We have been coming to Yerevan for 2 years now and every time we return to the Cheese Factory. The most delicious borscht, delicious pastas, pizza and incredibly delicious salads. We tried all the menus and were delighted with every dish.
The staff is wonderful, very friendly, professional.
The waiter Anna won us over with her smile and mood!
We've been to different Cheese Factories, but Yerevan has the most delicious dishes and the coolest team. It feels like they were waiting for us. You feel like you're visiting close friends.

Excellent Arkady Novikov restaurant in Yerevan!
One of the best restaurants in Yerevan at a decent level among competitors!
Food – 10/10
We ordered a lean menu – I didn't try it myself, but they said it was delicious. We also took two different pizzas – both turned out to be excellent, I definitely recommend it! The pinocchio salad was not bad, but it seemed too simple to taste – there was not enough salt and spices, and the price was slightly too high. But ham pizza is a separate love, incredibly delicious!
The prices for desserts are very high, however, one piece of San Sebastian costs 4400 thousand drams, which is really a lot for such a place!)
Service – 10/8.5
Service is generally good and calm, but there is not enough attention and care for the guests. The staff should be a little more proactive – approach, clarify if they liked everything, if there is anything they can do to help. It ruined the overall impression a bit, and it's definitely worth working on.
Atmosphere/Location – 10/10
One of the best locations in the city center! The veranda is very comfortable and peaceful – the perfect place to sit and enjoy dinner. The design and cozy atmosphere are a separate plus for the restaurant.
The result is 10/9
I recommend this restaurant to everyone, both locals and those who come to Armenia. This is a great high-level establishment in the heart of the city!
The bill per person is approximately AMD 12,000.

I was in this cheese factory in October 2024. The menu is the same as you of the whole network – thoughtful, hearty and delicious. Prices are higher than in similar restaurants in Yerevan, but this is expected for a Cheese factory.
I can't say that the staff here is very friendly, I would like to see more attentive staff. In particular, I think it is important to clarify before serving the dishes in what order to take them out.
I liked the food, I recommend going in, there is good European cuisine here. The salad with tomato strachatella turned out to be very large, it pleased me😄 The lasagna is also delicious, the portion is large, except for it you can not take anything — you will definitely eat)

I will put 4- for a generally organized open kitchen, interior, pleasant music, a heated gazebo and kitchen and serving. There is an electronic menu with photos.
A compliment with a bag of bread looks nice, but in fact the waiter rustles next to the guests. The tea was delicious, but a small mug is a little weak.
Asking for feedback and rounding up tips in your favor is not serious for establishments of the cheese factory level.

A cozy atmosphere. I liked all the dishes we tried. I really like spas soup - here it is very tender, tasty, moderately sour.
The lasagna was a little upset - it seemed stagnant.
The ingredients felt like they were of high quality. It wasn't hard after eating.

It's a nice place, there's a veranda where it's warm, and the food is delicious! Burata is a complete delight! I would include compote in the menu, I don't drink cold lemonades in winter. I moved to Paris a few years ago, and honestly, I missed the Cheese Factory. We went on a little trip to Yerevan, and I was very happy when I saw this restaurant on the map.
The service is great, everyone is nice, the delivery is fast. Cheesecakes, salad with strachatella, borscht, suluguni - everything is fantastically delicious.
We recommend it.

A wonderful restaurant, one of the most beloved in Yerevan! I really like the kitchen and the interior. Awesome pizza with truffles and mushrooms, raspberry passion fruit lemonade, delicious Americano and incredible honey cake with hazelnuts

Minus the bonus for only 10 % of the service bill. Let me decide for myself how much to leave. For good service, I always tip 15-20% and I know for sure that they go to the waiter. Your 10% in the bill often doesn't reach people, and if that's the case, then you're stealing from the waiters and essentially increasing the cost of the menu by the same 10%

This is my first time in Yerevan and during the fast. It was difficult for me to find a restaurant where you could help me with my food selection. I love the cheese factory and have been to it in different cities, and hoping for a high level of service, I decided to try my luck in finding lean dishes in the Cheese Factory!
And I was not mistaken! The waiter Arpine exceeded my expectations!)) she helped me choose a wonderful dish, dissuaded me from buckwheat)) sweet, friendly, attentive!

Disgusting service. Waiters do not take away empty plates, they do not notice the table as a whole, even with incomplete seating. A cocktail was spilled from a glass on a friend when he was being taken away and they didn't even apologize. The bill was carried for 15 minutes. They may be cheese experts, but the rest of it is terrible.
I ordered a barbecue. They brought something like a soup set, only toasted. More than half were bones, 20 percent were just fat. We managed to get 80 grams of meat from this dish. The homemade salad consisted of a dozen cherry tomatoes, 2 basil leaves and half a teaspoon of onion.
A tip of 10% is printed on the bill unconditionally. As I understand it, because few people leave them voluntarily.
After dinner, I had to go to another restaurant here, because 80 grams of meat and 100 grams of tomatoes seemed too little.
But the place is nicely decorated.

The Neapolitan flatbread with salmon is delicious, although the pita bread seemed too rubbery to me.
The salmon kebab turned out to be not a kebab, but two pieces of grilled salmon.
I noticed that a lot of guests ordered Facaccia on a flatbread.
Large portions are good.
The prices are Moscow, too high for a local restaurant and the quality of service. It is suitable for fancy dinner/tomorrow. There is no KBZHU for healthy lifestyle and they do not indicate it.

To which they reply in a rude and dry manner that there are no tables at all for any time, and that we can drive up to the time we want, and if suddenly they have empty seats, they will put us behind them.
Russian Russian. Next, I call, but already in Russian and from my phone, the same girl answers me, I say the same thing that my husband said, but again in RUSSIAN, and immediately there were tables available for this time.
I didn't know that the attitude towards customers in this establishment depends on the language in which a person wants to book a table)
Moreover, the state language is probably not a priority here 😂
