Turkish).
The sea is cool, but if the legs are sensitive, then it's better to wear slippers.
