Never buy a calendar with activities before the new year. It's just a nightmare, nothing has been thought out, there are only two replacements. There is no individual approach. They give incorrect information about events, and when you arrive, it's 100 percent spoiled mood. I strongly do not recommend it!

I was given a certificate. It so happened that I postponed it. And I forgot, I remembered 2 days late after the end of the certificate. The gift is gone. Warn about the end of the certificate- not included in the service. And of course, this way of earning this company is very outraged: they get other people's money for nothing. Without rendering any services. I think I'm not the only one. In accordance with 971 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, this is unjustified enrichment.

Communication with the manager of the call center, Evgenia, left extremely unpleasant impressions, rudely, unprofessionally, saying one thing, then another... I asked to extend the certificate for the child, since it was not possible to use it, I do not see any problem in extending the validity period by several days more than the date of registration for the attraction. The whole impression of the gift is spoiled, nerves, time and money are spent.
I do not recommend anyone to contact this company, buy all these services directly, without intermediaries!
