We had a rest at the end of September 2021. The reception staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned nominally. We left tips. The floors were wiped, shampoo,gel,tual.the paper was replenished. The technical staff does not understand Russian. Beach " towels" are a cotton rag. The floors in the corridors are not washed or washed once a month. I'm not talking unfounded: someone spilled beer in front of the elevator, no one wiped this stain for a week. The balcony was one meter by one meter and the view from it was on the main pool, behind which there was a fence. And behind it is a construction pit The air conditioner was working, although it was not needed in September. The refrigerator was working, and so was the TV. Now about nutrition. The choice is not bad, standard for Turkey, there were no queues. The dishes are chipped, not always clean. The biggest plus is the sea and the beach. Smooth approach, fine sand, and large turtles. Conclusion: although the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, it pulls only 3*

We stayed at this hotel in autumn. The impressions are only positive. The hotel pulls in 5. There is a lot of food and it is varied. Everything is delicious. The rooms are normal, with 3 beds per room. They are quite spacious. They clean it every day. The staff is friendly. The beach is 300 meters from the hotel, it is quite convenient. There is a gym. A wonderful hammam. There are a lot of ruins with Turkish things nearby, there is a place to wander. From the beach, you can walk to the Old Town about 5 km away. The hotel is great for people without super high expectations, I recommend it. The hotel periodically organized performances and celebrations.

I am in this hotel now, I was given a room on the 5th floor with a sea view. I like everything, the food is excellent.There are shows in the evening. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea along the river with turtles.

Here I arrived with my family and it turned out to be not a hotel but a full House, initially they did not want to issue a second card from the room because we arrived in the number of 4 people, the hotel is completely unsanitary, flies fly everywhere, it is dirty and disgusting everywhere, the lights were turned off several times a week and even the elevator did not work, they take the bus to the sea which the hotel provides for its guests very rarely, the rooms are cleaned just disgusting, we have not been able to change both towels and bed linen for the 3rd day, upon arrival and check-in, I am generally silent about the balcony, cigarette butts and dirt everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because it does not deserve even 3 stars and deserves all 1 star, especially for such money. Terrible dirt, two small towels were given out for four, three large ones. There were no towels for the feet. We rest from July 3 to July 14. The room is not cleaned, gel, shampoo is not replenished, as they gave out 2 bottles on the first day and that's it. There are a lot of flies in the dining room, dishes, forks are missing, a lot of dishes with chipped edges. Plus, the food is varied and the sea is 5+. Very good entrance, sandy and shallow. The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time, there is not enough staff, there is apparently no good owner. And of course it's not 4, but somehow 3-.

Terrible hotel!!!!!!!!!!! Disgustingly!!! The hotel picked up an intestinal infection - an infusoria slipper. The child cannot recover for a week and this path is still a long one . We stayed at the hotel from July 7 to July 13. The hotel was declared as 5 stars. Not a sure five. It is currently displayed as 3 stars. Russian is spoken only at the reception and that is very bad. Russians are not liked here. Germans are resting in Side. Previous reviews are still good for comparing what is happening now. Upon arrival, we were offered to change the room, as three adults and a one-year-old child will not enter the economy room. That's okay. They paid an additional $50. We went into the room: the floor is dirty, the bed is dirty, the air conditioner barely works. My friends had dirt in their room too, the bed was dirty. While we were checking in, a girl came up and asked to change the room due to the fact that the air conditioner was not working. The room is changed without problems, but it's not a fact that the other one is better. Apparently, each room has the same problem. There was one set of towels for four of them. We gave 1 dollar to the girl to move. And then after that we washed the room ourselves with bleach (a small child who crawls). The bed is both dirty and torn. The dishes in the "restaurant" are dirty. It feels like they're just rinsing with water. The food is varied, but I haven't really fed the child in a week. This is our third time in Turkey. We were in Alanya at 4 and it was better. We had a Ramadan representative from Aneh Tur. We bought an excursion to a waterfall, an olive tree, a boat trip and an Ancient city from him. It's a terrible tour and not worth the money. The bus with poor air conditioning, the guide was rude (he told the woman that he could drop her off the bus and you would get there yourself). There was no boat trip. We have been to different cities on boat trips and there is something to compare it with. We drove along the river, sailed 100 meters from the seashore and turned back to the river. There we stopped on the other side of the sea. We swam off the shore for 15 minutes and back to the ship. It was declared "swimming in the open sea". The forces for the Ancient city were no longer enough. Although this is the only thing that was interesting. We took a second excursion for the baby to the lion's steam, but it didn't work out - the child got sick (vomiting, diarrhea....) as a result, we rested for three days and went to the hospital, and then immediately to the airport. The money was not refunded and an individual transfer to the airport was offered. We paid 190 thousand for a vacation for three and did not take away any advantages except the sea. The sea is always excellent in Turkey.

The sea and the program are among the advantages . Food is basically like everywhere else. The hotel is supposedly listed as a five-star hotel, but I would not put one. Very very very very very dirty. Face towels with black spots. Feet stick to the floor, the wallpaper has fallen off. we don't have an air conditioner or a refrigerator, but they put us on the last 5th floor under the roof and here, in principle, they could open a new sauna and not mock people.

