An absolutely ordinary hotel, some sites claim 5 stars, but this is far from the case.
However, the hotel has a number of advantages that are difficult to find elsewhere: free Wi-Fi is available on site. Generally everywhere, not just in the lobby. The food is almost around the clock, no matter when you wake up, you will always find something to eat. Three pools - children's with slides, regular and heated near the hammam. You can safely use the sauna and spa area. The rooms are spacious, and water is always supplied free of charge. You can take food and drinks with you to your room if you want to eat dessert, let's say later - it's very convenient (in some hotels it is strictly prohibited) the territory is small, but everything is very compactly located, if you don't like to walk a lot - that's the thing.
The only thing is that the declared gym simply does not work - none of the simulators are functioning. Therefore, if you do sports, this is definitely not for you.
There are really a lot of Europeans in the hotel, because there are a lot of them in the resort itself, but I did not meet any negativity or neglect. They offered me a great room and were always courteous, just because I was polite and corny to greet the staff. Everyone is ready to help you, explain what and where is located and how to get to the city.
This is a great hotel "without show-offs" more like a sanatorium with Wi-Fi. It is perfect to relax in the off-season.

Totally sucks. Dirt is everywhere, room, floor, restaurant, beach... Everywhere. Complaints about bedbugs. Reception dead people. The maid is lazy and armless, cleaning only to throw out the garbage and then not every day. There is no territory. There is no animation. Of the advantages, only the cook and pastry chef are normal, coffee and tea can be prepared in bars deliciously. They just don't wash the glasses. One and a half stars no more....

I do not recommend Ala cards in this hotel , do not waste your time .The beach is poorly cleaned! The food is good and varied. The location of the hotel is good. The weather and the sea are super! We liked it. The staff is friendly, the area is good. It is easy to get to Sila by bus. The food is delicious, everything is there for tourists. The hotel itself is small, but there is a place to spend time. The rooms are not bad, but I will not say that they are very clean. Dishes are poorly washed, I saw cockroaches in the kitchen. It is better not to mess with hotel guides, there are plenty of places where you can take the same excursions, saving a little.

It's bad that the sunbeds on the beach were removed, saying that everything is closed. The weather is good and you can sunbathe. Other beaches are open, but to go there, they will be kicked out. I was also surprised that after the storm, a lot of garbage was thrown ashore, and all the garbage (sticks, waste, plastic bottles, etc.) was pushed back into the sea by a tractor. The hotel is great. The staff is friendly, with very few exceptions. A large selection of drinks, the food is just GREAT! The choice is huge and diverse. There is also something new on the beach at lunch every day.

They took the change from the reception with swearing. The guide ignores calls, deletes his messages in WhatsApp.At the reception, men address you. I quote:What do you want?? Teach the staff to contact you!!! Not only does no one understand Russian at all in the hotel, but also you!! There are always unhappy faces. Disgusting!! Now to the hotel: the music by the pool is screaming so that you can go deaf, there are not enough sun beds if you do not take a sunbed at 7 in the morning-that's it! You won't get to the pool today. The room stinks of dead things, I don't know who died there. The shower doors are broken, water is flowing on the floor. In 10 days, the towels have not been changed once!! They asked for a run-they say the finish line. Dirty plates are chipped in the dining room, the food is monotonous, the fruits are not washed-they were poisoned and vomited and drank. The waiters are great, they are the only ones who work here.

