The toilets are bad, they seem to have been repaired, but in the women's toilet (according to the mother) it is not possible to flush normally, half of the booths do not work. It is better to go to the toilet in advance.
The buffet prices are high, it is better to eat before going to the theater. The seats inside are comfortable, the stage is close and the hall is small enough, so you can safely take almost any place in the hall - everything will be visible.
The quality of the ballet - I'm a complete layman in this, but it seemed that only the soloists -2-3 people keep the brand. The backup dancing and the second roles were not impressed, it looks like an amateur circle.
Ballet tickets from 40 to 140 thousand soums, not including 10 percent tax. In general, it is inexpensive, so the price-quality corresponds.

So there at that time, representatives of the Ahmad Tea company actually treated the audience with this tea, and at the same time, they sold this tea to those who liked it. Ahmad tea with cardamom, pack of 200 grams. During the intermission, I ask the price, the girl says 30 thousand sums. I say OK, after the ballet is over, I'll come and buy it. I forgot the card, there is no cash, I asked my friends to buy it, they bought it. Then it means that a little later I want to transfer 30 thousand sums to them, but they tell me not 30, but 300 rubles From them they asked for so much and showed me the receipt.
That is, a Russian man came up, asked for a pack of tea, they told him 300 thousand, he silently translates, since he has no idea how much this pack of tea costs and since I asked, it means I agree with the price, it did not even occur to him that he could be so brazenly deceived.
Well, I had to transfer 300,000 soums for a pack of 200 grams of tea worth 30,000. I found the same tea on the Internet in a 30 thousand sum store.
There was nowhere to go to figure it out, the New Year and the hut on the stick.

The lobby, toilet and cafeteria are terrible. Especially the cafeteria, you can already figure out a hundred times how to serve everyone during the 15-minute intermission, but there are only 2 people working. The toilet is a nightmare. Like in a bazaar, you can find it from the lobby by the smell. The stage is very echoing, during the ballet you can hear pointe shoes clattering, it is very distracting. You can also figure out how to make some kind of coating so that it is not so loud and so audible, probably yes there would be a desire.

The theater was built in 1947 according to the project of the famous Soviet architect Alexei Shchusev, known to us from the Lenin Mausoleum and the Kazan Railway Station in Moscow!
It is interesting to note that the constructed theater building withstood the powerful tremors of the 1966 earthquake. In 1945-46, Japanese prisoners of war took part in the construction, and a memorial plaque is located on the left side of the building. The Prime Minister of Japan himself participated in the opening of the theater in 2015 after restoration. Our Bolshoi Theatre has such a big and beautiful history.

Excellent theater, after renovation. We watched Rigoletto's opera and were delighted with unforgettable emotions. Everything is great. I was surprised by the price of 30,000 soums, a balcony. For one adult, about 150 rubles. I recommend a visit. There is wine and cognac in the cafe. Pleasant atmosphere, polite staff. WELL DONE actors and musicians!
