In general, it's not bad, but the ventilation system is general and not subject to adjustment, and it's also very noisy, they had earplugs well with them. The buffet is so-so.

Everything seems to be fine, but a torn duvet cover is too much. I asked for an ironing board and an iron in the room - the equipment of the hostel level. (The staff is friendly, that's a plus.

A very inconvenient hotel. While you take the elevator from the 10th floor, you can gather a bunch of people from each floor in turn and spend 5 minutes on just one descent. Meaningless and tasteless breakfasts of dishes more like dinner. The room was poorly cleaned. The audibility is terrible. WiFi works so-so.
On the plus side: spacious rooms, many amenities and useful things like a comb or toothbrush are already waiting in the room upon check-in. The bed is comfortable and clean.
