We constantly come to this wonderful city and stay in this hotel.Everything is great.But the suites are worth updating (including windows)In general, everything is fine.The location is super-water park,attractions,library,pharmacy,clinic And so on.

We stayed at the hotel from 11/18/12 for three days. We liked the service at the hotel. The bed is clean, which is very important for us. The only thing I didn't like was the construction site and the garbage at the back of the hotel honored the whole view. On the 2nd and 4th floor, the rooms have a sewer smell. Only one elevator worked before lunch, and both did not work after lunch. We went up and down the stairs to the 5th floor. Overall, a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the cuisine is delicious. But there are two disadvantages that I think are not worth fixing. The first is a bed, synthetic. It is not possible to sleep. It's very hot in bed. The second is the balconies. There's a regular screed, you could put tiles. Despite these disadvantages, my family and I really liked the hotel.

The room is 35 sq.m., but the space inside is absolutely inconvenient and unwise: there are not enough surfaces to place things. For such an area, there is one lamp on the ceiling of cold light, reminiscent of a medical office. Despite the presence of double-glazed windows, noise is heard from the street. The bathroom is rather big, but again, there is nowhere to place personal belongings. Room cleaning is standard, without complaints. I will definitely not use the services of this hotel for the second time.

The hotel is of an old type, there is a good repair, the interior is clean. A good breakfast.
We came across a room with access to an entertainment park. I do not advise fans to open a window instead of an air conditioner in these rooms. But in general, I liked everything. Across the street is the Arbat, numerous cafes, not far from Shymkent Plaza.
