The competence of the center's employees raises questions. The director refuses to compensate the client's expenses due to the center's fault.

Finally, somehow, after 5 days and a dozen reminders, the center employee announced the cost of the spare part - 300 Russian rubles, which the employee immediately miraculously turned into 30 Belarusian rubles (although it should be about 13). At the same time, the delivery of spare parts within 40 days and the cost of repair is 10 rubles. I decided to talk to the management. I talked to the manager, who answered similar questions that the cost of spare parts is 25 rubles, repair is 12 rubles, delivery is 2 weeks. At the same time, the tone of the conversation was such that I felt that I was taking the person away from something more important. In general, there was a feeling that they didn't care about the client, which was actually what I was told at the end of the conversation. "We do not earn money on such repairs. We have more interesting repairs.".
I would not recommend going there.

Saying that I absolutely did not need it, the master decided to reset the price, after in fact he said that he would put back the old battery, so no matter how poorly he does it, he categorically refused the offer to simply sell me an acumm or put it under my responsibility. Ok, I came to pick it up - they said to pay for disassembly and assembly, when they gave the phone away, it was clear in the battery program that it did not disconnect for a second, the phone did not turn off... in fact, the phone just lay there and that's it.. It's good that I recorded all the conversations!

I bought an ipad with a warranty card from this organization. When applying for a warranty, they just laughed in my face - we do not support Apple's worldwide warranty. When buying, the coupon contained the original seals of the point-of-sale service. Their guarantee is a complete divorce
