We came in at 11 a.m., left at 19 p.m. Great. I can live in the water, I can breathe occasionally, so I liked everything. Clear. No chlorine. Herbal tea for the thirsty and a bar for the desiccated.
A very pleasant place, there is herbal tea and water freely available. There are about 17 baths, there are no crowds of people. Shallow pool, outdoor Jacuzzi.
In Minsk, in fact, this is the best spa, if you do not look at the price tag, but there are disadvantages here too - some standard baths are closed for standard visits - Russian, hammam, although these are the most classic steam rooms. A very strange attitude of employees - the simplest questions cause them to be confused or laugh - for example, a request to conduct a short tour of the baths and saunas available to visit (because otherwise it is not clear what you have to pay separately and what is in common use). Separately, about the Belarusian bakery - it smells delicious, the idea is good, but the implementation is terrible - by the designated time an employee runs in with a tray, leaves it and runs away without saying a word. After that, people should take turns approaching this tray to taste this "traditional" bread with dried apricots and raisins. There was no excursion, no words of greeting, and at least the employee could distribute a piece to everyone present, so that there would be no pandemonium over bread, as if it were the 90s.
The complex itself is very clean, special thanks to the cleaners - there was no excess water anywhere, everything is very beautiful. I recommend visiting the Japanese sauna and Jacuzzi on the balcony - it is very atmospheric in the cold season.
If you improve the quality of service and employee training, then the estimate will be about 5, but for now I recommend going once for the sake of a beautiful interior, but otherwise you can find something much better for this money.
Friendly staff at the entrance.
I was very pleased with the cleanliness inside the entire complex, they constantly cleaned excess water on the floor.
I don't know how many people there were on the weekend, but there were too many on a weekday.
I really liked: the Jacuzzi on the balcony, the Kneipp path and the Japanese bath.
I didn't like the attitude of the staff, at the reception on the second floor, the administrators first laughed at the questions and only then answered them (what's funny about the question after an hour of stay : "you're giving tours to everyone here, but for some reason you didn't give us one, can you tell us what and where?")
In the bakery, when the bread was baked, a guy came, brought a tray, put it on the table and quickly left without saying a word, and everyone does not understand whether something will happen or not (you can somehow be more polite, bring it, offer to treat yourself)
On the one hand, beautiful decoration, lots of light and very clean, and on the other hand, strange, sometimes rude staff.
The cost is too high.
A great place
If the price was lower, I would go more often
And there was a minus when visiting, some parts of the spa were under repair or maintenance, but no one warned about it
In general, ok
A great place to relax! Or a bachelorette party! I'm not a fan of steam rooms - but I really liked the gentle Roman, haymarket, with Himalayan salt. The VIP program was pleased with the comfort. But I also liked the usual visit.
Excellent cuisine. Very tasty and flavorful bread in the bakery.
The best place to relax!!! There are a lot of baths, an excellent swimming pool and a magnificent Jacuzzi!!! Special praise to the bathhouse staff, they are on top!!!
The button for calling the administrator in the floating room works, but when pressed, the administration does not react in any way. I was in the floating room for more than an hour, during which time I pressed the button at least 10 times. So no one came.
Everything is wonderful, the staff is polite, clean, shoe covers, but the price, of course, bites) Apparently, cost is one of the ways to regulate the workload of the center. Relatively few people even on weekends, well, there are no children, too, plus, they won't be very interested there.
A wonderful place to relax, an unforgettable experience, complete relaxation. If you like baths, water treatments are sure to visit. It is advisable to come in the morning and there may not be enough time for everything.
A wonderful place, wonderful friendly staff. I realized what massage is after visiting Maria's session. This fragile girl works wonders! I'm thrilled! I recommend it to everyone!!!
The best SPA in Minsk (the only one worthy at all) and one of the best in principle in Europe so far for me!
Price=quality is 100% met.
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a day and really disconnect from the phone, get healthy — this is literally the place of a mastic visit.
17 steam rooms, different fonts, a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi on the street — we did not have time to go around everything in 6 hours. I want to get back faster!
There are also a lot of possibilities such as massages, wraps, of course; other complexes. We went floating for two and levitated over the water for half an hour)
My friend actually fell asleep in the water! This is the maximum relaxation with sounds underwater. I also recommend it as much as possible.
In general, 100/100, there is nothing more to say)
A chic SPA, probably the best in the city, a lot of treatments, a swimming pool and a huge number of mountain baths. Polite and friendly staff. Delicious cuisine
My favorite of the baths are Roman and Moroccan.
A great place to relax together! I will note the fattest plus - the lack of children. Complete peace of mind. I immediately swore at the prices, saying it was expensive. But having been there, I'll say it's worth it! A full-day visit to any baths. If you wanted a massage, you ordered a service, you wanted a bath attendant - yes, please, there are free vaping, there are services. In short, a vacation for every taste and color. The most important thing is that there are most decent people around, polite staff, clean and beautiful! The restaurant is delicious, so if you are looking for a place to spend the day with your soulmate, choose the Riviera spa, a chic vacation!
