A very bad hotel. They save money on everything, they are rude, the staff is rude. They don't clean the rooms until you ask 100 times. This is the first time I have seen that half of the all inclusive hotel in Egypt is paid, 80% of the food and drinks are paid, even the usual mahito. There is no ice at all, water and alcohol are given hot. The worst hotel I've been to. The air conditioner works every other time and makes noise. Nobody cares about you.
As for the animation, they put only Spanish songs, there are no Arabic songs at all, they started to be rude and argue when asked to put local songs. Honestly, we are shocked, we can be kinder.
This is not the first time I have been on vacation in Egypt, but there is no such attitude anywhere!

We stayed at this hotel from May 20 to May 29, 2023. The occupancy rate of the hotel is approximately 10%. We arrived at 4 a.m., but checked in only after 12 o'clock, while allegedly charging $ 15 for a good room. I have never seen mosquitoes in such numbers anywhere. It is not even possible to sit at the reception, I had to use spray all the time. The room is not bad. The bed and the cleaning are not what. For all the time, they have never done a wet cleaning. The animation is zero, but the first ones run into the dining room. The sea is good. There is no place for children to swim.

I do not recommend this hotel!!!!! We are resting now on 08/18/2022, this is the worst vacation. I've been to Hurghada 8 times, no complaints, I never wanted to go to Sharm el Sheikh, but the stars came together and here we are... The hotel is a three-star hotel with a big stretch,the rooms are dirty,the furniture is old, there is never hot water,air conditioning,refrigerator,safe does not work,plumbing is broken, we fought for a day to be relocated,the staff fusses only for money,the declared food does not match, we will have to fight for plates and forks,many restaurants and bars,declared in the package, they do not work. We had a rest in 2022, the taps didn't work, there was no hot water, the food was disgusting, the staff was the same! Honestly, I'm shocked that it's 5 stars for 2 stars!!! There was no light in the rooms every other day , it was dirty everywhere , the rooms were dead !!!There is no alcohol at all !!! Crabs and shrimps are paid, although it was free at the nearby hotel!!! The fish was served completely dry for dinner, how can you spoil the Dorado fish like that ??? Kaaak???? It's disgusting!!! It 's good that the sea is beautiful, we went on boat trips, it brightened up our vacation, I do not recommend this hotel to the guys !!!

The hotel is terrible. There are huge cockroaches in the rooms. The plumbing is falling apart. The food is disgusting, we went hungry all week. There were no fruits at all, and if there were, they were rotten. On the last day, they were poisoned and had an "exciting" flight. The alcohol is diluted, not tasty. You have to pay extra for everything, but even this sometimes did not change the situation. The only plus is the coral reef and the beautiful sea. There are no more of them.

You know, the main thing here is the mood of the person. We wanted a budget package - we got it. The food is good, but there is not much choice of meat. They didn't stay hungry. Our room was cleaned every day, but we paid an additional $20 for two people per week for a deluxe room at the reception.
The hotel is old, of course, but the area is cool and overall everything looks very nice.
The sea is just a fairy tale! A very beautiful reef, warm at the end of January, you can swim, but not fresh milk of course. The pools are cool, but pools are not the main thing in Egypt))
The guys do their best, they always went with a smile. If there were any problems, then everything was solved well too.
The only huge disadvantage is a VERY BAD Wi-Fi, so I advise everyone to buy a SIM card at the airport with the Internet, because you can try to catch a normal Internet at the reception before dinner (it all depends on its load), but definitely not later.
I also advise everyone to visit an Italian restaurant, it was very tasty!
Oh, and yes, the city is also far away, but you can walk in 40 minutes. The price tags in the city are much lower than on the territory of the hotel for local delicacies.

The plumbing in the room leaves much to be desired, the water pressure was weak, the faucet in the sink was broken. The hotel room is 2128. Alcoholic drinks were diluted, and the food did not cause much excitement, but it's a matter of taste. The staff was polite, not everyone speaks Russian, but it was not difficult to understand each other.

For a change, we went to restaurants that could be visited for free once, and there are 4 of them on the territory. The sea is warm, the most beautiful reef. The rooms were cleaned every day. I removed one star because of Mosquitoes. Starting in the evening, the bites that itched for a long time and did not go away. It is impossible to sleep at night. No lotions could relieve the itching. The territory is large, but always clean.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter from 06.11.2022 to 11/16/2022 . As for the hotel itself, perhaps it once corresponded to five stars, but not now. It is caught extremely rarely and very tightly. In fact, in order to buy SIM cards from them, the hotel administration itself screws up the distribution of Wi-Fi. The food , as for me, is quite tolerable. One of the advantages of the hotel is a very rich beach in terms of fish-such a variety is rarely found anywhere. But the most interesting thing is the hotel guides-I have not yet met such a "service" in any country, or from any operator. I bought some of the most expensive excursions from the hotel guide. I previously found out about the content of the tour and the timing-based on which I made the decision to purchase them. The tour to Cairo did not correspond to the stated one -instead of the stated six hours on the way, we spent 9 hours in one direction and 10 hours in the other. There were several bus stops waiting from 30 to 60 minutes-other buses were waiting, while there was very little time for sightseeing. The break between meals was 11 hours! what no one warned about! As a result, I decided to abandon the subsequent tour, as the guides mislead with false information. When I asked for a refund for the upcoming tour, the hotel guide did not even try to resolve the issue peacefully and said that he would not return the money. As a result of long wrangling, the attention of a large number of tourists was attracted, some of them, looking at such a service and the boorish manner of communication of the guide, decided to abandon the excursions too. As a result, I was accused by the hotel guide Mohamed of disrupting the work of the guide, and threats were made that he would fix my room number, inform the hotel and the police about it, and I would be treated badly. The money was eventually refunded, but the rest was ruined. That's such a great service!)

