Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.
Price-quality, matched.
But here it's some kind of HORROR!
The guys who went to local establishments have already understood what a local service is.
But when you come to an institution with a name, you expect something else.
The dishes were all brought at the same time.
After the food was consumed, no one took away the dirty plates for 15 minutes. You're trying to consume a cold second course, and there's a dirty plate at hand.
We wait 45 minutes for Shakshuka (it looks like the waiter put it on the 2nd course and forgot to take it off / or just didn't put it in the order).
Suddenly our waiter disappeared. And 4 different people began to pass by the table with dishes and with the question : did you order this ? Your food? The
place was half empty , there were more waiters than customers , and everyone was SOMEWHERE but not in the hall.
A disaster!
The food is delicious. But you may not wait for it. And don't order too much - the table won't be cleared for a long time.
The price does not match the quality.
(Here the price is also 1.5 times higher than in Russia)

An excellent restaurant with a varied menu and a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen offers European and Russian cuisine, as well as a wide selection of drinks. The interior is designed in a classic style, which creates a cozy atmosphere.
The service is at a high level, the waiters are polite and attentive. They take orders quickly and make sure that the dishes are served on time.
I recommend trying the following dishes:
Caesar salad is fresh and delicious;

Borscht is very tasty, served with sour cream, green onions and Borodino bread. Ravioli with shrimp is also delicious. Tomato salad, sweet tomatoes and sour sauce, a great combination. The price tag is above average, but it's worth it. I advise you, especially for those who are tired of the local cuisine.

My wife wanted to have dinner at the Cheese Factory, and I wanted traditional Azerbaijani cuisine. In order not to argue with his wife, he put on a T-shirt and a Waikiki shirt in the morning, threw on his battered, battered backpack, and dressed the child in a tracksuit. I motivated all this by the fact that we will walk a lot and need to dress comfortably. And so, in the evening, after a walk through the old town, we go to the Cheese Factory. I go first with the child. As expected, the hostess gave me and the child in the tracksuit a disdainful and arrogant look. And she was about to tell us that there were no seats, but her wife came in and looked at her, after which the hostess hesitated. Just in case, I told her, "There probably aren't any seats, everything is taken." The hostess nodded and I hurried my wife out, assuring her that we would have a great meal at my chosen restaurant and quickly began to describe barberry soup, assorted dolmas, Caspian beluga, pink sorbet and baklava. I really liked it, unlike other places. Thank God the menu is European too, with an emphasis on Italy. Good staff, kind, helpful, full boarding in the evenings. The cheese there is good, but unfortunately there is no normal cheese anywhere in Baku. The wine list is average. It is better not to take Savalan, if you have gastritis, take chianti. The music is normal, not local. We'll go there.
We were there twice during the trip. Both times, the service and the food are excellent. We will definitely try to come back. In general, we had time to try - burrata with tomatoes, camembert from the oven, gnocchi with duck, rustic borscht, ravioli with pumpkin and ricotta and eggplant caviar. Desserts include Cheesecake and chocolate San Sebastian. In order then:
1. Burrata is simply excellent, soft, tender, with tomatoes, and no seasonings are needed.
2. Camembert is excellent, but it was almost enough, purely subjectively, garlic. Baked from the oven with focaccia is difficult to spoil
3. Gnocchi are a failure in my humble opinion. The taste is flat, something with a stronger flavor was missing. Strachatella, duck, dough, everything is soft, gentle, but in the end flat.
4. Borscht is like borscht, there are no complaints about it, Borodinsky bread, onions, but the fat is a little harsh. As a pro in the field of lard, I wanted something as gentle as butter, but I got a sole.
5. Ravioli with pumpkin and ricotta are incredibly delicious. Very, very delicate taste, unlike gnocchi, no zest is needed here, soft ricotta and light sweetness of pumpkin solve everything.
6. Eggplant caviar with concasse of tomatoes and onions. Very tender, very fresh, very tasty, especially with hot focaccia. No complaints.
7. Cheesecake and San Sebastian for sweet tooth, good, no wow and no bad.
What can I say, they keep the brand, after all, Novikov is still as good in Baku.

I'll note right away that the food was delicious) but the service ruined everything: firstly, I waited a long time for them to come to me, secondly, the pasta was brought before the soup (it was literally in a minute), and most importantly, everything was unrealistically hot, it was impossible to eat right away
We were in the evening, the room is passable, there are quite a lot of tables, the landing is almost complete. Loud music is hard to communicate with a person who is sitting at the same table with you. Stewed beef with chanterelles upset me as much as possible, I have never eaten more tasteless meat. Otherwise, there are no more comments, I do not plan to return here.

We visited the restaurant twice, as it is located next to our hotel. Among the advantages: delicious food, beautiful interior. But the service is frankly bad. The waiters do not fit for a very long time, the service is as lazy as possible with a low workload of the hall. So far, the worst service, when compared with the Moscow Cheese Factory chain and a restaurant in Tashkent.
Everything is delicious. At lunchtime, a buffet business lunch is offered (excellent in terms of price-quality ratio). The staff is friendly and quite nimble.
It's not the first time we've been to this place and everything was fine, but this week there was a disappointment. We arrived at the beginning of 22.00, chose the dishes, took the order and then the waiter and the manager returned with the answer that the kitchen was closed. They offered desserts, but it won't save the situation, because it's not food. To cook pizza for a failure is a failure. It's a very unpleasant story for such an institution. Very sorry. It's very crowded in this place and doing that....
The menu differs from the Moscow restaurant. You definitely don't need to come and go to it in another country. If only you miss your Homeland)) and he came for a long time.

Pasta is nothing special. The prices are appropriate. The audience is pleasant.

The only advantage of the establishment is the hostess. A very pleasant, smiling and polite girl, quickly found us a table without reservation, and she just has a good attitude.
Waiters are a separate kind of art, they couldn't take an order for 30 minutes, then I waited an hour for ravioli! And no one could tell me if they were being prepared at all. The water was just brought and put on the table, I called for 5 minutes to open the bottle, because I couldn't open the tight lid myself, so the waiter also sprayed this sparkling water while he was opening, not a word of apology, opened and left, didn't even pour into a glass.
In comparison with a Moscow restaurant, the taste and service loses