I've been wanting to go to the Riviera SPA for a long time, and yesterday it came true! I'm still impressed. There are many baths for every taste (different temperatures and humidity). The staff is very polite and helpful. Water and 4 different teas are freely available. I am very pleased. I want more)
Pleasant interior, many types of baths. A lot of them are procedural and are not included in the entrance ticket, but the fact that there is enough for a long time. We were there for almost half a day and it was still not enough. Not all the baths were visited. There are many places to relax. The staff is smiling and helpful. The showers are clean, the steam rooms are clean
I enjoyed it, have a nice day.. It is a pity that the grotto was closed, the Finnish sauna and it is unclear why the Russian and cedar for a fee, also free procedures are greatly overestimated, people run for free bread like in hotels in Turkey, they just give salt for scrubbing, which is also swept away, it was just awkward, even though it was a weekday
A lot of nice little things (free soaps, shampoos, creams, etc.). Very comfortable changing rooms, restrooms and showers. The staff is trained and polite. This feels like a premium level. In all other respects, I did not feel any differences, for example, with the same Lebyazhy water park. There are a lot of saunas, half of them are useless, so there are always enough people in the classics. You can go once a year, otherwise I prefer a water park, because it is more accessible and there is no difference in saunas.
Excellent spa, warm water, cool saunas, but as a gift I do not advise, if a person can miss the validity period of the certificate, they will never extend its validity and the period is not super long for the certificate. Although the prices there are huge, it would be possible to meet customers and extend them.
It's a very atmospheric place, the food in the restaurant is awesome. I want to come back here again and again

We went here in honor of a friend's birthday, there was a pleasant surprise in the form of dessert for her!
Saunas, baths - just great!
Of the cons: there are not enough individual changing rooms..
A very large complex. There are many different baths. But, accordingly, there are a lot of people with different levels of culture. For example, all the sun loungers by the pool are constantly occupied. People just leave the towel and leave. At the entrance to the bathhouse, you need to leave a towel and a bathrobe, so you can miss something at the exit. Someone took a towel from me, they only give me a new one for an additional fee. I witnessed people leaving in other people's robes with other people's phones in their pockets. The administration is somehow trying to help in such situations, but due to the large flow of people, it is impossible to completely solve this problem.
The entrance price is quite high compared to other complexes. This is justified by the variety of baths and the opportunity to spend the whole day in the Riviera (there is no way to pay for a visit by the hour, only for the whole day). All spa treatments /vaping/massage are paid, of course, additionally. In terms of prices - slightly above average, in terms of quality - it strongly depends on the specialist, as well as in other places.
If you want to relax quietly and in silence, then either come at unpopular hours, or choose another complex. Perhaps the administration should think about limiting the number of visitors, or about the possibility of a time limit for a more comfortable stay.
It's a great place. Baths for every taste. There is a swimming pool. Several jacuzzis. Underwater massage. If there aren't many people, it's great.
We spent 5 hours there. The time flew by unnoticed.
It's definitely not worth the money.
Yes, the complex itself is large, there is a lot of space, baths and a spa. But no more than that. We didn't feel any wild delight and a lot of impressions.
Coming for the whole day and paying a lot of money, at least minimally they could feed (the same salad with bread). But no, once every 3 hours they give only a piece of bread.
About bread is generally a separate topic. This entertainment works every couple of hours on the principle of "who didn't make it, he was late." A little more, and there will be a fight for a piece. It looks very wild. There was a feeling that a piece of bread was thrown to dogs, and even then not everyone gets it.
In general, the complex is not bad in terms of filling, baths and spas. But not for that price. And not with such an organization and service as it is now.
A great place to relax. There are many different types of baths, water cannons, delicious herbal tea. I really liked the bread room. It is a pity that there is not always enough bread for everyone who wants to try it :) I recommend.
A great place to relax. Especially if you have an active working week, you can properly gain strength and energy for new achievements. The friendly staff will help you choose the program individually for everyone.
This is love! I've been to the VIP package several times. The difference with a regular visit to the locker rooms (there are fewer people in the VIP room, there are cosmetics of normal quality if you didn't take anything with you). There is also a separate lounge after the aqua complex, where you can have a snack with fresh delicious bread, honey, nuts and drink tea. Again, the difference is in the number of people in the zone. There are a lot of sunbeds in the VIP room, but their load is about 10-20%. Another service is included, this is either a massage with watching videos for relaxation or the fleet (I really liked the fleet). In general, I love the Riviera and will not trade it for anything. And by the way, you need to plan the whole day there! Because even 5 hours doesn't seem enough to me! There is a restaurant to have a snack, the kitchen is nothing special, but it will do for such a place.
Staff- everywhere and everywhere
They wash, rub, and clean around every corner.
Attitude to customers- I think for that kind of money you need to be able to behave with customers.
There are enough specialist offices, but the price tags stop.
Cleanliness- linen without gray coating on white, sizes can be selected, if desired. There is no garbage in sight, everything is cleaned up, everything is in order.
And yes, there are offices. Indian specialist, Ayurveda. But I wasn't there.
