We have been staying at this hotel since the 10th. Conveniently located, well maintained and clean. It's close to the sea. The beach is sandy. The pontoon is short and the reef is beautiful. But the whole mood was spoiled by the settlement. They really extorted me. It is humiliating for me to give bribes. And for what? She didn't give me any money, so they settled me last at 16 o'clock. To the most run-down room (one joy is that it is clean). They offered a "better" room in a renovated building with an additional payment of $ 200!! Then for 100 for the same room!! This is for a room where a major renovation is going on behind the wall and it stinks of paint!! A big disadvantage of the hotel's reputation.

The cleaning is daily and good, tips were left every day. However, one waiter from the lobby bar is not young, very attentive and will quickly bring beer and ask "how are you", very nice. Everyone should be like that! We didn't spare him any tips. Gift certificates for the SPA, only until 11:00. In short, the rest is so-so. And they also say that they were looking forward to tourists from Russia.

I want to go there again!!!!! The best hotel in Charm. For my unassuming taste. Excellent price-quality ratio. Of course, it's a long way to the sea, but there is a bus and a walk is also not bad! The evening program is great, the whole Soho Square is at your disposal!