Of the pile of bottles in the bathroom, there are only two small shower gels, the rest are body lotions, they asked to bring them - the cleaner said they were not there. The food is normal, there is a choice, and meat and fish, vegetables, fruits, plums, apricots, cherries, apples, peaches, melon, delicious watermelon, good coffee for the vending machine, normal white wine, but all this on dirty broken plates and cups, with dishes a problem) WiFi only in the hotel, on the beach No, it's not. The beach bar is open from 10 to 17, wine, beer, soda, coffee, there is also a snack bar from 12-30 to 15, you can have a normal lunch. The elevator often did not work, the guys at the reception did not really run away, the safe broke down, they promised to send a master in 10 minutes, they waited an hour and a half..The air conditioner was working fine. The animation was quite interesting a couple of times in the evening, mini fireshows, acrobats.. it often smelled on the ground floor, and the staff periodically ran with an air freshener.. Dirt, cleaning , maintenance - a solid favor . I get the impression that the hotel is drying costs, as savings in everything. From plates, forks that are not in the restaurant, to cleaning and even the lack of soap, paper. There is a bar on the beach from several hotels, but only in this pigsty. The staff does not care, they talk about their own and do not pay attention to the hotel guests. The rooms are very old. The sea is super, sandy , the beach is wide, walk to the beach about 7 minutes.

We arrived on vacation on September 24 2023 , and made a big mistake when buying a ticket, did not read customer reviews. So we write for those who are going to rest in this hotel. Don 't try to come here , not for any money . There are only disappointments waiting for you , except for the sea and food . The rooms are old , all the furniture is crumbling , the TV works without Russian - language channels , they asked to set up at least one channel for three days , they did not wait , there are not even slippers in the room for four stars there are 3 mineral bottles with tin stoppers in the bar with nothing to open towels on the beach, there are no sunbeds on the beach if you come after breakfast, you go looking for, they decided to lie down on the next beach, we were kicked out of the locker rooms killed, they look like toilets, the beach is dirty sand all in garbage,the staff communicates with Russians through their teeth to get to the beach or leave the beach , they will serve a " cute cattle truck " in which it's not something to go, but it's scary to sit down, count only on your legs,and this is only the second day of rest,we talked today with the tour guide of the fan san company, we told him everything, to which he just shrugged,we are more with them our own rest is not considered read the reviews!!!

We had a rest at the hotel in early April. We booked a hotel through the Intourist website. The hotel is only 3*. For which I put 3* - this is a clean room, it is clear that the renovation was refreshed before the season. And good kind staff. Cleaning was done every day. We stopped by, the pool didn't work for the first 2 days. For 4 days out of 7 there were problems with water in the morning, once it was not there at all for about an hour, and sometimes it was only cold. The hotel has a very strong audibility. The food from the series "you won't stay hungry". The dining room is full of flies and there are street cats that periodically tag, and it stinks of urine. When we went to see the gym, it was just darkness. All the gym equipment is broken, the gym is dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. In places, there was cat shit on the 1st floor. We decided to go see the beach… There were no sun beds, there was a lot of garbage on the beach, there was nothing at all on the beach. No water, no bar, no shit! The animation is represented by two people: a guy and a girl who created the kind of animation. The girl danced with the children once a day, and the guy turned on music in the evening and disappeared somewhere. The entertainment area was not working at all. The lighting in the hotel is very poor, we think it was done on purpose so that it would not be so noticeable how old everything is there. All photos on the intourist are probably 20 years old, plus edited. In short, the most uncomfortable hotel. I do not recommend it.

I didn't like the hotel, the territory is small, there is no animation, there is nothing for children, the rooms are poorly cleaned, bed linen has not been changed for 11 nights, towels are generally a problem, and the beds are generally flying away! The only thing I liked was the food, it was delicious and varied! If you change the textiles in the rooms, replace old furniture, tablecloths, scary dishes in the restaurant, clean the beach, and change the animation, maybe the hotel will pull 5 stars, but so far only 3.

We bought a ticket from 07/31.23 to 08/12.23. The hotel is dirty, the cleaning is bad. The shower in the room did not work. The hotel administration did not respond to the request to fix the non-working shower in the room. The handle to the balcony was also broken. The balcony did not close well. The hotel restaurant is dirty and the dishes are greasy. On the 3rd day of rest, the whole family, together with a 1.5-year-old child, caught a bacterial infection. We had a rest in late August, early September 2023. NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL. It's disgusting! This is a two, not a five, the hotel is old, smelly, in need of major repairs, bed linen, towels with stains, old. The dishes are all chipped, old, poorly washed, glasses are scary to pick up. Huge crowds of people, very noisy. The pool is always busy, you will not find a free shizlong, apparently you need to run at 7 a.m. to borrow. The staff is focused only on Europeans, they don't really want to communicate with Russians and help, especially at the reception. The guys at the bar are even more or less. The room is broken, everything is old and battered. The cleaning was bad, the cleaner came and scrubbed with a mop, all the dirt remained on the floor. The plumbing is in poor condition, the toilet is grey. They went outside, the Turks working in the shops nearby said that this hotel was under demolition. Now everything is clear. The food is good, fish, chicken, a variety of vegetables and there is plenty to choose from. The hotel has no territory at all. In general, I did not like the unusual large hall by itself, that's all. The beach is basically fine, there is enough food and friendly guys are the staff. Only old shizlong tables and tables. In general, the mood is completely spoiled, only the sea pleases. Russians should not go to this hotel.

We rested at this hotel with my husband from 09/03/2021 to 09/10/2021, there are no complaints, everything is very decent at the highest level : the sea is beautiful, the food is excellent, the pools are also good and entertainment in the evenings. The rooms are all well cleaned too. The young people at the reception are friendly, they will always tell you everything and help. The restaurant staff are just smart and everyone who works there thanks them very much. Everything is fine everywhere. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the sea, it doesn't bother at all when you pass through the bridge there are beautiful turtles swimming there.
