Terrible hotel, they brought us there to wait for the plane. The room was provided under the reception floor, the feeling that you live in a barrack, there is no light on the floor. The room is terrible, everything is falling apart, the TV is like from the 90s. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. Pools are not cleaned. There are 3 side dishes at lunch, there are a lot of people, everyone is crowding, the tables are wobbling, it feels like in a cheap canteen. The bar is paid, for a Dechmanian Egyptian rum (full chymose) they ask for $ 4 per glass (when the bottle itself costs $ 4). Wi-Fi is common, it doesn't even pull text messages in WA at all.

This is probably the most disgusting vacation in my entire life, despite the fact that I am not pretentious.... but this Hotel with its politics is the bottom.... we have already described that everything is in terrible condition, the furniture is old, unsanitary everywhere, the staff is very arrogant, they try to deceive at every step, the food is terrible (I was sick of it literally), animation appeared towards the end of the holiday... it can take a long time to list! The only good thing is the proximity to the sea, where there are reefs, but the descent is not convenient. The hotel is at most 2*!!!! We went from 30.12 to 06.01. The New Year was ruined.... there was no promised holiday on ng night, for at most an hour or two, do not understand who was portraying something on stage until 1 a.m. It was no longer possible to take food after 23.... everything was quickly taken from the tables... Avoid this Hotel!

The hotel is disgusting, mainly because of its service and the staff who are always dissatisfied with everything and everyone! We constantly heard that it's you who are resting, we are at work! The rooms are more or less tolerable (very dirty) only for a fee at the reception in the form of gratitude!) The room was cleaned once, in the one for which I had to pay extra! Plus theft during cleaning! (Apparently for the service). The beach is dirty, there is no one to clean it! There are just not enough deck chairs, there are very few of them! There is practically no choice of food, there is very little and constantly running out, even bread!!! There are always no plates! Rats are steadily running around the territory of the suites! There is no green grass (it has burned out and it is not watered)! There is no animation! Alcohol is not just diluted, but ordinary water, rarely will it be given undiluted (only when the bottle has just been opened in front of your eyes). The beer is good, but it is constantly missing! (Either the equipment is broken if it's bottled, or they don't pour it for you because it's supposedly warm - they'll tell you to wait 5 minutes for an hour, or it's just not there!!! All alcohol, including beer, is served in small plastic cups and beer with foam too, so there is 1 sip of beer there!!!!! In general, the staff there don't give a shit about you! There were even people who just had to wash in the pool because they didn't have water in their room! The guide Biblio-Globus promised that we would have dry food at check-out, since we check out at 2 am, as a result, they said at the reception that they would not collect lunch boxes too many of us) as a result, we were hungry! Awful. We rested from 01.01.2022 to 10.01.2022. The once beautiful and expensive hotel, after being sold to local guys, turned into a garbage dump. Complete unsanitary conditions, no parking regime. The hotel is terrible, disgusting.
There is practically no food in the dining room (and it is not tasty), from fruits, there will be a maximum of melon, guava and everything)))
all the staff is rude and talks in very raised tones, there are not enough plates in the dining room, there are not enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone, it is boring in the evening.
All the furniture is in terrible condition.
A ladder fell off at the pier, it was impossible to get out of the sea.
We had to help each other.
The main thing was not even in a hurry to do it.
The man at the pool bar ( I think it's the boss) he is very impudent and rude to tourists , and to many , it felt like he was such a great man who could do anything.
A very nice bartender was on the beach, and always helped everyone. Thank him very much separately.

A disgusting hotel. There are queues everywhere for food and beer. There is no coffee. Food - this is the first time I've seen such a "meager" choice of food in a hotel. There is no animation. I haven't seen any of the animators for the third day here.. The pantone on the beach is broken - one of the hotel guests injured his leg today - because he literally has to jump on the Pantone. I strongly recommend that anyone who plans to visit this hotel not go. The hotel is a weak 3ka. I have been to Egypt 7 times and I see such horror for the first time.

All the furniture in the room is old and shabby, they asked for a room with one bed, we were settled with 2 separate ones, they spread their hands at our complaint at the reception, they say they do not have free rooms. The TV in the room is from the early 90s, there is nothing to connect to it, we usually take a HDD with movies with us to watch before going to bed. There is no hot water in the bathroom, everything is semi-rusty. Of the bathroom accessories, only towels and that's it! - no glasses for brushes, no shower caps, no ear sticks, no gel, etc.-there is nothing! The air conditioner makes noise so that it is impossible to sleep, while blowing on the bed, and it is not regulated. Do not count on free Internet, it works at the reception at a speed of 64 kb / s, you can only reply to messages in messengers if you are lucky enough to connect and it will not fall off in a minute. Or buy from them, for $ 20 6GB or $ 30 12GB. There are shops in the hotel where locals sell sim cards for $ 40 for 20GB! In the mornings, you have to fight for sun beds (did not get up at 6 a.m., remained without a sunbed), they occupy immediately and for the whole day. The food is all inclusive, but apart from cabbage and salads in the form of slop porridge (which was not eaten yesterday) there is nothing.
Pasta, rice and cucumbers and bread - everything that was edible.
On the beach, if you refuse the waiter and say you don't want a cocktail, he can throw me at you to fight. And in the evening, if you want to drink alcohol without cigarette butts, pay 10 bucks for the service.
That's not all!!! The most terrible thing began at the moment of eviction, we sit and wait for our suitcases to be taken away. They don't pick them up - we take them to the reception - pay 30 bucks for a late check-out. Otherwise, they won't give you the documents.
We refused to pay, they tried to take our suitcases away. I had to pay.
It's hell, they've ruined everything that could be ruined. No red sea and reefs saved the impression of a vacation.
If you want a comfortable stay, never come here.
Mosquitoes are flowers compared to rudeness.

I advise you to visit all three a la carte restaurants. They also cook a little different at the beach. 95% are foreigners. I advise you to go to the Ibiza beach disco. See the rest for yourself. I also advise you not to sail far from the pier, especially the one on the right. There are double currents, because of which, no matter how you swim, you are in place. I saved two aunts, I almost drowned myself. I had to swim to the pier of another hotel, return through the desert barefoot on split sand and asphalt at + 42 degrees.

The food is disgusting , the same thing every day , tough beef and bony chicken . The desserts are all dry and the same , I was just glad that guava was often given (season ) .I am generally silent about the service , the room was not cleaned , drinks were given in plastic cups of 2 per person. Beach towels were constantly torn , although there was no fine for it . The sea is good, but there is only one pontoon and it is not designed for the number of people, as a person swimming in flippers and a mask, I simply could not sit down to put them on, there were people standing there all the time.