Among the accessories there is a piece of soap and two dubious shampoos in a soft package. That is all. The most important plus is THE REEFS WITH FISH! That is all. The food is creepy. A mess instead of salads, a strange hot dish, one omelet for breakfast. When you ask without a bow, he's still with it. You can only eat pizza in the restaurant. And everything. The room, as I was told at the reception, is now cleaned only in your presence. I don't know if it's all over Egypt or specifically here. But it's creepy. Because sitting and waiting for room cleaning on vacation is such a thing. The very finish line - I tried to listen to the sea at night and look at the sky while lying on a sunbed (I did not plan to swim), but they chased me away and said that I could not. Wi-Fi 6Gb costs $20. Alcohol is not the most important issue for me - but even drinking a double one with a sprite, it feels like I'm drinking lemonade) You can also leave the beach in the afternoon, for example, hand over a towel and then come back later. You can take a towel 1 time a day. And everything.

Terrible hotel, they brought us there to wait for the plane. The room was provided under the reception floor, the feeling that you live in a barrack, there is no light on the floor. The room is terrible, everything is falling apart, the TV is like from the 90s. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. Pools are not cleaned. There are 3 side dishes at lunch, there are a lot of people, everyone is crowding, the tables are wobbling, it feels like in a cheap canteen. The bar is paid, for a Dechmanian Egyptian rum (full chymose) they ask for $ 4 per glass (when the bottle itself costs $ 4). Wi-Fi is common, it doesn't even pull text messages in WA at all.

There is no green grass (it has burned out and it is not watered)! There is no animation! Alcohol is not just diluted, but ordinary water, rarely will it be given undiluted (only when the bottle has just been opened in front of your eyes). The beer is good, but it is constantly missing! (Either the equipment is broken if it's bottled, or they don't pour it for you because it's supposedly warm - they'll tell you to wait 5 minutes for an hour, or it's just not there!!! All alcohol, including beer, is served in small plastic cups and beer with foam too, so there is 1 sip of beer there!!!!! In general, the staff there don't give a shit about you! There were even people who just had to wash in the pool because they didn't have water in their room! The hotel is terrible, disgusting.

All the furniture is in terrible condition.
A ladder fell off at the pier, it was impossible to get out of the sea.
We had to help each other.
The main thing was not even in a hurry to do it.
The man at the pool bar ( I think it's the boss) he is very impudent and rude to tourists , and to many , it felt like he was such a great man who could do anything.
A very nice bartender was on the beach, and always helped everyone. Thank him very much separately.

The TV in the room is from the early 90s, there is nothing to connect to it, we usually take a HDD with movies with us to watch before going to bed. There is no hot water in the bathroom, everything is semi-rusty. Of the bathroom accessories, only towels and that's it! - no glasses for brushes, no shower caps, no ear sticks, no gel, etc.-there is nothing! The air conditioner makes noise so that it is impossible to sleep, while blowing on the bed, and it is not regulated. Do not count on free Internet, it works at the reception at a speed of 64 kb / s, you can only reply to messages in messengers if you are lucky enough to connect and it will not fall off in a minute. Or buy from them, for $ 20 6GB or $ 30 12GB. There are shops in the hotel where locals sell sim cards for $ 40 for 20GB! It all started with the arrival
If you want a room, pay 15 bucks per person. Arriving at 06:00 in the morning, we were given a room for money and given water only at 15:00 comments from the staff - they clean there
You know, it's the dirtiest thing I've ever seen! Toilet paper is a luxury because it is used to make sausage. If you want a towel, they'll bring it to you with someone else's blood and foundation.
The food is all inclusive, but apart from cabbage and salads in the form of slop porridge (which was not eaten yesterday) there is nothing.
Pasta, rice and cucumbers and bread - everything that was edible.
On the beach, if you refuse the waiter and say you don't want a cocktail, he can throw me at you to fight. And in the evening, if you want to drink alcohol without cigarette butts, pay 10 bucks for the service.
That's not all!!! The most terrible thing began at the moment of eviction, we sit and wait for our suitcases to be taken away. They don't pick them up - we take them to the reception - pay 30 bucks for a late check-out. Otherwise, they won't give you the documents.
We refused to pay, they tried to take our suitcases away. I had to pay.
It's hell, they've ruined everything that could be ruined. No red sea and reefs saved the impression of a vacation.

Great hotel, huge, fed to the slaughter. The choice of food is always good. Animation, like everywhere else in Egypt, is medium-sized and monotonous. I advise you to visit all three a la carte restaurants. They also cook a little different at the beach. 95% are foreigners. I advise you to go to the Ibiza beach disco. See the rest for yourself. I also advise you not to sail far from the pier, especially the one on the right. There are double currents, because of which, no matter how you swim, you are in place. I saved two aunts, I almost drowned myself. I had to swim to the pier of another hotel, return through the desert barefoot on split sand and asphalt at + 42 degrees.