We had a vacation with a child in July 2021. When I read the rave reviews, it seems that people don't know what a normal hotel is at all, although I'm not a particularly picky tourist, I don't relax in luxury hotels, but here it's just a dump with a 5-star status!
1. it's a long walk to the sea, but it was clear in principle when buying the tour
2. the hotel has no territory at all, from the word at all!!!! Even the so-called amphitheater, where the shows are supposed to take place, is located near the entrance to the hotel along the road.
3. there is terrible dirt everywhere and no one is in a hurry to clean up, there is such a thing going on in the toilet near the slides that it is disgusting to go in
4. the rooms are ordinary, spacious enough, but the balcony is of such a size that you just can't fit together, sooo small!
5. you can't wait for waiters in the restaurant, there is an eternal problem with cleaning tables, although the food was quite decent, the choice may not be huge, but everything is delicious enough
6. The animation is just shameful, it would be better if we didn't do anything at all, we couldn't even hold a children's disco properly, the team was just a failure
7. there is no water freely available, to take water in a plastic cup, you need to stand in line at the bar
8. The pool with slides is tiny, the base is also small
9. The beach is dirty with garbage and cigarette butts, as a public one, apparently they are not cleaned at all
10. in front of the hotel there is a supermarket and a disco bar, if the windows face the road, then at 5 a.m. every day you will listen to the appropriate sound, and until one o'clock in the morning the roar of music.
To sum up: these are three stars, and they are not worth three kopecks!

I am currently staying at the hotel. I came here with a family of 6 people for the third time, as everything was fine in 2019 and July of this year. But after resting now, the opinion has changed a lot for the worse. We were settled in different buildings, which is very inconvenient for us, since there are small children with whom I, as a grandmother, need to sit. I asked to change the room, it's useless. Personally, we now live in building 2 on the 4th floor. On the balcony, if you can call it that, since only one person can fit there, the sun does not set. There is no place to dry things. The tap water barely pours and does not come off well. There are no hooks on the bathroom door. There is no place to hang clothes and towels. The elevator is very dirty and hot. Nutrition and attitude have become much worse. Personally, I compare this with the fact that before most Europeans vacationed at this hotel, but now mostly Russians. In July, the wine was in wine glasses on the bar, now it's in glasses downstairs. If you ask to pour into a glass, then it's not for you, that is, not for Russians. There were few fruits, only one kind of fish, and there were 5. Tea is poured into glasses, you ask each time to pour it into a cup. The beach is sooo dirty. Only the sea pleases. I will never come to this hotel again.

I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews. The rooms are dirty, hot, the mini-bar does not work, it is not replenished. The curtains are just a dust collector, you don't even want to touch them, but you have to twist them somehow-TWIST them to push them apart. Not only are your hands dirty immediately afterwards, but the curtains are attached to the PACKAGE. There are only Germans and Poles in the hotel, currently there is not much here. The staff will not solve the problems. The only thing we could do was bring a set of towels for the third person. Their cocktails are already ready in bottles. They don't make them themselves, so it sucks. One star, just because of the power supply. There is a large selection, there is something you might like.

Just a hole for rats! If you have booked this horror, change it before it's too late! The hotel was supposed to be demolished, but left again. Dirty dishes and glasses in lipstick, sticky floors, flowing ceilings, stinks from carpets in the hallway, toilets are all fucked up, the mini club looks like a barn, the water in the pools is brown with sand at the bottom, there were no towels in the room, they were not carried for a day, the balcony and the phone did not work to get through to the reception. Pictures from the Internet are an old version of the hotel, now there is junk, dirt and stink. You will eat NOTHING. The whole kitchen is covered in grease, it's disgusting to eat where everything is covered in flies, crumbs, dirty tables. They ran away to another hotel!

