After the visit, we remained as relaxed and satisfied as possible. We found out about the place by chance on the advice of a friend. At first, they thought that the price was a little too high, but during the visit all doubts were dispelled, because such a cost is completely worth the sensations that you get. Pleasant staff, excellent rules, which are mostly observed by all visitors, which creates a comfortable pastime. If we lived in Minsk, we would definitely buy a club card.

A very petty organization. Their tricks to get more money spoil the whole holiday experience. Constant conflicts with them. The employees are either not competent, or lazy, or they do not specifically voice all the conditions immediately so that a person encounters them unexpectedly at the reception. Then you need to pay extra to the required minimum per person and I will find out about it only at the exit. Then the first Monday of the year is considered according to the weekend tariff and for some reason they do not warn about this by phone, unless you explicitly ask. Then there are a million other petty stupid conditions that force you to pay at least 20 rubles, but more. Ugh, to do that. And the site is stupid, it's hard to navigate on the first visit. Yes, and with the second fig that you will find the first time.

We were in the middle of November - the Cave of Impressions and one of the massage units in the pool did not work. And everything else is just fire. Clean, beautiful... I would have lived there :)

I don't know what I expected, but definitely not this. This is a very cool, modern, huge, diverse spa! It's the coolest I've ever seen! Swimming pools, 14 different baths, a bunch of relaxation programs, a VIP area and everything is expensive and rich. The price matches the quality, but it's not a pity, it's worth it. I recommend it!

We spent the whole day in the spa area, everything was great. The largest selection of baths, saunas and jacuzzis! A cool pool with hydromassage, a great relaxation area, the atmosphere itself, and also the smells (a Roman sauna and a room where bread is baked, it's just something unreal!). By the way, it is very convenient that there is a restaurant and a bar.
Separately, I would like to mention the massage therapists, Alexey and Evgeny, all wishes were taken into account and the reality exceeded all expectations.
I highly recommend it, it was a really good rest!

But bad impressions from the staff at the restaurant. The waiter girl is rude, and does not quite strive to figure it out and find a compromise. For that kind of money, you want appropriate service, you want to feel like you're not in a local eatery, the cuisine is super, very tasty, but that waiter girl ruined the whole impression.
Plus, we left a specific tip amount, but we paid more at the exit. It's a little thing, but it's unpleasant. We didn't just write the tip number, but the word in words. But that girl decided for us.…

We visit several times a year in winter. I am glad to have a 20% discount in honor of the birthday - for the birthday boy himself and his company. We prefer to walk on weekdays from the very opening. Among the advantages: there are many baths, saunas for every taste, everywhere is clean. Among the disadvantages: some visitors behave noisily, shout, can swear, jump into pools and fonts, although there are forbidding signs. I would like the staff to warn visitors about the inadmissibility of such behavior... After all, this is a spa center with a higher level than just a public bath.

I didn't like it, took a VIP visit, ate in a restaurant. In total, from the good it is a VIP lounge where there are no people and in a good way there is a hammam and a Belarusian steam room are not bad. The spa area is also not bad, but it is difficult to spoil impressions there, imagine the body and smear creams. The food in the restaurant is not delicious, I ordered soup, they brought cold, when ordering I said that I needed bread, I had to pull the waiter for bread. I ordered chicken with grilled vegetables and sauces, brought 3 strips of old chicken with 10 grams of vegetables. Why the waiter did not say that there is no side dish, I do not understand when they write in the description of the dish that there are sauces to choose from, this means that there will be several sauces, but in fact 3 drops were smeared on the edge of the plate. I ordered pu-erh, so they threw 10 grams of tea per liter of boiling water, they might as well have just brought boiling water. There are too many people to pay for a VIP visit, it seemed that the owner wanted to combine both VIP and economy, but it didn't work out very well. I would have paid more money for more privacy and a tastier restaurant. But on the other hand, there are no good restaurants or any good service in Minsk, for any money. Therefore, I am disappointed, but I did not expect anything very good either.

A good place to relax body and soul. The complex includes several types of baths of different temperatures and humidity. There are also contrasting pools from -2° to +42°. A small swimming pool with hydroponics. You can quench thirst and replenish the body's water balance with herbal teas and bottled water. Special thanks to the bathhouse attendant Vitaly for the aroma fanning. I did not overdo it)))), all those present in the bath room remained satisfied with the ritual performed. Of the cons: Personally, I did not have enough relaxation music in the pool area. Otherwise, everything is OK.

In Minsk, in fact, this is the best spa, if you do not look at the price tag, but there are disadvantages here too - some standard baths are closed for standard visits - Russian, hammam, although these are the most classic steam rooms. A very strange attitude of employees - the simplest questions cause them to be confused or laugh - for example, a request to conduct a short tour of the baths and saunas available to visit (because otherwise it is not clear what you have to pay separately and what is in common use). Separately, about the Belarusian bakery - it smells delicious, the idea is good, but the implementation is terrible - by the designated time an employee runs in with a tray, leaves it and runs away without saying a word. After that, people should take turns approaching this tray to taste this "traditional" bread with dried apricots and raisins. There was no excursion, no words of greeting, and at least the employee could distribute a piece to everyone present, so that there would be no pandemonium over bread, as if it were the 90s.
The complex itself is very clean, special thanks to the cleaners - there was no excess water anywhere, everything is very beautiful. I recommend visiting the Japanese sauna and Jacuzzi on the balcony - it is very atmospheric in the cold season.
If you improve the quality of service and employee training, then the estimate will be about 5, but for now I recommend going once for the sake of a beautiful interior, but otherwise you can find something much better for this money.
