A great place to relax. I liked the idea of a beach in a shopping mall. It really worked out when you're there, you forget that the month of November is outside the window. You feel like you're on the beach. Children are interested in two pools. A nice sauna. Cool slides. There are only two of them, but that's enough for the children. And adults can take a ride. There are cafes, at prices like everywhere. The food is delicious. In general, it's very cool to spend the whole day with your family on a weekend!)

Children are allowed into the adult pool without problems, as long as they are with their parents.

A great place for a family holiday, 2 swimming pools: children's and adult, both up to 1.4 m deep. There are 2 slides, open for riding on polyurethane soft boards and closed - on inflatable "buns" (issued free of charge). We were in the middle of July 2023. 2 adults, children, 12.9 years old and a baby. The room was quite humid and hot, including from the sun. We visited with a 3-month-old daughter. As soon as we entered, she began to cry a lot, as I understood because of the noise and loud music. After a while, she slept, got used to it and bathed with pleasure.
Cafe: the prices are not cosmic, but expensive. We ordered 2 milkshakes, a portion of French fries, a pizza margarita and a kettle of sea buckthorn tea. We paid 14 thousand tenge for everything, including 10% for the service. By the way, I recommend this tea. We asked him to dilute it with boiling water 2 times. As a result, we drank 3 teapots for 1800.
There is a free sauna, neat and not too hot for 3-4 people.
Now, from the wishes: We arrived with a baby in a stroller. The wheelchair has to be lifted manually from the ticket office up the stairs, there is an elevator for the disabled, but for some reason it does not rise to the pool level. It will be difficult for a woman alone with children.
The staff is responsive, constantly brushing sand from the paths, there are caretakers.
In general, I recommend visiting this place at least once. It took us about 50 thousand for everyone to visit before the evening. Have a nice stay, everyone. I will be glad to evaluate my review.

Overall, it's good. Warm pool, warm sand. There are a limited number of sun loungers, but there are plenty of frameless chairs where you can comfortably lie around. The slides are small, but there are. It will be interesting for children under the age of 9 to ride them.
But the room is quite cool (November is outside the window), there is, of course, a sauna, but it is about 2.5 by 1.5 meters in size, where 8 people can fit a maximum, which is why there is an eternal queue in front of the sauna. And it's good in the sauna, if it's at least 40-45 °. It warms up weakly.
There is a bar with a kitchen. Coffee is not bad. Pizza for 3+. Caesar is either with yesterday's dry chicken, or with cocktail shrimps, unpeeled from the shell. There is a minimum of sauce in the salad. Nuggets were taken to a child - this is generally a separate kind of gastronomic sadism. Kitchen - 2. Come up with a better delivery from the food court, which is on the floor below.
There is a special room for smokers, which is great. I love this country in this regard. But the smoking room is located right near the entrance to the children's amusement park, where a lot of children are trying to have fun. It's a very strange choice of location.
In general, if you need to take your family and children to have fun without a car on the weekend, drink something alcoholic to make it easier to endure everything that is happening and with a frantic desire to eat an average pizza - this is the place!

Advice to everyone, come better on weekdays and right in the morning. But in general, the place is cool, I've been there 5 times and I'll be there the same number of times. Take the gold off your neck and hands, very often it is lost in the pool and in the sand. The kitchen is normal. The service is normal. Clean, neat.

Not deserved 5 stars. I explain: the locker rooms stink of vomit, the prices are too high (19k tenge for two), including the fact that there are only 2 pools (1 children's pool per 40 cm meter) and two slides that were not in very good condition. The food is expensive (the pasta with shrimp I took cost almost 6k tenge). Okay, there are pools for food and slides, but they don't even take samples in the pools. There is a high probability of contracting rotavirus. There are all kinds of hairs and garbage in the pools. It does not justify its turn and its prices in short.

A cool pool, a teapot of tea (in a small teapot) and a snack were taken from the cafe. For two adults and 2 children, 1 cup each came out. After drinking it, they asked for boiling water, they were greedy for it, saying that there was none.
Pros: there are slides, tunnels, we and the children liked it. Overall, we had a good day.

Secondly, make a payment through bracelets, it is convenient and you do not need to carry your phone or card with you all the time. As for the institution itself, yes, it's clean, they constantly wipe the floors and sweep the sand, but the price for admission and waiting does not match: 1 large pool, 1 small and 2 slides (there are not enough cheesecakes to ride down the slide, you have to wait). It is convenient that there are outlets on site, you can charge your phone. I can't tell from the kitchen, it was so stuffy that we only ordered drinks.