We had a rest at the end of August 2021
To begin with, at the age of 32, this is my first vacation at sea abroad. I haven't been to the sea in Russia either, I don't have much to compare it with, but! even though I had a good travel agent who chose the hotel for us herself, I still read the reviews! And so, compared to the reviews about this hotel, I can say:
every morning, there are two porridges with milk to choose from, plus there is a regular meal (like for lunch), plus fried eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes, and very tasty pancakes!
at lunch, there are two mashed soups to choose from, there are rice, several types of pasta, several types of potatoes: mostly baked in different versions, there was even a crumpled one! And boiled round!
There are a lot of greens and salads, different, a lot of fruits, watermelon and melon for the most part were not very tasty,
There are a lot of side dishes, different, and mushroom, baked stuffed, rolls, nuggets are fried on the street on a campfire, fish (there are a lot of them, of different kinds), burgers, liver, everything is hot from the campfire, but according to the distribution, mainly portions per person, those if given a plate, put 2 pancakes, for example, or 2 nuggets
The rest of the food in the restaurant - take as much as you want
There were mussels, I didn't see any shrimp 🤪
Animation in three languages, the day off was only Sunday, there was a foam party, a foam pool, a fire show..(despite the fact that we managed to get there, and did not oversleep)
The car goes to the sea as it seemed to us according to the schedule - but we never guessed, we'll get out, if it's worth it, we're going, no means we're going
The beach is 800 meters away, not far at all! Relax, take a walk, generally normal! Especially on the bridge over the river where the turtles live)
The beach is clean! I personally saw how the sand was cleaned with a special thing... but if some pigs, then at least clean up here! The sea and the entry into the sea are ideal, suitable for kids! Because the descent is very very smooth! You're walking knee-deep, you're walking... great!
I didn't notice that the staff doesn't understand Russian! Everyone who stands at the distribution understands elementary words! The reception is the same! And what else is there to talk about with them? 😁
My family and I don't know English, much less Turkish - we didn't have any difficulties!
Ice cream on time, 40 minutes delivery, in one hand. There was enough for everyone during our stay... but yes, there is a queue. But not critical, right?
The downside for you may be that the rooms are really poorly cleaned, very! They left chocolates, dollars, as if they hadn't cleaned up, but it doesn't matter to us.
The food is close to homemade, everything is very tasty! I was surprised!
Towels are issued by cards... you hand over the card, you get a towel to the beach, and back. There are 4 types of towels in the rooms, legs, face, hands, bath (large).
About the elevators, due to an unforeseen situation, we had to live two nights in one building, then the rest of the nights in another building (which one was which I don't even know), so it's really stuffy in the elevators (but you won't even have to go there for 5 minutes), in the building in which we were on the first nights, it was difficult to wait for the elevator - we walked more often. But in the other building, there were no problems with the elevator.
I also want to tell you how it happened that we managed to live in two rooms.
With the armor, we had a two-room room, with a double bed and 2 single beds (family room).
We arrived at the hotel at almost 22 o'clock. We were kindly shown to the dining room, saying that while we are making you out, go to dinner. They left, they came, they lead us to a room, we go in, and there is an ordinary one, one room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. I'm saying it's not our number. They took me to the reception, something was there on their own, they took me to another one - they open the door, the same one room, they took me down again. Our guide from the company is calling, and she and they are trying to explain to me that the femeli room is what they give us, and the fact that they have two rooms on their website is not true. By the way, the difference in one room and in two rooms was 15-17 thousand. Ie, as if there is a difference. In general, the guide said let's go to bed tomorrow and decide. She arrived tomorrow, there were no available femeli rooms - and after tomorrow they just moved us, brought fruit and wine to the room, as if they apologized.
There were no problems on the water in one or the other!
I will recommend the hotel to my friends, but I will not return, since we are just starting to travel and I want to see other cities and countries.

Rooms for 2, 3 people can be more or less, but family, 2-room rooms are something! Yes, there is no territory, something terrible drives to the beach, but it's not a problem to walk, but the beach is terrible, how dirty! Cigarette butts and stuff! The dishes in the dining room are dirty. The food is passable. If you want to leave the most negative impression about Turkey, go there!

A 5-star hotel does not pull at all. Upon arrival at the hotel, they asked to check into a nice room for an additional fee. They show us an economy class room and say we have to pay $40 extra for this room. Although we have a voucher, an upgraded room (we paid extra at the tour agency). They start to hang noodles about the fact that this room is better than ours ... they waited for their room, finally settled in. The good thing about this hotel is animation, the pool is large, free sun beds at the sea and in the hotel, there were no problems with food here (as we were told, a very good and tough chef, many thanks to him), the restaurant is always clean and tidy!!!!
Of the minuses - poor room cleaning, bed linen will not be changed until you throw it on the floor!!! At least once every 2 days they should be changed.
The hotel is cleaned abominably. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea (it didn't bother us, we walked), the shuttle rarely goes, compared to neighboring hotels. The beach is dirty.
