We had a rest in Sierra from December 1 to December 7. The hotel is very cozy, with several two-storey buildings. Lots of greenery, flowers and palm trees. The territory is clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and hospitable. The waiters are very friendly and funny. They treat children well. I would like to especially mention the work of the Kerols waiter! You're great! Funny with a sense of humor! Always on the positive side! We have only good memories of our vacation!

The hotel is good. The food is ordinary, there is everything for children from different types of breakfast cereals to porridge, there is a pizzeria on the territory, they give ice cream, the same thing on the beach, fries, panini, hot dogs, sandwich various drinks including alcohol. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, and water is also brought every day. There are 7 swimming pools on the territory, 6 of them are heated in any season, the beach is good, clean, sun beds are also normal. We flew to this hotel 2 times with two small children.
The food is delicious, the pool is warm, the staff is polite, the beach is 3 minutes by bus, 10-12 minutes on foot.

I stopped by the hotel today and it's just terrible!!! The treatment at the reception is mocking, I waited 3 hours for the room,!!!! And as a result, the view of the garden was supposedly just in the wall, they refused to change it, they just ignored me, and most importantly refused to give me a password from the WiFi, so I couldn't solve my problem with the travel agency, the food was so-so, the sea was not nearby

The room stock is very modest, the renovation is fresh, but exclusively cosmetic, and here and there you can see the trash can with a crumpled lid, the protruding bolt fixing the sink in the bathroom, etc. The room stock is clearly not the hotel's forte. The hotel impresses with other, amazing staff. The attention and cordiality to the guests is at a very high level, in 99% of cases fully meets expectations, and sometimes exceeds them. Very good cuisine, everything is high quality and delicious. No, this is not the kitchen of an expensive 5* hotel, everything is much more modest, but, again, very high quality and quite edible. Soho square, where the hotel is located, is very small in size and if you are used to the noisy Naama Bay, then Soho may be boring for you, it will not impress you with the scale, it is much quieter here.
The hotel is located on the 2nd coastline, a walk to the beach will not tire, and if desired, you can wait for the shuttle to the beach, since it runs very often. The beach is great. There are a lot of sun loungers, a beach bar, animation and, most importantly, a coral reef. Depths from 3 to 8 meters are available within the permitted swimming area. Napoleon fish, moray eel, stingray, a lot of small and very bright fish - all this variety is located in the immediate vicinity of the pantone. At the same time, it is better to swim in the pool with the youngest children. It will not be possible to find comfortable shallow water with sand here, even in the narrowest strip of water near the shore there are many stones and the baby will most likely not be able to run and splash.

You don't have to expect Sierra to be Rixos-level, in which case you won't be disappointed. Rather, such a comparison suggests itself. Take an average boarding house in Anapa, so for quite comparable money (not counting flights),!You will get a much better service (incomparably higher) and an incomparably more interesting sea. If you expect premium, then Sierra is definitely not for you.
Briefly about the main thing: a good choice, this hotel will never let you down, you will be satisfied. I recommend it: there is everything you need and even more, there is a desire to return here again. We were a family in January 2022 , the service is good (for one dollar of a present), the food is good, the staff is normal, the location of the 2-line is normal, the territory is not very large, but there is a walking area nearby-a street with shops, rooms with a view inside are normal, quiet.

The room in building 5 is just a nightmare, after a persistent request, they were moved to 6 with repairs in the bathroom. The furniture is old , cabinets only with hangers, no shelves, daily cleaning with a change of towels, access to the garden, sometimes cats came to visit) Here they are beautiful, they are fed with food and they only want affection. It is convenient to get to the beach, the shuttle service is every 20 minutes and you can adjust or walk through the Savoy. The food is delicious except for some grilling, lots of meat. There is not enough room for everyone in the dining room , they do not have time to clean the tables, you look for appliances yourself and go for drinks. The pools are cleaned every night. On the main stage there is music and a crowd, 12+ quieter and more pleasant. There is no animation , fitness is normal , a party in the Savoy at the disco is normal , got into the past )

A room with a view of the pool was bought, which is 30% more expensive than the standard - upon check-in, they settled in a corner room next to an unheated pool, where there is a bar 3 meters away and music all day that drowns out everything - even thoughts. And when it is turned off, you hear the hum of refrigeration equipment on the roof of the restaurant, which is located directly opposite. Closed doors didn't help. They were relocated only a day later and then thanks to the girl, the crown does not want to help at the reception. The rooms are not cleaned - they only want tips. The food has become tasteless - too salty and the worst thing is that you can't put anything on - maybe hot dishes and it 's okay that they give out because of the glass , but salad , bread and sweets are already too much. Standing in line for the uncle to put 2 cucumbers for you, and it's also very far across the rope 1 meter from the table. You can 't see what 's lying there at all .
