The first one in the search engine is a Technostar, and they can also pick it up and bring it back later - just a fairy tale. After the call, a man came to pick it up the next day. When asked if you would turn it on to check for integrity and all that, he replied, "No, you don't need to." After another day or two, they called and said that they had sentenced the Main Board, there are no such people in the Republic of Belarus. But, you can order from China (although they say the time is from 30 to 60 days) and promised a guarantee after it is installed for 4 months. I didn't want to wait, after searching, I found the right 700k fee on OZON and called this company - I offered to speed up the process by ordering the delivery fee myself in a week and transfer it to them for installation, to which they told me that it was possible, but they would charge 120k for the installation, and there would be no guarantee at all (as an unknown supplier). Well, I thought about it and decided to wait...There's at least some kind of guarantee. It took no more than 4 weeks, they called and said that the TV was ready and that they could bring it, in general, of course, I am glad and in a hurry to meet you. They bring it in, there is a dash "-" in the warranty column in the certificate of completed works, they explain that the warranty does not apply to China, the mood was rapidly falling, well, I decided, okay, I'll turn on the TV, let's see. I turn it on, find broken pixels (I really didn't expect it), call the manager, the answer is that when they brought it to the service, it didn't turn on at all (although, let me remind you, it turned on for a couple of weeks, but with a delay of 2-3 minutes, which is why I actually decided to repair it). I understand that it is possible to promote this whole business through consumer protection, but there is absolutely no strength or desire to engage in this business. I agree to leave my faithful friend at home in the same condition as he is. That's such a bitter experience. I do not recommend the company.
A couple of weeks after the review was posted, they called back and said that there was still a guarantee. It just turned out to be someone's mistake from their words. For honesty and the desire to actually learn from mistakes and grow at the same time, I return one star.
I didn't find any advantages. There are only disadvantages.

I initially addressed the issue of PC diagnostics, paid for accelerated diagnostics. He brought a separate PC, a separate power supply and stated that the problem was most likely in it.
After about 90 minutes, they call me back and tell me that the problem is in the power supply, and when I ask about other components, they tell me that they have not been checked because the power supply is not working properly. (that is, only one component was diagnosed from the diagnosis of the entire PC). I also consider it a big disadvantage for myself that there is no defect out of the act of technical condition because I have to rely only on the words of an incompetent employee (more on this below).
A power supply circuit malfunction was announced by phone and the cost of 100 rubles was announced. with deadlines of up to 14 working days. I refused to repair it, and in fact, when I came and started asking the employee questions about specific malfunctions, he could not give an answer to the essence of the question asked, but only turned to the master, to which the master gave a detailed answer about the malfunctions and that all other components were checked on the working PSU.
A complaint against an employee who answered the call and provided incomplete and incorrect information, specifically a question about his qualifications. There are no questions for the master.

For some reason, the cost of replacing them depends on the size of the diagonal (although the thermal paste is located between the processor and the radiator, which are located in the laptop case and do not relate to the screen, well, okay). That's why my Acer Aspire 3 A315-21 N17Q3 laptop abruptly turned from a 15.6-inch to a 17-inch. And the price has changed from 35p. For 50p. It became 17 inches because the laptop model is indicated on the back cover, and it ends with N17Q3 and, according to their logic, it automatically becomes 17 inches, although this has nothing to do with the screen indicators. But apparently, it's very convenient to mislead people this way. And the fact that it is easy to check on the Internet, from the laptop seller, in the internal settings or on the hardware box, and the most obvious way is simply not visually an argument (for my laptop, the diagonal of 15.6 inches is indicated everywhere). After replacing the thermal paste, it was time to do it again, I decided to take it to a specialist in another service center. It turned out that the manufacturer, when assembling the laptop, covers the screws in the inside of the laptop with a special layer and when replacing the thermal paste, this layer should have been broken, but it was intact, but the screws were damaged, apparently during an unsuccessful attempt to replace the same thermal paste. Roughly speaking, they tried, but due to the fact that they could not promote them, they left them as they were, and just took the money. So, there was no first replacement of thermal paste at all, but they charged me money just like that. Be vigilant when making a decision, take your equipment to this organization and check it more carefully after delivery.

I regret that I did not read the reviews earlier.

So they also started examining the second laptop only when we came to pick up both laptops. They said another half hour, an hour at most. We arrived an hour later, and it was still not ready. The dude is also funny, he says that he called to inform about the readiness of one laptop, although this is not the case. Well, yes, I'll go to them 2 times to pick them up one at a time as soon as I'm ready, instead of coming once and picking everything up. They take you for a fool. I highly recommend not going to them. They don't even apologize, they just put it in front of the fact. The worst service.

I took the laptop. To work, it was necessary to upgrade it, increase the ssd / ram if possible, but the laptop did not have an additional socket for either + the ram was soldered. Well, I think okay, you can at least replace the ssd x2, brought a 1TB ssd, a box to it and asked to replace the old 500GB with a new 1TB, but with a request to clone the Windows (not just copy the data from the folders).
Before that, I tried to tilt it myself - it turned out crookedly, boot did not start, perhaps because of the cracked software, then I decided to bring it in. First of all, for the sake of saving time, because I didn't want to wait 5+ hours again until all this is inclined with the prospect of repeated failure

Anyway, the Windows were not inclined. Of course, the folders were copied to disk D, but of course it did not work out on behalf of the user in D. The most annoying thing is that all the programs were lost (I had to manually clone all the configs from the old disk to the new one, and via usb from the box, no matter what it was, it would not take off like that)
VPN-s, RDP, Docker (how much effort it takes to put it on vin), all the settings flew off. IntelliJIdea with all installed plugins and configs, ssh on git. The copied folders on disk D were of no use.
They asked for 85 rubles for this miracle. I changed the Ssd myself before, and installed Windows, but did not clone it. If I knew the result, I would do it myself) I was also upset that 70GB of memory was left on the C disk, the rest was thrown on D (> 800GB). Well, that's okay, it was decided in 10 minutes
If you evaluate the service as something unrelated to OS administration, in general, all the cogs are in place. The SSD is standing, working, the computer was returned intact
