We rented a hotel room with a visit to the spa area. I liked everything, polite staff, baths for every taste, I don't like the heat and there was a place for me to keep warm. We had fun in the pool, geysers were working, it was funny. Everything is fine, unless of course you consider that there are few sunbeds and people lie there for hours as if they are sunbathing.I would like more sun beds and a pool with warmer water. The rooms are clean, cozy, the bedding is delicate and airy. Of course, you can find fault with a lot of things, the children were naughty, but you have to love children so as not to find fault and they did not bother me. Children are also people and they must be respected. Let's go back to this cozy place in our city.

Good afternoon, I decided to share my impressions after visiting Spa Nebo on July 15, 2024.
Upon arriving at the reception, the receptionist warned me that Monday is a children's day, which I was very surprised and puzzled by the question of when the children managed to love the spa more than the playground. Nevertheless, this did not scare me much, I naively thought that since there is such a day, then everything should comply with the rules of staying at the spa. When I entered the pool area, I was just horrified, the children were splashing in the pool, jumping into the water with bombs, yelling, squeaking, and no one was even watching. Then I met the children with food in the steam room, but this was not the worst thing, while I was swimming in the pool, the child decided to relieve himself in the showers next to the pool. There was no question of hygiene. I decided to clarify with the staff why they allow it to be unclear what is in the relaxation area, to which I was told that you can violate the rules of being in the aqua zone any day, no one will look at anyone (below I will add a picture that hangs just for decoration, and has nothing to do with the rules of being by the pool). In general, the comfort of visitors for this place is not a priority. If you suddenly value comfort and respect, then I would consider another place. And a spa is not a place for children. It's just a shame

Do not check into the 401 room ever! In the morning at 8.20 am, a cleaner started vacuuming under our door, I had to get up and stop her. You can go to the spa once. My daughter felt bad from the stuffiness, I asked her to stay in the room, then came, they said they would not let her back in the spa, these are the rules. We have been to many spas. This hotel has disappointed expectations. 😕

Если вы живёте в отеле яяАириум, то каждый день можете посещать спа бесплатно - бассейн, сауны.. Здесь очень комфортно, чисто, выдают полотенце.. также можно попасть на массаж - часовая программа 95 бел.р., примерно 2800 русских рублей. Я была на массаже у Дениса - это просто супер! Спасибо! Есть бар, вокруг бассейна шезлонги - можно полежать впадая полностью в состояние нирваны..😊 В бассейне ниспадающая струя воды - массаж для плеч, восходящие струи со дна и бьёт струя из стенки бассейна. В общем есть где поразвлекаться. Финская, турецкая, русская парная, а ещё срочная комната , а ещё и бар! Всем рекомендую!

Райский островок среди могилёвского океана. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Сервис - высший пилотаж! Бассейн чистый, в банях, саунах и парных порядок. На табличках доступно написаны правила посещения каждой термокомнаты. Резиновые тапочки, халат и полотенце предоставляют. Рекомендую для посещения часовой сеанс массажа! Хорошее место для отдыха!
Если бы не одно но:
странное правило посещения с детьми-проживающим в отеле можно посещать спа с детьми любого возраста в любой день,а если просто прийти,то с ребенком с 8 лет можно только по понедельникам 🤔странная логика...
Если все равно спокойного отдыха не будет,там постоянно верещат и пищат дети.
Отчего вся концепция спа как места для отдыха и расслабления теряется!

Обслуживание на уровне, персонал приветлив. Есть все необходимое для комфортного нахождения в спа. Интерьер приятный. Атмосфера на высоте. У мастеров не были, так что сказать о них не могу ничего. В целом спа отличный!

Отличный персонал, есть скидки в определенные часы. Очень много бань, красиво. Идеальное место для расслабления и отдыха. Редко, но бывает, что бани сильно топят, и не каждый сможет долго сидеть. Но в основном я довольна походами туда. В раздевалке тоже всё продумано. Даже гели и шампунь не нужны)

Были вдвоём с женой. Всё понравилось: обстановка, бани/сауны - все в хорошем состоянии; персонал приветливый. Двух часов в зоне СПА хватило с головой. Массаж и прочие штуки не пробовали, поэтому за это ничего не скажу, но думаю, что тоже на уровне. В общем, советую! Особенно тем, кто как и мы - приезжие)

Все отлично , кроме одного - орущих детей. Спа- не место для детей, это место, куда приходят расслабится и отдохнуть. Мы были на Sunday benefit в отеле. Все эти дни в бассейне бегали и прыгали орущие дети, иногда находились одни в горячих саунах. Было бы славно , если бы с детьми туда не пускали. Цены в баре приемлемые.
