The pool was under renovation, the rooms are excellent, the sound from the corridor is heard very well, this is a problem for almost all hotels. The service is excellent. No problem. I will stay here.

Not bad rooms. It would be nice to update them. In some places, traces of leaks and careless stay of previous guests are visible. Clear. They are cleaned regularly. A good breakfast buffet. I didn't like the administration's lies about the pool. They said on the phone that the pool was open. In fact, he did not work and was fed breakfast all the time, which will definitely work tomorrow.

The worst hotel experience. The sound insulation of the rooms is extremely poor. You can hear the neighbors talking and going to the toilet.
The rooms have carpet on the floor, which is not vacuumed during cleaning, unless you set it up yourself during cleaning. The maids are cleaning in a hurry. Apparently they save on staff.
The beds are not comfortable. The headboards with a solid frame are above the level of the pillows, which is why I added a couple of bumps to myself.
The bed linen is washed, in pellets.
The rooms were cold at the time of the stay (September). There are no batteries in the room. The doors to the rooms are scratched, as if there was a battle going on here.
No one checks the ashyk and body temperature at the entrance. Masks are not worn.
I do not recommend it.

I read a strange comment about the elevator... It is simply impossible to drive there for 5 minutes...although there are always a lot of guests in the hotel and yes... You never ride alone in an elevator.
