I love Starlight! I often come here. The halls are cozy, the chairs are comfortable — you can really relax and get high from the movie. And what is especially pleasing is that it is always clean, it is clear that they are cleaned after each session. It's a small thing, but it feels good.
Snacks are a separate love. Nachos and hot sauce are just a bomb! And mag gafin in coconut—flavored yogurt glaze is generally mind-blowing, like Raffaello, only even tastier.
The staff here is sincere, always with a smile, without unnecessary officiousness — just like a human being. I want to return to such places.

The Starlight cinema definitely deserves the title of "The best cinema in the city"! Beautiful interior both in the cinema hall and at the entrance. The cinema chairs are very soft and comfortable. You can also choose from a lot of popcorn with different flavors and most other goodies. The sound in the cinema is loud and clear, the screen is high-quality and bright! I go to this cinema very often, there are good films, especially new ones, all the halls are beautiful and comfortable. The film is not audible. 100% no one in the hall is making noise. I bought my parents a gift certificate for a trip to this cinema (Lux cinema hall).
On 03/15/2025, 2 tickets for specific places and times were purchased using the certificate (03/16/2025 session at 16.00). It should be noted that this operation cannot be performed online, you need to go and purchase tickets with a certificate at the box office, which already says a lot about the customer orientation of this institution.
Arriving at the specified time using pre-purchased tickets at the entrance to the cinema hall, it turned out that these seats were already occupied by other visitors, allegedly they had sold tickets to the same seats. How could this happen? Utter mess and irresponsibility on the part of the cinema.
The receptionist, who arrived at the scene, instead of sorting out the situation, taking measures to resolve it and apologizing for the inconvenience, could not think of anything better than to advise the ushers to put my parents in the empty seats on the edge. Naturally, if there were pre-purchased tickets to selected convenient seats, my parents were not satisfied with such a stupid decision, which they informed the administrator about, to which this person replied in a boorish and dismissive tone, "I'm not talking to you."
After offering to give a written refusal to provide the purchased service for subsequent appeal to the court, the crown of the would-be administrator abruptly disappeared (apparently, something stirred in her "bright" head) and she thought of going to the cinema and transplanting the audience from nowhere with their "tickets" to the seats already sold, not forgetting at the same time, bring them buckets of popcorn (probably as an apology).
As for my parents, no one has ever apologized to them for such disgusting services, boorish behavior on the part of the cinema staff and the ruined evening.
When asked if the cinema has a wardrobe in which you can leave outerwear, the staff said that the chairs in the hall are wide and outerwear can be put directly into it. And this is lux?
I do not recommend anyone to visit this institution, the disgusting quality of the services provided and the boorish staff corresponding to this level.

I decided to go to the cinema for the first time in Mogilev. The choice was obvious, because this is the only decent cinema in the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and courtesy of the staff. They advised better places at the checkout, and helped with the choice of food in the store). I also liked the cinema itself, the color reproduction, the sound, the seats, everything is on top. I will definitely come back.

Today, fortunately or unfortunately, this is the best cinema possible in the city of Mogilev. The halls, the chairs, the sound, the screen are all at an excellent level.
The only disadvantages that can be called are the prohibition to bring your own food and drinks. The price of their products is just SPACE (although their popcorn and nachos are really not bad).
In general, it's not a pity to pay for a visit to the cinema - it's worth it, but I think it will be superfluous to buy food from them, except if just a little bit or if finances allow, I probably won't shoot a star for this minus)
Oh yes, I have been going to this cinema since its opening to this day and I recommend it to you!
p.s. Sometimes I came across arrogant employees who wanted to rummage through my things.

1) My passport was on a visa, I am 18 years old. At the ticket office, when buying a ticket, they did not warn about the passport. But when we came to the session (tickets have already been bought!), we were told to show our passport, the passport photo did not fit....
2) We bought tickets for the session at the time of 20:50, and the girl at the checkout struck at 19:20 (at the time of ticket sale, the time was 19:22). When we saw it (40 minutes had passed), we went to the box office to check if we could go to the movie, which starts at 20:50.

A good modern cinema, a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area and in the cinema itself, very good sound systems, if the film is long, then you can really immerse yourself in it in full, rain, wind, hail, everything feels just as realistic as possible, I even thought a couple of times that it started raining heavily outside.
Regarding the assortment of snacks, it is good, but the prices for some goods are greatly inflated, I understand that the cinema earns money on this and in general this is its additional earnings, but for some goods the prices are too high.
The chairs are very comfortable, but once I bought tickets, and seats were sold for broken chairs, it seemed very strange to me, how good that I did not come across such purchases.
But as it is, in general, the cinema deserves its 5 stars

After an insistent request to call the administrator and talk with him, he stood apart and drilled with offended eyes.

Thank you so much for spoiling the mood on your only day off!! We bought tickets with my husband for 36 rubles, the amount for the cinema is decent, as for me.. And what is the result? They didn't let me in with their food, there was no such problem before. I came to the cinema to enjoy the movie and, accordingly, to eat with the movie.
But they made a remark that you can't do it with your own food! It's just awful. The only cinema they went to all the time, now it was the last time)) You're losing customers.
We watched the movie for a maximum of 5 minutes)) at least half of the amount was returned.
