Alarm!
Rotovirus!
Bad hotel, rude staff.
The whole family was sick with rotovirus and took it partially with them upon arrival.
The hotel is just 2.
The rooms are dirty (especially if you look under the bed).
The second building is in a dilapidated condition.
Elevators are constantly breaking down.
The queues are huge in the dining room... there is always not enough of everything.
There is nothing for small children.
The sea is 15 minutes away.
In general, not a foot in there!

We stayed at this hotel in 2017. I didn't like the hotel, although we are not picky tourists. The staff does not speak Russian. The attention really to the Germans is very striking. There is no animation. There was something in the evening, but only in English and German. We were there once and left! There are no questions about food. Everything was delicious at 5. The beach is actually a decent distance away. Although they write for 5 minutes, it's not very long to walk in the heat for 10 minutes, and of course the transfer went, but this is a kind of cart for people. There was always a queue. A normal car drove from a nearby hotel. And by the way, the animation was there all day! Thanks to the balcony. I didn't like it on the beach either. The coastline is wide, the sea is sooo shallow. By the time you get there, you can swim, it will get into your head and you don't want anything anymore! There is no bar on the beach. Technically, of course there is, but there is only warm water in plastic cups. Next to the hotel there is a place of shopping malls, we walked there, well, and a small promenade how to go from the hotel to the beach. You can drive yourself to the ruins. I do not recommend the hotel!

Disgusting service. The variety of food described in many reviews is simply missing. Breakfast is a continuation of that terrible nightmare that you had last night. Porridge is not boiled, but brewed like tea. The appearance of the corridors and furniture leaves much to be desired. The bulky cleaning cart cannot go around any corner and leaves a dent there. The beach, in fact, like the hotel, is very dirty. The only joy of the whole holiday in this "4-star" hotel is the sea.

Excellent nutrition. That was probably the only plus for me. Animators worked in the evenings. Nice guys. The furniture in the hotel is old. The attitude towards Russians is really bad. The staff mostly speaks German. The territory of the hotel is small. The beach area is not bad, but the sand is not cleaned, and therefore there are many sticks, twigs, and glass all over the beach.. Wi-Fi is available only near the reception and then, in the evenings, employees often turned off the Internet.

For 2 years in a row - in 2018 and in 2019 - we stayed at this hotel. Everything was just wonderful - the rooms, the food, and the staff! And the beach is generally magnificent!!! By the way, one of the waiters was called that - Magnificent!

This is a great hotel!the food is just top class.I was with my son, it was a little sad..There were no Russians at all..the Germans were having fun).The beach is nice..walk for 7 minutes slowly.Alcohol is probably good, the Germans drank a lot).The service is great!The attitude towards Russians is good..I was in Alegria-it's tough there, they hate our people..

The hotel is not bad, but it does not pull five stars. A beautiful hall, but otherwise the interior is boring, the furniture in the rooms is shabby, the same goes for plumbing. Everything is so outdated that it is unpleasant to take a shower, there is a feeling that the room is poorly cleaned. The service is also not very good, but the food is delicious. Many complain about the poor choice, but I prefer quality than abundant variety. Well, the program at the hotel itself is not particularly exciting.
