It's a beautiful place, for me, spending such time was boring. Bread is baked at certain hours, it would seem that this spa is not cheap, but I have never seen such hungry people. They are lining up. I have never tasted this bread. Although there was a desire (for fun) to run out of the pool cutting and run for bread. Come up with something with this bread.

The best SPA! Space! There are many procedures. They perform at a high level. The staff is trained superbly. The renovation is amazing. The food is haute cuisine. I didn't expect it. I am absolutely delighted. I visit Minsk for work. I will make an appointment in advance! I advise you how to relax. Like a family vacation. And as a benefit for the body)). A terrible disappointment.
I ordered a VIP room for my birthday, invited guests, everything was fine: service, bath attendant, restaurant. The total cost of services was about 1,400-1,500 rubles. The real pain started at the reception during the calculation.
I spent almost an hour!!! his birthday for the registration of some papers, waiting for 3!!! The administrator will finally count three sums and let me pay off. The guests languished on the couch, expecting that the torment would end quickly, but no, it took almost an hour.
It turned out that I was punched not the package that I ordered, but some other discount that turned out to be less profitable by 120 rubles. It's funny, but being a birthday boy is less profitable than buying a package for 6 people. At the same time, it is impossible to pay the difference, and they tried to return the money to me in 7 transactions - for each guest's ticket!!! and VIP lounge rental. And there is still no money! Although the amount was withdrawn from me again for paying for services. Plus, I had to write statements.
In addition, we were not allowed to undress in the locker room of the VIP room, but were told to undress in the common room, forcing us to stomp through the entire complex after a shower in the VIP to the common locker rooms. For some reason it seemed to me that renting a VIP room, you rent it all!
Are you guys serious? Is this a VIP service for people who paid decent money for 1 evening? I lost an hour of my birthday to bureaucracy, they tried to cheat me at the checkout by punching the wrong services, the mood was spoiled, there is still no money! The reluctance to spoil the evening even more kept me from writing in the complaint book. But if my money, which was allegedly returned to me, does not reach me today or tomorrow, I will not be lazy to visit you! Awful.

In general, another waiter took the order, from which I conclude that people are not interested in both guests and high-quality service. When there is a problem with the service, this is one question, but when there is such a guide, you should not wait much. I do not recommend this place to visit. When you go to such places and pay money, you want to relax, and not face rudeness and rudeness.
